I decided to try somewhere different.. A friend of mine recommended this place and said to ask for Jennifer or Mia... these two young ladies know what they are doing. I have been coming to american nails for 2 years now, the service is wonderful, I went in with a sore nail not sure why it was sore, Jennifer a nail tech in the business was able to repair my nail with no pain involved. I recomend american nails to everyone. They are friendly, clean and they do great work. I also go the lash tech Jenny whom is awesome I will never let anyone but these ladies touch my nails or my eye lashes.

They were nice. I think I was overcharged for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I think the taxes were not calculated correctly. I could be wrong. I don’t have the merchant’s receipt to see the individual charges. The prices were a bit too high for the level of quality of service I received. I tipped anyway. My eyebrows turned out good. The pedicure was average. It’s just an okay place. Nothing horrible and nothing outstanding. I was in the area. Probably won’t return.

Jennifer is the best. Very professional..She’s hands down the best. I absolutely love my nails after she completes them. I visit every two weeks not just me but my entire family.

$48 for almond shape, with no color. I asked for no top coat and got it anyway. Place was dated but pretty for the location. Wont be back.

I received service from Jenny on 12/19/2020 - I was very impressed, I love my nails and I will definitely be back. I had a bad experience at another salon where I had an appointment scheduled. American Nails was very kind and understanding. I had a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that. Excellent service.

Horrible they rush your nail job, dont make sure there even, if they take their time they would be great.

I went and got a pedicure done. That night they had to go over my big toes with polish before I left and they didnt reapply a top coat. My polish didnt even last one day. The polish started chipping on my big toes and middle toe. My feet still felt rough after my pedicure and they scratched the top part of my foot with the pumice stone. When approached they stated it was an easy fix but that my polish wasnt cracking. She even stated it was just dust on my toe nails. Since they didnt want to fix it and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. I wont be going back nor would I recommend anyone else go there.

This salon is AMAZING 🤩. they are sooo nice and they did my nails soo good ! i 1000000% recommend coming here ! also their prices are good.

Not even a full 2 days later..gel polish is already chipping on my nails and toes. Nail tech messed up my toe polish and instead of removing it all completely she caked the nail polish on top and was very rough on my toes. And I got my lashes done and they’re falling off as well! I will not be returning!

I get my nails done by Jennifer every time I go to American Nails I will never go anywhere else she’s been doing my nails for two years ... they have everything there one stop shop❤️🤩🤩

WORST place to do eyebrows lady didn’t even take her time doing my eyebrows. When you’re doing wax you so post to be careful and shape the eyebrows, lady didn’t even look at my left eyebrows and messed it up. Never going here worst experience ever!!!!

I will Never do my eyelashes here again!!!! I brush them and a chunk of my natural eyelash came off with extention.

First time here I usually go to Colerain but I loved it. Very little wait and she took her time. The cat eye polish is beautiful and she was very nice making sure I was happy and satisfied.

Eyelashes was very uneven refused to add more when asked I do not recommend this place at all Do not go !!

Unfortunately I was in a hurry today and didnt go to my normal salon. I regret this decision so very much. I feel bad but this is literally the worst simple gel manicure I’ve ever had. Uneven polish, sticky to the touch in some spots and missing the shine. Cuticles weren’t even cared for properly and now I have cuts everywhere and my cuticles even bled while there and no care was taken to avoid touching creating burning and pain! Beware.

The nails are plan and cheap looking they have no real nail design artist in and they charge like crazy for stones or new up to date designs and she doesn’t even do a good job and the stones fall off to easy..Only thing worth the go to is the eyelashes.. THATS IT THATS ALL

Disgusting. Used the same tools for my hands as she did for my feet. Out of a bucket sitting there next to the tub. The file she used looked like it had been used on A LOT of people before me!! 🤢 So who knows how many other peoples hand and feet germs I left with today!! On top of that, all i went in for was a polish. She filed my nails down with the same coarse board as she did my feet, but did not even take the time to buff out the rough spots which left a snagging nightmare. Will NEVER go back!!!

I stopped in on my lunch break for a fill in shellac as I had many times before. The lady who usually does my nails was not available. So I sat down and immediately was shocked with how rough the nail tech was with my hands. He was so rough with the drill that I could it feel it burning my nail beds. Soon after he began to apply the accrylic. He applied one very thin layer of acrylic and placed my hands in front of a hand to dry and repeated the process two more times, I questioned why hed done this and he blew me off as he had with the drill issue. So we are now at the point where he is supposed to be shaping my nails(Square). I had a total of 6 square nails and 4 round nails. I again question the tech and informs me that he has not finished and the finished product will not look like this. (Duh) So he adds my shellac and as hes doing it the manager walks by and points out that it is lumpy and he should remove the Polish and re do it smoothly before drying it under the UV lamp. He removed the lump repolished over it and put my hands in the UV lamp. I had lumpy shellac on both hands that you could not only feel but visibly notice, small nails on my left hand and big nails on my right hand and an assortment of shapes and nails that pointed in different directions. At checkout I brought the terrible job to the attention of the manager in hopes that it could be corrected. She attempted to convince me that nothing was wrong with my nails while she went to grab nail files and try to correct them... After she discovered it was not an easy fix and that I was not going to settle for a botched nail job, and that I wanted them soaked off and done correctly she threw me out of the shop and told the other patrons she just want free nail as I left. Ridiculous! I wouldnt recommend this place, ever. For anything.

Jenny the owner very rude likes to rush on nails and push yours hands around like shes paying you. If she cant do nails and brows just stick to one thing

I would give Mia 5 stars( She was busy with 2 people that wanted pedis and a full set,so I tried someone else..mistake).... but the lady at that shop that did my fill-in only took 20 minutes... (a real fill in should be 45 minutes at least) there were air bubbles in my nails, my nails werent filed properly,very uneven...a whole mess....will only go back for Mia.....!!

I went in for a Mani/pedi, mediocre at best on both. The guy appeared to have a attitude when I asked if he could fix the polish on my toe. The gel polish on my nails are so sloppy and thick. I got this service yesterday and the polish started to lift the same day. Ill be back today to see if theyll fix for free, but I wont be back after today.

OMG PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE for one as soon as you walk in the whole salon is a mess if I wasnt so pressed I wouldnt have stayed but I should have listened to my instinct a really messy dirty salon THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS why the guy was nail filing my nail into a coffin shape and just decides to take his own shortcut and use nail clippers to make the nail look coffin then shape it and the girls are too busy doing their own nails but can do it better one themselves than customers smh its no problem to get the whole salon shut down like that because of so many health violations in there might have to call somebody up!

Shellac nail poilish peeled of within 24 hours. Went back got that nail fixed then 2 more peeled off. Got them fixed and then the same day another peeled off. So done with that place. This style suppose to last 2 wekks not 2 hours.
