This place is the best! I have had poor experiences at auto repair places in the past so I am so happy to have found this place. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. Very reasonable prices - the end price ended up being much lower then what they had originally said so I was happy. They also left the car much cleaner than when I dropped it off and left a water bottle and cookie in the car for me. Highly recommend!

Nobody likes taking their car in for repairs, but I like the experience I had at Dubwerx. Thats a crazy thing to say, I know. The people at Dubwerx went above and beyond in helping me, the whole time showing professionalism and transparency- two things Ive struggled to find elsewhere. Dubwerx got my car fixed a full three weeks faster than the dealership quoted. They sent me updates via text, and a link to a website that tracked issues with pictures and explanations. Its that level of transparency that really impressed me, and made it easier for me to track the work. Everyone was super nice, and their attention to detail and aboveboard documentation was refreshing. I, like most people, have dealt with their fair share of shady shops. Dubwerx is different; no other way to put it. Nobodys in a rush to go back to a car repair shop, but I know if I go to Dubwerx, Ill get quality service, and I definitely wont be dreading it.

I took my car in for my engine light being on. This company is the best. I’ve only had to use them twice but each time, the experience was amazing. I was pretty embarrassed picking up my car and it was so super clean, and that was not the way I took it there. They even left a water and cookie. What a surprise. My car rides like it is brand new. I bring my car from 2.5 hours away for the service and professionalism that this shop has. One of the few shops I trust entirely to do a proper job. They are expensive (dealer expensive) but its worth it.

This is a good shop. Never had an issue. A nice touch was on the car washing. My Audi was extremely dirty when I brought it in, in addition to scheduled work, I received my car clean like it has never been that clean. Some tar I had on wheel rims that I tried to remove a few times was gone. Whoever washed my car knows how to wash cars.

Cory was great to work with, I had an aftermarket part with a critical failure. Dubwerx was able to work me in on the spot and have a new turbo within a week. They even went a step above in beyond as my window washer fluid light had just come on, they filled this for me. I will be doing all my future services with Dubwerx

I was very disappointed in the service I received. They spent 3 hours of diagnostic time to tell me a part was bad... Except the part was missing and I told them that ahead of time. Its like they didnt even look at the car, the part is obviously not there. I couldnt believe it... Then they tried to sell me a bunch of services my car didnt need. Seems like they like to take advantage of people that dont know any better.The lobby was nice, however an employee was having a very inappropriate and disturbing conversation as I waited for my ride.Safe to say I wont be back.UPDATE: I upgraded from 1 to 3 stars. The owner reached out and refunded my money with a little something extra. He also gave some advice on how to fix the car which I appreciated.

Went there a about a month ago to get my B8 S4 tuned. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. They had me in and out in about a hour and the difference the tune made to my car was worth it.

Highly customer orientated.At first the estimate was a bit of a shock but it was explained in detail and priorities were explained. My 2012 Audi Q5 was in for service at the Audi dealership and we received some surprising and costly (~$9k) recommendations for fixing what we initially believed to be minor issues. A family friend highly recommended we get a second opinion from Dubwerx so I called and set up an appointment. Calling in was quite a different experience from the typical dealership service department or local body shop. First, the background was completely quiet; no banging, no loud fans, no voices yelling in the background. Second, Liam listened to my concerns, analyzed the issues the dealership had provided, and gave an honest and detailed opinion on what he believed may be going on. Not the typical well, bring it in and well see whats going on response Im used to getting. I was able to get my vehicle in almost immediately and was again very impressed upon entering their facility. Clean, quiet, and very office like. After leaving my vehicle with them, I received a call back on their diagnostic testing results sooner than expected with a detailed and thorough description of the issues and the costs to fix them (which included several other small issues not mentioned by the dealership but still ~$1500 less than the dealership). Although we ultimately didnt choose to have the vehicle repaired (repairs were more than the value of the vehicle), I could not have been more impressed by Dubwerx. Great communication, professional and knowledgeable staff, affordable repairs, beautiful facilities, and courteous follow-up after the fact. Thanks!

Taken my vw golf here several times over the years, always great professional service! Last time they even have it a nice wash a vacuuming which was a great extra nicety. Shop is also nice and clean and plenty of free juice!

I have had at least 4 of my cars regularly serviced or modified here, even since they were back at the original location. Great group of guys. Adrian, Evan and the team are always ready and willing to offer their expertise to bring any issue you throw at them to resolve. They even offer a warranty of sorts on their parts and labor to add even more peace of mind. They will provide a loaner when needed and if unavailable they have deals with the local enterprise office, so you will always be covered. If your car has a mechanical or electrical issue, you want performance upgrades etc, give these guys a try. You wont be sorry!

This was my first time working with Dubwerx and the entire experience was just stellar. I bought a used Porsche and wanted someone to check it all out and make sure everything was in good working order. Brought my 2017 GTI in to have an inspection done and correct an issue with my keyless entry system (kessy). The repair involved replacing a door handle and painting it to match the car. They did an incredible job. The paint matches perfectly and most importantly, the issue is rectified. The complimentary car wash was a nice touch. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who owns a VW/Audi!

Dubwerx is great shop! Recently had my Porsche 911 997.2 40K miles major maintenance completed by Dubwerx. I was impressed with their work! After thorough inspection, they were very clear on the items which needed to be addressed now and ones that could wait. I appreciated their transparency. Their pricing was very fair too, far less than quotes at the Porsche dealerships. Their customer service level was also top notch, really appreciated the Uber ride to work and back! Highly recommend and will be back for future work on my 911.

Had some VWR lowering springs installed on my Mk7 GTI and they did a great job. They also installed a dogbone mount insert I had purchased elsewhere, as a courtesy. They also vacuumed out my car and left it in a cleaner shape than when i had brought it in (this put a genuine smile on my face as it came as a surprise). Even when it came to a rental, they shuttled me off to go pick it up, and all I had to do was sign, and drive off. I couldnt have been more satisfied with their service, and their knowledgable staff. The office and garage also looked very clean (and modern). I definitly plan to come back for when I finally decide to do a big turbo upgrade as I dont see myself trusting any other shop with a job of that magnitude. These guys really know their stuff about Vdubs and Audis.

If these guys were doctors, I’d be a bad patient. However, if anything is seriously wrong with my VW/Audi/Porsche (or if I wanted to mod it with no hassle), this is the only place I’d go.

They do quality work but they turn down a lot of work aswell. They also dont let you bring in your own parts which is kind of ridiculous for a performance shop.

They will do your Volkswagen right! When I made my appointment I discussed with them the BS I had to endure through a VW dealership service department. Each point I brought up was met with the response, Understood. If you have had a dealership sabotage your VW but still want a specialist to work on it, take it to Dubwerx! They explained exactly what my car needed and explained exactly what they did to it after they fixed it. They checked my entire car and assured me all was okay and what to keep a look out for in the future. Thank you guys for your great work and allowing me to have confidence in a service shop.

Took my 2018 Audi A6 in for routine maintenance and to check the noisy brakes (they are fine). What I like the most are the text and email they send with an update on everything, and includes photographs. A great record, above and beyond anything I have seen from the Audi dealerships. I have been taking my 2014 Audi S6 to Dubwerx ever since I bought it two years ago. Buying a used Audi is something that made me somewhat nervous but the team and more specifically Corey are outstanding. They always keep me updated on service as well as preventative maintenance and are very accommodating with time constraints. They have a comfortable atmosphere that allows me to get work done when I am waiting for my car. Lastly they do everything they can to provide a loaner which is very important to me as well.

Came to Dubwerx 3 times since I moved to Cincinnati. All 3 times I left a very happy customer, I had an APR ECU stage 1 tune done, wheel alignment and they were even able to perform outside their normal work scope to paint my rings a metallic red per my request. Everyone on the team is really professional, informed on the engine platforms (I have a 2013 S5) and the prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them for general maintenance and modding needs!

I have had the same car for almost 12 years now, and I can say that taking my car to Dubwerx has been SUCH a breath of fresh air. My problem is always fixed, my car is always clean, I always have a way to get home provided by them.. LIKE WHAT?! They now have been taking care of me for about three years and they even know now to text me to tell me what’s going on with my car so they can get started because I can’t take phone calls at work. These guys cater largely to a more affluent crowd of VW/Audi enthusiasts. While their prices are on the mid/upper end, I trust them to take care of my Golf R. You dont have to worry about the kinds of shenanigans that plague lower end automotive service establishments, these guys are professional and clearly share the commitment to excellence that many of their customers do.

Great personnel from appointment through repair. They make it a comfortable experience whether you need a loaner vehicle or wait at the well appointed facility. Work completed when promised, higher quality and lower cost than the dealers. I dont hesitate sending friends or family or just acquaintances here. Best auto shop Ive ever been to! Ive been a dealership service customer historically, but after the dealership and another mechanic were unable to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, I found Dubwerx. The customer service is as good as their auto work, which was fantastic and quick. I appreciated how they leveraged technology to help me out by sending an interactive debrief on what was up with my car alongside the suggested fixes. Dubwerx is dope and would recommend to a friend! Very happy to know we have a shop that specializes in VAG cars so if anything ever does happen there is a shop that knows what they are doing available!
