Fast friendly service, unlike other place with almost the same name. Went in and picked the tires I wanted. I was out the door with four new tires in approximately 45 minutes. Now thats service.

Amazing!!! The guys are very professional. We are from Pennsylvania. On our way here we ran over a nail. We walked in they said they could fix it. Prices are amazing. They fixed it in 10 mins. Told us it could take an hour but the guys were on top of it. Thank you guys so much. You are amazing.

Ordered my tires online. Setup a appointment time to have them put on and paid online. Showed up at my appointment time. Waited 5 minutes and they came and got my car. Pretty flawless process. The tires were the ones I ordered. All is good 👍

Came back to my car after enjoying the Mets Reds game and had just 12 psi in my right rear tire. Found the nearest Discount Tire where Ian took my car in found a nail in and repaired the tire. Complimentary flat tire patch service when other stores charge over $30 to patch a tire. Need I say more?!Clean facility with knowledgeable and friendly staff who demonstrated care for my vehicle and took time to check out my tire and address all of my questions. It was clear that when dealing with a customer, the customer and their needs were the primary concern, no matter the time that required (so many shops are rushing customers in and out the door).

I had been visiting OH and was on my way home to the Chicagoland area when I ran over a screw which punctured my tire. It had already been a difficult few days, but the team at Discount Tire were friendly, helpful and understood that I had a need to get home that night. They were able to fit me in, got me out ahead of the projected time, and didnt charge me at all for fixing my tire. I was able to get home that night with peace of mind. ***Update*** 25 Jan 21I emailed Drew once again when I wrote this review and he contacted me once the store was open. He stated the refund should have been sent via cashiers check however, that was never received.He asked for the total again and he would send the funds electronically which he did right away.All is settled now.I visited this store back in August of 2020 with my small trailer. The trailer I had was an older trailer with reverse threads(which we did not know at first). The technician broke off one of the studs and at first told me they were all cross threaded. We figured out they were reversed threads and was able to remove the rest of the lugs to replace the tires.The manager Drew spoke to me and said they would fix the problem. We were from out of town and were leaving the next day. I was not able to find a shop open on a Sunday that could fix our broken stud issue. Family was able to help me out with removing the broken stud and we took the chance on the 9.5 hour return drive. We made it back safely on four out of the five studs.After leaving a review, Drew contacted me and told me to get the stud replaced and send them the bill for reimbursement. I was only able to track down the needed stud from an online shop that total around $15 with shipping. Other options from local shops were to replace the hub however, the trailer is old and they were worried it could lead to more expensive issues.I sent the bill to Drew through email with my mailing address he asked for. He said he would send a check for the cost. I never heard back from Drew once I sent that last email. I followed up a few weeks later, still no response.I am updating my review now, months later, so anyone else who runs into an issue at this discount tire, be cautious on their promises.

I ordered my tires on line and scheduled my appointment from their site as well. I arrived a few minutes early and was met outside in a shade tent. There was a mix-up when ordering the tires pictured below. Milestar Patagonia M/T. I dropped off my truck and when I came back I looked through the bay window to the shop and noticed on my truck set a pair of Mudstar Radial M/T... not what I had ordered.Sean was honest and couldnt explain what happened but he ensured that the correct tires were ordered that night. They shipped from California and hit Discount Tire the following Monday. I had the unfortunate circumstance of needing to bury my dog over the weekend in which the incorrect set of tires was on my truck. Sean and I struck a deal in which he permitted me to drive my truck to my property with the wrong tires to bury my dog. On 7-22-19 I drove my truck back to the shop and in true honest fashion, Sean kept his word and exchanged the 4 Mudstar tires for the 4 Milestar tires. No issues. No games. No stress. To reiterate what Ive read on previous reviews, the bathrooms are incredibly clean as is the waiting room. Ill always give Discount Tire first shot at my business. We recently had two very positive experiences with this shop. In the first situation, we had a flat tire on our car. The tire was damaged too badly to repair, and they ordered and installed a new tire. Just yesterday, I had a flat tire on my motorhome - an inside tire on one of the dual rears. The tire had a nail in it, and they repaired it for me for no charge. The personnel here are very professional and efficient, and their prices are reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will always go back there for tires.

If i could 10 stars I could.. Drew spent almost 2 hrs combined (phone and in person) schooling me on All Terrains, and wheels, offsets, PLYs etc Professional, courteous, I dropped the truck at 1p, they were finished in two hrs. They price matched my tires. I went in to easily spend 2 grand. I only spent 1400 and got a 175 rebate..so technically around 1200 and some change. This is my 4th car take there and each time they do me well. thanks for saving me easily 800.. I would recommend 100%

Not only was Discount Tire much cheaper for the same tire than any other local tire dealer, they were VERY professional and friendly, extremely fast, very efficient and I had a very short wait.And the place was sooo clean, you could almost eat off the floors!In addition, I had a bad tire pressure sensor unit that they replaced for free as they had to replace the value stem anyway...it saved me $60!!!From now On, that is where I buy my tires!

I always used Discount Tires in Arizona and was new to Cincinnati. This Colerain location is superb. The guys were always helpful with airing up my tires every couple weeks and making certain my tires were doing the best they could. Don’t be fooled by Tires Discounters co. Not the same. Discount Tires is the real deal.

Best prices on tires and these guys know what they are doing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My install was a little complicated with swapping sensors, aftermarket wheels, and spacers but they handled it easily and quickly with 0 issues.

My first time at this location. Great experience. The staff was professional. Nice, and very helpful. Needed a new tire and i didnt have much cash. They actually approved me 400 in credit. The prices of their tires and rims are priced fairly as well. Plus its under warranty and i can come back for many other things included. I will be going back. If my second visit is just as good. I will up my stars to 5Update: the tired they sold me for $260;was 8 yrs old. Way to old. Make sure you check the dates on tires every purchase. This could be why its a bit cheaper. But not worth it in the end.

Great service. Quick installation. They have nice deal on both tires and wheels than others. Only I wish they could provide wheel alignment and balancing would be nice.

Manufacturer sizes are often used for warranty and as a rough guide to ideal fit. They can often be manipulated a few sizes larger or smaller (not talking extreme tire stretching) without any safety issues. Its sad to see the discount tire of old (another location i used to use) must have died. They stick hard to mfg listed sizes now. At least their competitors dont.I have probably one of the most well recognized and run setups in the Dodge diesel community for wheel/tire size.

Discount Tire has some of the best prices in the city. They dont do wheel alignments but they recommend for you who to go see for a decent price. Great customer service as well.

AWESOME! Only place for tires and great customer service! Previously took my car to another place and they said tire had to be replaced. Discount Tires pulled the tire off in 5 minutes after special oredering the replacement (it was less expensive here then the other place too) and told me they could fix it. They saved my tire and gained a customer!

Had two tires covered under warranty installed several months ago. When I was driving away, I noticed the tire pressure indicator was lit. I returned after a few weeks and was told the sensors they use are rebuilt and sometimes faulty. So he supposedly replaced the faulty one. The indicator never went away. I finally returned yesterday to have them plug a leaking tire and look at the sensors.They inform me three sensors are bad and the sensors were transferred over from the four tires I had before I bought the four new ones from them. So why was I told they fixed a sensor on my last visit? How could it be a coincidence that the pressure indicator came on immediately after those two tires were installed last year? On top of that, they didnt even plug the leak properly. Its still leaking! Needless to say, I will be looking for a new tire shop.

Ordered 4 new tires because mine were all in need of replacement. When I got there, they said the front two tires really werent TOO bad off, and gave me trade-in value for them. Knocked $60 off the total price of the new tires! Fast and friendly! GREAT experience!

I went to get my tire replaced but ended replacing all 4 after their recommendation and reasons. Their prices and speed are very good but their people are better. The service guys were fast and friendly, Tim was nice and helpful and the assistant manager Kevin was knowledgeable, personable and made it a very good experience. This was my 1st time at a Discount Tires shop but it wont be my last.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Came in with what I thought was a slow leak in one of my tires but ended up being a nail. Because of the insurance I purchased when I bought my tires I was able to get a tire for free. All I had to pay for was the $20 to insure my new tire. So worth it.
