After not driving my 2011 Saab 9-3 for a few weeks, the battery was completely dead. Since its warranty had expired I decided to replace it. I contacted Robert who advised me that he didn’t have the right battery on site, but would by the time I arrived. A trickle charger and jump both failed, but a tow service was able to get it started. Robert immediately took the keys and before I could sit down and read a few emails, my car was at the front door waiting. It literally took less than 10 minutes.My 2011 9-3 is now my third Saab purchase over a twenty-four year period. Its based on a great product but also a fantastic service team to maintain it. The Avid technicians are the best at what they are trained and certified to do, which is to keep my car in perfect running condition. Costs are always discussed before service is performed so there are no surprises later, and they use only quality parts and materials. I actually price compared this battery at two other suppliers and both were more expensive than Avid. Both Tim and Robert have always provided the best service experiences and for that I am grateful.

I received excellent service at Avid Autowerx. I took my Saab in for an airbag recall and had them look at a couple of problems I was having. I usually do work on my car and Im pretty good at it. This issue was something I could not figure out and didnt have time. I was hesitant because I was afraid of pay a lot for this repair. Im so glad I took it in. They diagnosed the problem, sent me a detail explanation with pictures online and they resolved the issues. It was way less than what I was expecting. The car is running perfect and extremely happy with their service.

Very professional, timely and communicative. I was somewhat disappointed in that I have three issues that I needed addressed on top of the maintenance list the car was brought in for and none of the three were repaired. In their defense one was an exhaust issue which they apparently do not do. Another was an electronic glitch that could have led to a very high cost and I chose not to go down that path and the third was a cold starting issue that they could not replicate. Its a car, what are you going to do?🤔

On our third go around with Avid! Our 4Runner is pushing 170K and the dealer just isnt an option anymore. We had it in for a recall repair, and they suggested a $3200 repair to seal the timing case. Avid cleaned up the leak and discerned that it wasnt an issue at all. In a time where the dealers are trying to generate revenue, Avid is trying to generate relationships and trust. When our Camrys out of warranty, it will be coming to Avid as well. They are TOP NOTCH!!

Tim was friendly and detail-oriented, giving our sons SAAB 9-3 convertible a full look-over since we had not had success with pinpointing a water leak issue through a couple of other local mechanics. Tim and his team not only found what was causing the water leak(s), but found and recommended repairs for some oil leaks and other minor issues. What we truly appreciated was his honesty in telling me the couple of things that he would prioritize and others that could wait. Diagnostic fee was completely fair and well worth it. Will definitely bring our other foreign-made cars to Avid (formerly Just SAAB) for maintenance in the future!

These guys took great care of my Subaru. They go above and beyond with communication and service. They accidentally cracked an old brittle plastic piece while working on another issue and replaced it at no charge. They even had a loaner Saab that i borrowed.

Great place to bring your car! This week was my first time working with Avid Autowerx. I brought in my 2004 Subaru Forester XT for two specific repairs. They first performed a very thorough car inspection. They outlined the positive inspection results and explained all of the suggested repairs clearly (with relevant photos) in a text and email. Then they called to discuss everything before proceeding. They really went the extra mile. They even have a service warranty that is 3 times longer than the dealers. Highly recommended!

I lost my only key to my Saab only to discover the only solution is to tow my car almost 2 hours to an authorized Saab dealer. This is on top of the insane amount of money it cost to repair. It was my fault so I am the one to blame.Regardless of the circumstances, these guys were top notch. They went above and beyond to make this a great experience. If they werent an hour and a half away, they would have earned all my business. Im not one to leave reviews but what these guys have done without asking for recognition, or pointing it out to make sure I noticed, is more than awesome.Top notch service! Tim, Robert & Co were a pleasure to work with - efficient, very knowledgable about a car not manufactured since 2011 (SAAB), pleasant and friendly to boot! Brought our 2005 Saab 9-3 Arc to them for an inspection, mainly looking to determine that current amount of rust and corrosion didnt affect structural integrity or safety, and was therefore eligible to continue repairing. Verdict was while car had average rust-belt deterioration for its age with 166K on the clock, and having spent a lot of time in the Detroit area - no major areas of concern were identified. Chose to replace serpentine belt, marker bulbs and cracked brake fluid cap on the spot - done in record time, and happily on my way! (40 miles one-way meant I requested to wait on service, rather than drop off)

This was my first try with Avid Autowerx after many years of having my car serviced only by the dealer. I cant speak highly enough about it; they were courteous, informative, patient, and of course knowledgable. They determined that I didnt yet need an expensive repair job that the dealer was recommending, and also explained what I should watch for to know when the repair might be warranted. Very happy with the whole experience.

Robert and the owner jumped through several hoops for me in replacing my transmission on my 2005 Toyota Echo. Robert communicated extensively with me, put up with some delays on my end in making decisions, and ultimately got the job done without any hangups or deserved frustration with me. I was very impressed and would gladly take my car back to Avid again.

We recently had our first visit, and it will not be the last. All service was completed a day early, and right on budget. Car runs very well. I would recommend to anyone needing work done on their car.

I had to bring my Toyota Prius into the Toyota Dealer Service Department for a minor recall item. ( It took over a month to get an appointment). after doing the recall work, they told me the car needed a number of things. Thermostat Gasket $300 + Oil Pressure Gauge $246 + transmission fluid + wiper blades + a small light $40. Even though the Service person seemed like a very sweet older woman and she emphasized how important these things were for safety etc, I decided to go to Avid and see what they thought.I got an appointment for the next morning and am so glad for the friendly and trust worthy staff! After checking everything carefully, that morning, they assured me the only things really needed were transmission fluid, the small light bulb ($7.63) and maybe wiper blades. They sent me a detailed email with photos and explained everything. This was a big relief. The best thing though, even more important than the money savings, is knowing I can trust Avid Autowerx to do just what is needed in an efficient way and not rip me off. I am a fan.

Avid Autowerx (formerly Just Saab), is a small garage with the most knowledgeable mechanics in the Cincinnati area. I own 2 Saabs, 12 and 15 years old, that are in perfect condition because they are regularly serviced at Avid Autowerx.

What a friendly staff! Tim and the Crew at Avid Autowerx truly care about their customers. Took my car in for what I was told was a bad starter by OReillys. They looked the car over and found the problem not to be the starter but the battery, Which was under warranty by Oreillys. Other shops I talked to were ready just to replace th starter but the crew at Avid took the time to find the real problem. Saving me $500, erraning my loyalty go forward.

Took my 2010 Acura RDX in for turbo issue. They were unable to get the part from Acura. Robert took the time to locate part at a distributor on eBay. Most likely saved me thousands in turbo replacement cost. Very courteous service. Will be using them for future service on Acura and Toyotas. Thanks guys.
