First I’d like to say I am very particular about my car. I hit a deer this past winter, working in the area but not from here. I felt hopeless trying to find somebody to trust with my car. It is so difficult to find any business nowadays that can just provide great service or go above and beyond. Chris and Diane were fantastic every step of the way, from communication to repair to delivery. They indeed went above and beyond! I am so thankful I found them. They made me feel just like family !

Fantastic customer service. My neighbor backed into my car, and the people at Impact not only gave me a fair quote but also were persistent in contacting the other guy’s insurance. Diane went out of her way to keep me in the loop and ensure that everything with my rental car was handled. Excellent place that I will be going to in the future again if something were to happen!

I found this repair shop online and saw the excellent reviews. I decided to take my car here to get repaired. Everyone here was so kind and professional and my car looks amazing. They were able to knock $650 off of my $1000 deductible. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs their car repaired or needs any other service that they offer. This is the one! Five stars!! True quality, honest people and service. I highly recommend them! I just bought a rebuilt van for my elderly parents and when i took it in to Tire Discounters for an oil change and tune up, they alarm me about the repair that has not been done right and suggest i take it in to a body shop for better inspection. I found Impact Auto Body and within minutes of arriving, they inspected my car for estimate and confirmed of the damages but assure me that its not worth worrying about. Yes they could have taken what I would think upto several thousand dollars of my money for repair but they were honest and steered me away from paying for something that wasnt critical. I really appreciate their time, expertise, and honesty.

Chris and the team at impact did a great job repairing our car. Not only did he go above an beyond on our car and taking care of the insurance company, he also found other damage that wasn’t on the on the estimate. I couldnt be happier a with the work on my van to fix the quarter panel and tail light area. The color was matched perfectly and its impossible to tell now that it was ever in an accident. Super friendly and knowledgeable, really exceeded any expectation I could have had. You need work done, go there, you wouldnt be disappointed!

When they fixed my car after a lady hit my bumper two years ago they did a great job.Two years ago my steel fenders cracked on a motorcycle ride. They need to be welded repainted and reinforced. The price was rather expensive yet I felt Chris team was going to do a great job.A month ago the fenders cracked in the same place on another cycle ride. Both fenders. So I decided to order fiberglass fenders from another State. When my nephew and I took off the fenders that were cracked we discovered they were welded but not reinforced like promised. It was disappointing as the fenders to have painted were over 4 grand. I just have them painted for less that $750 dollars at a motorcycle trike shop.

Its been a busy 2020, and am finally getting to write my review for Impact Auto Body.My first experience with Impact was in 2014 after my Expedition was pummeled by golf ball sized hail. That was a great experience, communication and repair. They took care of the damage and ensuring car was clean and even touched up a few small scratches.February of this year the same Expedition was in an accident and suffered heavy damage to the right side of vehicle. Chris and Diane were both great to work with. First, theyre empathetic and understand that youve just gone through an accident/trauma and seek to ease your worries about the insurance and repair process. Second, theyll walk you through the repair process - both theirs and the insurance companys. Of importance to me, they kept me informed of the process and talked through options to help me determine the best option for me. Yes, thats right the best option for me. While my car was ultimately totaled by my insurance company, and it could have been repaired, Chris had a very honest conversation with me, providing me with facts/information I needed to make a final repair/replace decision. A decision that I was able to make on my own without pressure from Impact and was provided information on how to work with the insurance company.While I hope that I dont have to go back, should I ever have another issue that requires body work, Impact Auto will be my first call. Im writing this as Ive recommended them to friends and I know that sometimes the internet is a way folks find a shop. I recommend this independent shop for their personable nature, professional approach, general concern and interest for their customers, and because they do a great work and give you a good-looking and solid vehicle back.

I am beyond happy with my experience at Impact Auto Body. Chris and Diane are complete professionals. My car looks incredible, like the accident never happened. Their communication was excellent. They haggled with the insurance company to make sure my car was repaired properly without cutting corners. I hope to not have to see them again for collision repair but I cant express enough that if you do, you wont regret working with them.

I took my car here to get the side view mirror replaced after someone destroyed it. Not only did they replace it perfectly at a reasonable cost, they got my car washed and the interior cleaned! I picked up my car the next day and it was spotless. They definitely went above and beyond, and Im very thankful.

This place is legit! We were rear ended (but it was pretty bad/ our trunk wouldnt open/ we had some electronic issues). They took care of everything! Insurance was being a pain about aftermarket parts vs authentic, but they got us the authentic ones, like we wanted. When we got our car back, it was as good as new and had been cleaned on the inside. Chris and Diane are also really personable and easy to work with. While I hope we are never in another accident, if we need body work done again, we will 100% go back to Impact!

Chris & Team did an impeccable job on my wife’s Toyota, both inside and out. It looked like a brand new car once they were finished. And they delivered within the exact time Chris estimated. Also, everyone involved were very friendly and professional. Just a first rate operation all around.

They did an amazing job on my car!! It was even better than I had hoped for. I had gotten estimates at a couple different places, and Chris at Impact Auto Body was the only one who REALLY looked at my cars damage (looked in and around the car and at the extra pieces I had I the trunk). Other auto body places simply took pictures and whipped up an estimate. I had a great feeling about Impact Auto Body right away. They fixed my car quickly and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need of repairs.

Impact Auto Body overall is an amazing shop. Have had two of my cars repaired here for both minor and multi-panel collisions (as have other family members of mine). Every single time upon pickup the cars have looked just as they did the day they came off the showroom floor. Great work, no swirl marks or orange peel in any of the numerous different paint colors that have been fixed over the years.

Impact Auto body is the only place to go. They do a great job, the price is right and Chris and Diane are incredibly nice to deal with. Highly recommend.
