We have used Sumners for years but I took one of our cars somewhere different due to convenience. Well, we all know what happened they had the car 3 days (just for breaks) then called and told me it needed shoes, calipers, rotors and it would cost 1002$ called Ryan at Sumners he told me bring it in. Turned out no calipers needed so with breaks, Rotors and an oil change out the door $360, lesson learned, stick to local businesses especially ones who treat you right from the get go, convenience is not always worth it!!! Thank guys at Sumners!

I was traveling outside of my home town and had a engine problem. When they found out I was from out of town, they looked at my vehicle promptly, diagnosed the problem and did the repair within a couple of hours, and got me back on the road. I wish I knew about these guys 15 years ago. Ryan is a top notch manager and their service is off the charts above all around them, along with very fair prices. No flat rate selling, just good old fashioned neighborhood auto shop. I wish I could give them a 7 on a scale of 1-5

Took a chance and got an oil change here because the Pep Boys up the road closed its doors. This will be where I bring my vehicle from now on, very reasonably priced and all employees had a pleasant demeanor. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.Editing to add that I wish I could rate this place again and give them 5 stars. I took my car to have ignition coils installed, it was discovered that I had a fairly large hole in my exhaust manifold. Ryan gave me a price, we scheduled a day for repair which they drove me back to my house and picked me up so I wouldnt have to wait for 4 to 5 hours there, car was done before promised time, everyone was so friendly, professional. This will be my place from now on. Fair, honest, professional.

I like the customer service. Ryan has a good people skill. They like to make sure proper checks and diagnostics are made before drawing conclusion on what the problem with your vehicle is. My car kept making a sound whenever my AC came on. I Initially thought it had to do with the AC, but Ryan was able to deduce that it was the alternator that had the problem. Seeing that I purchased the alternator through a different mechanic and it still had warranty on it, I had to return to that mechanic to get the car fixed. Sumners Auto Care did not charge me anything for all the effort they put in to deduce the the problem. That was so nice of them. I wish theuYccr 2 was could have fixed my car so that I would pay them.

We have relied on Sumner for vehicle care, maintenance, and repair for nearly twenty years-even though we moved away from that part of town nine years ago. We have never had any issues with the quality of their work or the value they provide.

Sumners has been recommended to me by family and friends who have all their cars serviced by them. Ive taken my car in twice so far, once for brake replacement and the other for an oil change. Theyre quick and consistent. Love that you can drop off your car at their shop even when they are closed.

Ive been going to Sumners since the mid 70s and I wouldnt trust anyone else to touch my cars. They are honest and you can trust them to do only whats needed. I highly recommend them! They do excellent work.

I had to take my car to Sumners a couple of days ago. It had been the first time in years that Ive had to take a car to a shop, so I was a little worried at first about taking my vehicle to someone whom Ive had no previous experience doing business with.Thankfully, the mechanics at Sumners were very thorough, professional, and quick. They gave me a phone call to explain what they needed to do to identify the problem, and to provide an estimate. Even though Im sure that this isnt the norm, but the amount that I paid ended up actually being LOWER than the estimate. Needless to say, I was extremely thankful for that bit of good luck. Labor was very reasonable.I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Ill need to get a tune up on my car in the near future, and thankfully I now know where to go!

I recieved an oil change they treated my car like their own, wasnt all about trying to take your money. Will be going back this week for tires and a tune up next week.

I had my car in for service. I had no back lights working. Was told that I probably needed a new switch. Cost:$235. I agreed to the work. When I picked up the car, my bill was about $42. I was pleasantly surprised as Sumner could have charged me for the full amount and I wouldnt have known the difference. I appreciated their honesty and YBintegrity. They are my go to station forever!!!

Weve been using Sumners for 8+ years and had nothing but great experiences. Ive had several late night emergency drop-offs, including 2 tows, plus the usual tune-ups and what not and can only remember 1 time when they werent able to fix it the next day. They call before doing work, the price they quote me over the phone is the price I end up paying, and they explain the details of the repair including recommendations on what has to be done and what can wait.Would highly recommend them!

I am too old and beat up to work on my own vehicles anymore, and Sumners provides a critical need for me: They provide high quality automotive repair work, with a minimum of fuss, and typical and consistent pricing. For years: My wife and I have had new vehicles while our three kids had beaters to get them through their teen years, Sumners services all our vehicles, except for mandatory dealer services on the new vehicles. They have always been honest and fair, however: That doesnt get my main point across.We told Sumners that we just wanted to baby our childrens beaters along until they were old enough to get their own new vehicles. We never had to say anything again: Sumners always provides safe and effective repairs, and has never pressed us for anything that was unnecessary.You can do a LOT WORSE than having an honest mechanic, and Sumners gets my highest possible rating because they are exactly that version of a very rare animal: An honest and reasonable repair and maintenance shop. It feels like they are now almost part of our family, and I am good with that. And: Theyre local to the Colerain Township area, another reason to patronize them.
