Didnt even get to have my appointment. Front desk asked to change the appointment for an earlier time, came in waited for an hour, still wasnt seen and when asked the front desk personnel were rude and argumentative. The scheduler looked disinterested in her job and the guy in the back would keep arguing even when I told him that was fine so I could move on. They were very disorganized and rude.

Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I had booked an appointment at 1PM for a cleaning and received a call the next day that the doctor would be on lunch at 1PM. Ok, I moved my schedule around to accommodate an appointment at 11:30 AM. It is now 12:50 PM, I was barely sat for X-Rays (no one has helped me yet) & the person that called me to tell me I can come in after waiting in my car for almost an hour & a half has informed me that the doctor will be gone from 1-2PM so to go run errands as for I will not be helped until then. It was a “courtesy” comment. What I do not understand is why I would be told they’re running behind almost an hour and a half after my appointment instead of in advance. I would have preferred to have come in another day or later than waste 4-5 hours for teeth cleaning. Completely inconsiderate, unprofessional, and plain out rude.

Im giving four stars for their service. But one star for their apparent inability to be at work on time. The first employees may have been inside by nine a.m. but the doors were locked to patients. It wasnt until two other employees showed up at 9:07 a.m. did they allow patients inside and the manager was late as she was coming in just as we entered . So my 9:30am appt turned into an over 45 minute wait time to be seen .By the way, there was only one patient ahead of me ! That appt time was 9am. The people here are great except for the tardiness factor .Other than that Youll be fine. Overall good experience. 👍

I arrive at 145 and the door is locked. Our appointment is at 2.My daughter is rescheduled from Saturday to Friday for a root canal. I show up, the ladies are out to lunch until 240. I finally sign in and it turns out we dont have an appointment. We can, however reschedule for November, with my daughter in pain. Waisted 45 minutes in my car. Theyve been calling an old number to reschedule. Ive never had issues in the past, must be the new personal. Id also give a 0 if I could. Waisted my time. I found someone quickly to replace this place.

The only thing I do not like about this place is they make me an appt for a certain time but dont call me in for 1 or more hours.I like to make last appts so I dont have to miss work. They say 4:30 is the last appt to make, but dont call me in until way after 5. This dont make sense, why dont they just make me a 5:15-5:30 appt.

I would rate this place a 0 if i could. They didnt do my filling right and my tooth still hurts to this day. I got this filling about a year ago to. Dr. Patel is the absolute WORST. she is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful in so many ways. She cant even answer one simple question which is do I have cavities? Ive been with these people for years and ever since she came to the place shes been a total nightmare. Funny how shes the one who did my filling to. Just all around horrible rude person

Dr. Patel was amazing, she was sweet, patient and thorough. I’m a pain in the butt and a big baby when it comes to dental work but she never seemed annoyed and was always trying to keep me relaxed. Jennifer was very sweet and helpful as well. I’m actually looking forward to going back.

Not usually one to post reviews but seriously avoid this location at all cost. Extremely long wait times, oversells you on treatments you don’t need, charges you reasonable price on the day of, but bills you for 3 times the original price. They are money hungry. Never had a worse experience as a customer anywhere ever.Also, there were other customers waiting outside and I overheard the other 3 waiting complaining about the wait time and service. I’m kind of convinced the reviews on google are all fake at this point.

Maria Yulo and fellow orthodontists were the best I could ask for in orthodontists, they were welcoming when I came in for my braces appointments. The assistants really tried to get to know you and I felt at home.

I have been going to this office since my daughter was one. All the staff was very friendly. Especially the receptionist named Jasmine. While I was there with my daughter ,she was very keen on helping all the patients coming in and letting them know how long their wait would be. She kept them updated compared to other experiences I have been to when you didnt know how long your wait was going to be.

This office lacks professionalism, and customer service skills. From the Orthodontist, manager, and staff. I also called their corporate office, personal relations department, not much better there.( the girl I was talking to hung up on me)On July 22 my daughter was refered out of the office. No explanations.1 week later I received a letter saying that because of disruptive behavior( the letter doesnt specify who) she was refered out. When I call WD personal relations department they wanted to hear the offices side of the story, they said, the Orthodontist did not feel confident to continue ortho treatment, I ask the girl to repeat what she said and she refused then hung up on me.It finally took me 2 weeks to get a hold of the manager. I had left my number so she could call me on July 22, I didnt get a call. I called a week later when I got the letter. She didnt call me back. Today I finally spoke with her, she got my side of the story and I asked her to look at the camera footage and see if what they claim is true. There was never a conversation with the orthodontist. I have not spoken to the orthodontist in about 6 months and my daughter didnt have any conversation with him either. The only interaction I had that day was with the male receptionist when I asked when were her braces coming off.The staff is nice, but they dont like to be bothered with questions they dont communicate anything. Period.Like any other patient, at any other office, if and when I have concerns about a treatment I will ask. I cant wait for this nightmare to be over.

Horrible service! My sister got her teeth removed over a year ago for dentures. To this day, we have been given the run around and they have cancelled her appointments several times and not only that, they also lost her dentures. Manager isn’t much help either. Filed a complaint with DHCS. Hopefully this gets resolved.

I really had a pleasant experience at Western Dental in Chino,CA.Ive been to four dental offices within the past two years,and you can tell how they run their office when youre escorted to the back for treatment.Irene was very pleasant, and made sure that I was comfortable.You could tell she loved her job by the way she took care of me.Before I go to a new business concerning my health,I check out the reviews,and the Chino office was ranked the highest!!

Got my wisdom teeth out for the first time, and everyone at this western dental was so friendly and comforting. From the moment of walking in to getting into the chair, everything was very well explained and very well handled. Hands down the best place ever!

Had a 2:00 appointment and arrived at 1:40 to fill out my insurance information. Then the waiting started. I went for an extraction of a damaged tooth but was bombarded with them trying to sell me everything they could. Something you don’t want when you’re in pain and just want a tooth pulled. This took so long and this large man is the one they use for extracting teeth. He squeeze my jaw and under my tongue so had when the injections began to wear off they pain of my jaw and under my tongue was far worse then the missing tooth. I have much more dental work to do but would never let this place touch me again. I can’t imagine any other office being worse than here. I didn’t get out of there until 5:40 in the evening. The girls that work in front and did the ex ray were very sweet.

My grandmother was charged an absurd amount for a root canal and cap, $3,800 to be exact. When I called to get an explanation of charges, I was told 2 different things from Beatrice and Brianna. When things were not going smoothly on the phone, Brianna reached out to her manager and the manager Michelle, would not come to the phone. Brianna said I needed to wait until April 6th to speak to Beatrice. When I asked to speak to Michelle she would not come to the phone and I was not given a reason why. I am still waiting for Michelle to call me back. I have called our benefits provider and have submitted a grievance. This office is extremely unprofessional. The girls have no people skills. Do not go here. If your insurance says this is the only place to go, find a place out of town, go somewhere else. Do not give these people business if they cannot explain it. They should be able to give you a basic rundown and management should handle what concerns patients have.

A++ for Jose and his team. My kids love their dentist and assistants, we are always greated with smiles from his great receptionist. I would highly recommend this office to everyone that is looking for a good dentist and amazing staff.

Dr. Nyugen is the best orthodontist in the Western Dental corporation. The good dentist was extremely patience and addressed every questions and concerns that I had. Also he has a great bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for the care and my new perfect smile.

Had an appointment set up for Saturday. I received a text confirmation and replied back to confirm. When I arrived they had canceled my appointment. They claimed they couldn’t contact me even though I received text from them. They stated that their corporate didn’t update their records. Then they said they couldn’t verify my insurance. I then called another dentist office nearby and they were able to verify my insurance over the phone. Western dental didn’t even attempt to try to help me. I took my business elsewhere. Very disappointed. waste of time going there

Edwin, Rebecca and Dr. Patel are amazingly awesome!!!!!!! This is based off multiple experiences over the last three years. Only down side to this place is the extended wait time in the lobby even with an appointment. They do always seem very time efficient once you’re taken in past the lobby. And it’s very clear that everyone seems to be doing they’re best so maybe they just make appointments to close together? Either way I drive from Norco to this location in Chino which is about a half hour drive and it’s totally worth it. I will follow Dr. Patel wherever she goes!

I was afraid of dentist until I meet Edwin he made me change my prospective on dentist. he was always happy and I love the fact he showed he loved what he does. I noticed he connects with each patient and I like that about himself. he was always gentle and always asked me if I was okay and if anything hurt let him know. Im glad overall of his professionalism.

Great experience! Leaving for the military next week. I wasn’t able to leave with braces but they got it done for me before I leave. Great experience from the beginning all the way to the end. AND THEY DONT SAY THE TOTAL RIGHT SO ASK FOR THEM TO BE SPECIFIC THAT IF ITS HUNDREDS OR BELOW $100 HUNDRED ETC.Comfortable experience and knowledgeable staff one of the dental assistant that is there is really nice and relatable she makes it more relaxing. And doctor Wissa was really nice and calming. My overall experience was great.I dont like the electric toothbrush they sell, I used it for months and my teeth werent as clean as they were when I brush them with a regular toothbrush.All you need is a toothbrush (soft if you brush hard), floss and mouth wash. I wish I knew that could of saved me $200.

Kinda feels like getting your oil changed at Walmart, it gets done, but you are not really sure if they did it right, and you can tell none of the staff like each other very much by the way they talk to each other. Every thing is a little dirty or broken looking or needs paint, but hey you can make payments.

I had an appointment today at Western Dental and Kimberly was amazing! She was super friendly, help me with every question I had and try to take care of my paperwork as fast as possiblepossible. This Western Dental location is hands-down the bestbest.

I took my 19 year old daughter with special needs to have her evaluated to have her wisdom teeth out. Her orthodontist had said she needs them out, and this was confirmed. At Western Dental they do not use sedation - four impacted wisdom teeth out without sedation? No way. My daughter s four front teeth have short roots, other dentists have seen them and the orthodontist took special care and moved them very slowly so that we dont lose them. This dentist said You know shes going to lose these four front teeth pretty soon dont you?. My daughter was crying. Who does that? She doesnt know my daughter, she doesnt know anything about her, and to say that right in front of her like that, matter of fact, as though she knows? Her lack of care was shocking! I had already said they could clean her teeth and add sealant, and we went ahead with that. The woman doing this did not clean her teeth, she merely polished them, I asked three times when she was going to clean her teeth, I thought that would be done first, but she said, I am cleaning them. All she did was polish them, no cleaning any tartar or plaque. Is this done intentionally to cause more dental issues and bring in more money to Western Dental?Someone at Western Dental offered to get in touch and try to resolve our issues, I responded via email, they responded and said they couldnt find any patient information, so I sent more, and they ignored that. This place puts responses to try to sound good, but they really have no intention of trying to remedy really bad service.

The staff here is incredibly amazing. I have been a patient with Western Dental in Chino for over 2 years now and let me tell you, I don’t trust anyone else with my teeth but them! They have gaven me incredible results with my braces. This is a place for you if you want results fast and want to be treated like family!
