I love my new Smile thank you Chino Family Dental!! I was told I would have braces on for 2 years but got them removed beforehand. Im soooo Happy!!! I had an orthodontist appointment every month, cleaning every six months. Arrived at my appointments on time or a few minutes before never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be called in. I also recommend my sister and shes loving her progress to a new smile. Thanks to all of the staff, my journey to a beautiful smile was successful!!! Thank you Again

First off I want to say I only came here because they had a good deal on braces that I seen on Facebook. I regret coming here, they were happy to help with my first appointment only because I paid almost in full and every appointment they bug me about a small balance that I owe I still have two years of treatment so I don’t get the big deal … anyways they also have horrible customer service they never have squeeze in appointments if you can’t make your appointment you have to wait a whole month the girls at the front desk never try to help ! Just the worst dentist ever

I strongly suggest to find another place to go, Chino Family Dental has been the most complicated place to do business with. As a parent I regret every time to have signed a contract at this horrible place, I wish I could get out this unprofessional orthodontist office.1- Communication between Ortho and patient is null. They wont explain to you hows treatment going. Ive had 7 visits and I havent seen my daughters orthodontist I dont know him/her.2- Always a nighmare try to reschedule any appointment, things happen and they are NOT FLEXIBLE AT ALL they charge you $30 for no show appt. and plus they will reschedule you 6 weeks later, but good job on the punctuality to be collecting your money at the monthly payment 👏3- Wait time is another hassle there, even though you show up on time, you will consistently have to wait at least 20 min. to get in along with 7 other patients that arrived all at the same hour. Yes this place is over crowded!4- Front desk Ladies are not willing to help you at all, any question you will need to ask they will always have to answer the phone first in the middle of the conversation, rude!They made mistakes and they are not even close to apologize.If you want to avoid all of this headaches, think seriously before you sign a contract. They will treat you the best just to trap you in.

Dentists who UPSELL should not be trusted. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DENTIST! They scam you by suggesting $700 deep cleaning on your first appointment.I decided to choose this dentist due to high Yelp rating and close to my work. When I checked in the front desk said that the initial $39 was for check up, x-ray, and regular cleaning. (Wow, what a deal right??) Except, the front desk stated that if the doctor suggests a deep cleaning that $39 would not be covered. I asked her further and she stated that a deep cleaning is rare and usually only needed once in a lifetime.Went inside for the x-rays and check up. The hygienist said everything looks great, but its border line a deep cleaning recommendation. Wow... the trickiest sales tactic. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, I asserted that I would like to have a regular teeth cleaning. The doctor asked that I could be walked out because I did not agree with their recommendation. Ultimately still paid for $39 for a copy of the X-rays.Totally unacceptable. This location is in Chino and I feel bad for the community that have not been to any other dentist. Some dentists push expensive services for a profit. Im going to drive an hour back to my old dentist. Local is not always the best. I hope this office can change their corporate structure. This is not good business. PLEASE DONT use this dentist.The doctor never mentioned anything about teeth polish. Shady business practices here.

This one start will be for the front staff at Chino family dental, Im currently in a orthodontic treatment and just to make an appointment for my next visit a hassle, they are too crowded, they might have exceed their capacity and ladies at front staff are not willing to help at all, the only time they were helpful was when I signed the contract and paid. I regret every time to have chosen this business, I highly dont recommend Chino Family Dental

I got attended by Evelyn, and let me tell you she was the nicest most gentle dentist ever. She took really good care of me. The environment is overall spectacular. 10/10 recommend chino family dental.

Consider the value of your time, wear-n-tear of your vehicle and gas before choosing this Ortho. I thought it was get a great deal since I didnt consider any if that however, if youre doing ortho its at least a 2yr commitment. There is always a 30-60 minute wait here even when you have an appointment and then an additional wait once youre called back. They over schedule and the Dr. doesnt even seem to know whats she doing as she goes out of sequence and disappears at times. When they mess up they send the office manager to tell you that its no-ones fault how is it no ones fault? Then they try telling you that have to sign paperwork saying youre at fault when clearly its theirs. Obviously its their fault because I dont work there and call the shots. Then they tell you that in order for them to fix their mistakes you have to inconvenience yourself to drive back the next day and take the day off work. If my girls and I werent still in braces Id NEVER come back. Sadly all of the reviews that are on here that are negative are true. We started here almost 2 years ago and they were a lot better then than they are now.

2 years ago when Was my kids initial appointment employees were great and everything you know the catch so you can come. So I decided to start coming here and get my sons and husbands braces here. The reality was something else. But the truth is that they are the worst dentistry available😡They are always super busy specially Ortho. Very disrecpectful you ask them a question and they responds with an attitude and that’s not including Karla or Alex but everyone else in the office is a different story plus they never have long time employees other than Karla and Alex and one more lady that she’s always rude.I am so disappointed and regret so much coming here I should’ve paid more for his braces with better service so you get what you pay forJUST BE CAUTIOUS here I’m sure I’m not the only person that thinks like this

Be careful with this place, my husband just started going September 2020, by November 2020, we had paid out of pocket almost $2500 having a really good dental insurance. He still in pain because the dentist, gives wrong treatment from the beginning, when i received my insurance statements the amounts they paid were completely different from the one the dentist provide me from the beginning of treatment. I took the information to the manager, and as of today she never returned my call, i filed an agrivance with my insurance and they are helping me solve this issue of over payment. But not just they over charge me, but they also reported to the insurance that they did a Peridontal Maintenance the day he was there only for a polish. The polish that thet have been postponing for the cleaning done 10/2020. Is ridiculous how they put incorrect information in a patient medical record to receive an extra $96 bucks. Hopefully the owners see what the management is doing in this place and fix it, not for me because i will never give a penny more to this place, too bad my daughter still has braces and has 7 more months and i have a contract. I will keep my eyes wide open for any other charges after this months are over for her, because knowing them they will keep charging my credit card. Please stay away from this place and be careful, check your paperwork before making any payments.

Bad business. Very Bad managementThey carved us for thing that was not done.This place is horrible, the manager doesn’t know what she’s doing. For over 3 months we are trying to get a refund on a insurance card. Credit card that was charge. Over 1,300. For the job that wasn’t done And they keep lying to us Randomly they said they don’t know how to do it...They said the manager Erica is not in, Then We realize is the same person that we are being talking to. They lie to us several times they said that we can’t talk to the manager or supervisor. She’s too busy, she’s not in. They will call us. Never happened. I ask for the the owner they said He/she is not available. They can get a hold of the supervisor. They charged us for the job that never was done. In the mean time we are paying interest rate !!Be careful, BE CAREFUL FOXthey just want your money and your insurance money they tell you one price and when you go to pay they charge you more. My parents bring my sister here and they always give them the worst service!! Although they have an appointment, they still make you wait a whole hour before they bring you in!! Never fails. Do not get any services done here. My sister says they are always busy talking to each other and not really working or helping the clients.

I just had my first cleaning with the hygienist Jennifer and she was great!! She didnt hurt me one bit, she was fast and very nice as well it was such a good feeling and I am very happy with my cleaning and will make my future appointments with her. THANK YOU SO MUCH JENNIFER !!!

Due to covid I have not been seen since February. Carmen called to schedule an appt for June 25th @1:30. They are good at confirming the day before. Since, I did not receive a call I decided to call and confirm. Low and behold Im not on calendar for today. They have no problem deducting from my account every month. Beyond frustrating and a waste of time.

I had my two daughters braces procedures here. Their first words at check in was you have past due balance instead of greeting their patients. I always paid direct out of my account. The front desk are very unprofessional and treated all their guests bad as they came in. If the patient calls because after their appointment something has gone bad they talk bad as if they are giving you out of their pocket. They dont care about you as a patient at all.

This was our first experience at Chino Family Dental. We were welcomed as if we had been there before. My daughter felt comfortable and looks forward to going back! Dr. Rodriguez was professional and created a plan for us to correct my daughters issue. We will definitely be back!

Took my daughter in for a consult for braces. So far the service has been great the staff and the dentist were all very friendly and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured to make a decision right away. I went home thought about the prices and have decided to go with them. I already have our return appointment.

We heard about this dental office from a friend and decided to try them out. We mainly came here for the orthodontist. He has been great in the whole process of treating our daughter with great care! Her braces have been working well In straightening her teeth out and her treatment has been perfect! To top it off, the braces are very affordable. We are very happy with their services !

Im very satisfied with Dr Rodriguez, not only is she good in what he does, but the staff is very efficient and kind. The staff is always in a good mood, always with a smile. Wonderful service, great results, the best in CA area, and probably the best anywhere for that matter.

Reasonable pricing and staff explained the process top to bottom. Dr. King is quick, which is one of the great things I like about him. He checked everything, but has a most competent staff as well and I couldnt be happier with the results.

I usually never leave reviews (mainly because i feel theyre fabricated or made by the staff themselves), but I know how delicate a dentist visit can be. The staff is a lot more friendly than youd expect. They prioritize the service over the finances! I went in the other day because of a tooth issue, and they were able to see me the same day. The dental hygienist, the front office women and Alex made me feel like I could be transparent with them, and the thing that stood out with me was they kept reiterating that i could take it as slow i needed in oder to get all the work done. Id recommend them ANY day of the week.

It started pretty good but will not go back for my sons phase 2 ortho treatment. The wait can get really long, an hour or more. Rescheduling takes a month. There is a cancellation fee when you cancel less than 24 hours. This is where I had issue with this clinic, my son had phase 1 ortho treatment here. Weve been going here for over 2 years and today, I called to cancel my appointment because something important came up but I was told that I will be charged cancellation fee. I tried explaining that we have been a client for a long time and that the appointment was ortho related. My sons visit is just to see if he is ready for his phase 2 ortho. They no longer collect payment for this visit. I was really hoping that they will waive the cancellation fee but NOPE. So today, is my sons last appointment and will look for a different ortho for his 2nd phase. You wouldnt waive a $30 cancellation fee and expect me to spend $3,000 for his treatment at your clinic? not happening.

Called due to a dental emergency they told me the earliest they could see me is friday, which is understandable. I know it was such short notice. However I tried to explain that I had paperwork from a doctor stating that this should be treated with extreme priority and she cuts me off and says, What is this information going to do for me?. First off, atleast allow me to finish without being rude cause im trying to give the purpose for my visit in the first place which should be of importance. Second, if you cant see me earlier all you have to say is Sorry about that sir I would love to help but I just cant book you any further. Instead of the above comment that was made. Im sure you hear people talking about emergenencies all the time but there are some that are of importance and although you may not be able to treat them it doesnt excuse being rude just because I kindly asked if there was anyway to be seen sooner. If my mouth wasnt hurting at the time I wouldve made it a point to ask to speak to a manager because of how rude your assistant was.

A great experience. Lots of care and concern for my comfort, input and care throughout the entire process. The new doctor and staff were patient were always anxious to help and put me first. I hate going to the dentist but Id definitely go back to this one with no anxiety.

Started coming here November of 2016. The primary ortho doctor is now different. There are a lot of people that I feel dont know how to do their job. Long wait time no matter what time you come in.

A few weeks ago Dr. King removed my wisdom teeth, I was so nervous going into surgery but was immediately calmed down by the lovely dental assistants. Everyone here is amazing!

The staff is pretty great friendly talkative very social environment , but there moto isnt really too make you happy more to reel you in and take your money. I went in there for some braces and told them if my insurance coveredmy general and they said yes I made sure to ask three times before signing that contract. Anyway they decide to put my brackets on my bottom teeth with no wire to keep me locked in to the contracted. NOW I HAVE A 1000$ debt with them for cancelling a mistake they made. NO FEES WERE WAVIED ONLY DISCOUNTED .

Chino Office: Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Stevens are unprofessional and have no integrity whatsoever. They do not really care about their customers, including all the staff there, it has been a nightmare going to this location, don’t waste your time and money.I hope and pray that you, reader, are not being lured in with their coupon for a 24 month treatment promotion, it’s a terrible mistake.They talked me into 30 month treatment, and the first couple weeks they showed their true colors.(It’s a sad and long story but I have pictures and proof to illustrate this awfulness)They don’t care what a customer says, or the treatment they give you. I paid in full and upfront for a service and because of a dispute and complaint on my part, for their terrible service/treatment, the chino office and its employees are denying to treat me or provide service. This company has many locations, I was willing to travel to another location, I spoke to the company’s “manager” Wanda, and she did not care what I wanted, or what I had to say, and has yet to return my calls. (She pretended to care and said she would call but never did)This company is refusing to provide the service that I paid for. They rejected me and my claims and want to simply deband me and keep the money I already paid.What a heartless company.I paid to have straight teeth, to be able to smile, and they STOLE that from me, literally. I keep hoping they will do the right thing for their customer and call me back...I was not provided service the whole month of April and now we’re in May.I was trying to share my experience with everyone, trying to warn people about their scam, and left comments on their Facebook page. Had a Really freaking BAD experience with this dental office, and wont recommend to anyone ever. We went to see a dentist on 11/22/17 for my wife to do her regular cleaning and check up which was 100% covered through my insurance due to I had the same procedure with them on middle of this year, thats why I brought my wife to them.Anyway after we got there they kept my wife in the room more than half an hour and told her by the office manager (Natalie) that we have to pay $52 for regular cleaning... OMG 😱, REALLY... Later on I called to my insurance to make sure that why have to pay for this procedure, insurance rep. told me that... you dont have to pay anything (by the meantime ins. rep. called to dental office (conference call)), now theyre apologizing & keep saying sorry & begging to give them a second chance.So, before you go to any dental offices make sure with insurance company that what have to pay and not have to pay, otherwise this kind of dental office people can rip off our hard working money so easily.

I went in on a referral from a coworker. On my upper quadrant left side I had my wisdom tooth pulled and stiched up and the dentist says to his assistant that i needed a bone graph. I went in for ine tooth hurting. Some organic gradual white power was supposedly put in the pulled extracted area and Im being told by the front office that thats a bone graph. What the hell is all that about white powder for 280.00. Absolutely ridiculous, my fees from Delta Dental that i was to pay for what was done to the wisdom tooth and xray image done came to 219.00. The dentist charged me 499.00 and said that he did a bone graph to the pulled wisdom tooth. What kind of business is that to take advantage of just pulling a wisdom tooth. Nobody needs their wisdom teeth and low and behold you dont need a damn bone graph for a pulled wisdom tooth. If they unfairly charged me, its a thought, who else did they unfairly over charge over the months? Seems to me that Chino Family Dental is about taking customers money. Theyre dishonest business and that dentist Abaro is a dentist trying to make a quick buck off of hard working customers. He needs to go back to school and learn the rule of being a HONEST dentist with new and old customers. This is not a honest dentistry. Very Very unhappy customer.

Nothing but good vibes at this place. They really go out of there way to take care of their patients. Especially the younger ones.

Im a bit nervous when it comes to the Dentist, but decided to give Dr. Abaro and Dr King a try. Yana, the hygienist was so sweet and patient with me. She asked me questions about what types of things made me nervous and how I had dealt with my anxiety in the past. She let me know that they had nitrous available to help ease my fears, but she was so gentle and friendly, I made it through the whole cleaning with no issues. I really appreciated their patience and care when addressing my anxieties. Im not one who usually struggles with anxiety or fear, but a couple bad dentists is all it takes. I would recommend everyone here in a heart beat.
