My husband and I love Smile Artistry Chino Valley! I have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist and I try to avoid it as much a possible, however, the team at Smile Artistry help me calm my nerves 100 percent. I’ve always wanted a perfect smile but avoided doing anything about it because of my anxiety, but I finally took the plunge and trusted Dr. C. and her team with my “mouth makeover.” I ended up getting 10 sparkling white crowns put in. During the prepping I never felt any pain. Dr. C always made sure I was comfortable and had my “stress doll” waiting for me at the start of my appointment lol! The team does everything possible to make sure you feel comfortable and calm. I now have a perfect smile that I’m so proud to show off and it’s all thanks to Smile Artistry! If you’re in need of a dentist in the Inland Empire without a doubt this is the place to go!

I enjoyed my visit at the dentist. Everyone was very professional. The staff was amazing. The two assistants were very nice and respectful. Dr. did her job told me when I would get my crown make an appointment. And front desk receptionist was very very kind. Love my trip to the dentist.

I started going to Smile Artistry a few years ago after switching from an unsatisfactory dentist. This dentist is honest and upfront and truly cares about giving the best quality treatment. I’ve always had all my options explained to me and she will also try to find the least invasive procedures. The whole office is always clean and ready. Definitely recommend.UPDATE: still great! I had a super easy time with an implant I was really nervous about. It’s all working out wonderfully. Charisma is the most gentle hygienist ever. I have some sensory issues with floss and she was so gentle I had zero problems. Highly recommend!

I have been scheduling appointments for a while now and every appointment and conversation has gone well. The work done here is great and I have never had to have any tooth with a problem worked on more then once. All dental work done has been excellent.

They are always very nice and my daughter who is ten actually likes coming for her checkup. I sometimes am made aware that this is DHMO though and I sometimes made to be felt rushed. Overall very nice though.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They send out appointment reminders via text, which is great for busy people. Their waiting area is cozy and they even offer coffee and mints complimentary.My kids are not scared and will go in to see the kind staff and get treats from a treasure box...They explain the importance to the kids about their teeth and how to care for them.We are happy to have found a nice office, staff and Dentist for our family.

Everyone is very polite and helpful. They are also willing to help when it comes to the billing process by setting up a payment plan and they also take care credit.

Comfortable atmosphere. Helpful, friendly staff. The dentist and hygienists are very well experienced and let you know about procedure, price, options,etc. All without being pushy as well. Will always remind you of appointment times well before. I would only mention that parking is limited but thats just nick-picking something critical.

If your looking for a dentist I dont recommend this one. Last week I went to have my wisdom thooth pulled out this doctor attempt to pull it out but because I could still feel it she stop and left me like that without helping me get the help I needed and just walked out on me. I waited a whole week to find a oral surgeon to have my wisdom thooth pulled out. The reception was supposed to call me back with the referral to oral surgeon no one never called me back worst dentist ever... I had to do my own research and find the oral surgeon.

Very comfortable experience. Appointment on time time. All associates wete professional and helpful.

My mother was subject to a very toxic work environment (she worked at an dental assistant here.) The head doctor would harass her and put so much pressure on my mother, causing her to have frequent panic attacks or talk about how terrible her day at work was.How could I support a place that treats their employees like they mean nothing.

My daughter was made to feel comfortable by Theresa who also has a lovely personality, I truly appreciate their receptiveness in making sure kids are given TLC. I was pleased with Dr Cherukuri’s recommendation and her knowledge in current technology. She was upfront and sincere which I do appreciate. As a new patient I look forward for my family to build a great future patient doctor relationship. She is never to busy for me.The staff is always smiling and they make fresh cookies to go with the complimentary coffee!I found this amazing place almost 2 years ago as I looked for a dentist that can treat my autistic son and myself. I am amazed at how the Dentist and hygienist gave us time and quality. We were not rushed and my teeth look and feel better than ever. My son loves going here and actually looks forward to his dental visits. We hardly ever have to wait to be seen and she accepts walk-in emergencies ( my son broke his teeth...). I highly recommend it for quality, service, niceness, the free cookies and coffee in the sitting area and the amazing staff.

I love Dr Cherukuri. She is very patient and doesnt make you feel bad or if you are wasting her time if you need a little bit of extra attention to be comfortable and at ease.
