I used Dr. Singhal to go about getting Invisalign. He said for my teeth it should take about 1.5-2 years to get my teeth straight. After 4 years they still are not straight. He kept claiming I wasn’t wearing my trays enough even though I wore them as I was told. He never put buttons on my teeth to hold the Invisalign on even though there were pockets/bubbles in the Invisalign to hold them.I now have very bad TMJ because of having to clench my jaw to push and keep the Invisalign on my teeth. He kept claiming that the Invisalign was enough of a cushion to act as a mouth guard so my jaw wouldn’t hurt. We had to order over 4 new 5-12 month sets worth of trays after my teeth didn’t magically straighten despite the last tray of the set not being straight. How can my teeth be straight by the end if the tray isn’t? He kept blaming me for this. After all this, he never scheduled another appointment with me to make new trays. But don’t worry, I received a birthday text from his office.Before starting Invisalign he took xrays and said I did not need my wisdom teeth removed and instead filed between my teeth to “make room for movement.” This has made my teeth sensitive and they stain easily where he filed. Two years later I’m in pain and get X-rays from a different dental office and three of my wisdom teeth are impacted and one is growing crooked.I discourage anyone from going here.Rosemary was always a pleasure to talk to in person and on the phone. She is the sweetest and most caring receptionist.However, their other receptionist hired around 2016-17 was the rudest most abrupt girl. She repeatedly forgot to make my appointments and would forget to tell Dr Singal to call me back. Multiple times she forgot to tell him I needed to order new trays. I would call a few times and then she would tell me she forgot to ask him.I often showed up for my appointments 5-10 minutes early, it only took about 2 minutes to get my new trays and I was in and out of the office. However, I was never seen on time and would have to wait 45 minutes to get called back and then was seen for less than five minutes.Dr. Singhal took advantage that I was 18 when I went in and took so many shortcuts. I saw him from April of 2013- August of 2017 and have not achieve my desired goals of straight teeth.

Dr. Singhal is an absolutely brilliant dentist. He is kind and takes care with each procedure. I came to see him in order to repair a dental implant. My tooth had been hurting for weeks and when I called in his office staff was very kind and set me up with an appointment for the next day. Dr. Singhal new the root of the problem in no time. His staff set me up for a follow up appointment for the dr to preform the necessary procedure. After the implant, my tooth ache went away completely. The healing time was very short and the staff walked me through how to properly take care of my oral health. Dr. Singhal is my go to cosmetic dentist any time Im in Chino or the Inland Empire.

I wish there were an option for zero stars!!! Dr. Singal is extremely impatient and has terrible bedside manner! He has no regard for how he speaks to his patients. He takes short cuts on his work, yet believes hes the God of dentistry. I went to his office 5 times for the same procedure! Dont subject yourself to his ego!!!
