I have had extensive dental work right before the end of the year.I needed to have several crowns made. Which meant I needed to have some temporaries. Most of my temporaries work just fine. But I had one that just would not stay in place. After being in the office 4 days straight, Yolanda at the front desk went above and beyond and spoke to Lisa. Lisa is of the best dental assistants I know. They agreed to bring me in on a Friday and remake the temporary to get me through until my perminent to get there. These 2 ladies are just amazing! I cant wait for my new Crown to come in and start 2021 off with a perfect set of chompers!

I worked in the dental industry for 30 years and since I have the background I chose this office for treatment with high recommendation from my former employees. Dr Wong she is awesome and very caring. Mari office manager knowledgeable and professional. Lucy treatment coordinator attentive to patient needs.Hygienist Ashley did my cleaning today she has great hands. I am very pleased with the entire team. I would definitely recommend and tell my family and friends.

This is a review for Lisa A. I have been a customer at this dental office for a minimum of 15 years (& through a few name changes). Lisa has been there through it all also. First and foremost she is a true professional, always conducting herself as such. She is always very pleasant. I have seen her interactions with many patients through the years & have never seen her behave in a negative fashion. Never upset, rude or impatient. Always polite & smiling. Lisa also takes the time to explain exactly what the patient should expect & how both she & the dentist will proceed. She is extremely knowledgeable in regard to her profession & I can tell she also takes great pride in her work & work ethic. It is such a pleasure whenever I have a dental appointment and I always look forward to seeing Lisa’s smiling face, always acknowledging me and saying hello. In my eyes she is a definite asset to your office. If i can give this place a 10 star i would. I hated going to the dentists but Lucy and the other staff make you feel soo comfortable. The staff here are amazing. My dental insurance changed in the middle of my appointment and the price increased on the work that needed to be done on my tooth but Lucy still honored the original price i was told. Lucy is super amazing. I highly recommend this dental office.

Finding a good dentist is tough, but Dr. Wang and the team at Ocean Dental in Chino have done a great job for me. Dr. Wang is very knowledgeable, really cares about her patients and insists on being very thorough with their dental needs. That means you get very good results. Im very satisfied.

Thanks to all the staff for making me feel welcome as it was first visit there on 2/14. Everyone was friendly and professional. Lucy called me before hand (she left a voicemail) to let me know that they would be have a Disney themed Day and if I wanted to sport my Disney gear. Then when I returned the call to confirm my appointment, Mari also reminded me about their Disney themed day and being a new patient she reminded me to bring my ID and my insurance card. When I got there Cesar answered my questions that I had when I was filling out the paper work. Ashely did a great job with my cleaning and cant wait until my braces get taken off to get a deep cleaning. Mari helped explain the cost of my treatment and for my future treatment. I will continue to go here for all my dental work 😊

Very professional staff ,friendly, and really patient with my daughter Lisa tried her best to get my daughter comfortable to take x-rays of her teeth. Dr. Deza was awesome he made a glove balloon for my daughter to calm her down and the kids got to pick something out of the toy chest even though they were the opposite of good patients thank you everybody at Ocean Dental.🙂

I switched to Ocean Dental about a year ago and have no been disappointed! Patient care is excellent, incredibly welcoming and I felt comfortable in their care. Lisa and Dr. Deza were 100% approachable and very kind. Always look forward to coming to the office. Thank you!

Update first review (first review: AWESOME PEOPLE Especially MARI!!!) The entire office staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Mari has been exceptional in helping me with my situation. She is very compassionate and addresses every patient concern. Mari has proven the patient comes first and understands patients are individuals and their treatment is also individual and not everyone fits into one treatment plan nor does everyone experience the same pain level or healing time frame. I will say I had a bad experience with one Dentist at this Office; however, I will refrain from posting his name because again not everyone is the same and he may be very good with other patients. I expressed my concerns with Mari and she went out of her way to make sure I am matched with a Dentist here that will address me as an individual. Again, all the staff is awesome, but it is because of Mari that I am remaining a patient with this office. Additionally, their Oral Surgeon is also GREAT. Thanks Mari again for your very caring support.

I recently brought my 3 year old daughter to Ocean Dental Chino. The staff was very friendly. Jennifer made my daughter feel so comfortable. She showed my daughter all the dental tools and what they were used for. By the time the doctor came in my daughter had little fear at all of being seen. Ocean Dental also had a little treasure box full of toys and let my daughter pick one if she did a good job with the dentist. I feel the staff went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. I recommend ocean dental to all my friends and well as family!

I didnt even get treatment at this office but the behavior of the front desk was so upsetting I had to leave a review. I came with my friend to the dentist office for their procedure and the front desk person was so dismissing, when we came in we werent even acknowledged untill about 2 minutes later while waiting in fornt of the desk, compared to other customers and even for setting up the appointments. My friend was waiting for a follow up to reschedule their appt in march, due to COVID starting, since they said they would call, my friend waited 4 months and finally called THEM since my friend couldnt handle the pain and then was informed they had been reopened for a month already and was nonchalantly offered an appointment the next day. And same for after the procedure, they were never scheduled for a follow up and grew concerned about the stitches and called them and then again was nonchalantly told they were supposed to come in for a follow up, that they never scheduled! I dont understand how front desk people, who are really the face of the company, can be so dismissive a customer

I came to Coast Dental and I am very very very happy with my whole experience here...starting with the beautiful greeting from Erica...her amazing smile professionalism and heart to assist me and my family with all our requests...i am just so happy...Also, the dentist so professional and .helped my sons to be relax for their checkup. Also, with great assistance from Carla to setup the appointments and any other request.Every minute here was a very happy positive experience...i just cant even explain it better.I had so many requests and they were able to accommodate all my requests and I have a lot.Thank you so very much Erica....i really really appreciate you so much...I am looking forward to many many more wonderful experiences....even my kids have really enjoyed their time here and they are teenagers

This office is run very well. My wait time is usually very short. The new administration efficiently schedules their patients so that their office is never crowded. There is a friendly cast of characters that run this office and they have always been caring and accommodating to my schedule. Although I have on occasion disagreed with treatment I dont feel that they constantly try to sell me services or treatment that I dont really need or is not covered by insurance.

The pediatric team here is wonderful!!! They were patient and caring with my son and kept me updated throughout the procedure making sure I understood everything that was happening with his care. I want to give a special thanks to Jessica and Norma too!

I recently changed to have this office as my primary as I had a horrible experience with my previous dentist. Yesterday was my 2nd visit and I must say I love it! The staff is super friendly, the dental assistants are awesome! I had a root canal yesterday and it was a long process but it was all worth it. They made it very comfortable for me. Clean office, friendly staff, amazing Dr, Awesome assistants, cant go wrong with that.

This place has now changed to Ocean Dental. I definitely do not recommend going here. They are rude and force you to pay for services you did not receive. If my daughters orthodontist didnt come here to treat his patients I would have stopped coming here the moment they changed.

My experience with Coast Dental is always positive. Erica and the other staff are very understanding when you are running a little late, or need to reschedule. I go there for orthodontics, and my orthodontist and his team are precise yet quick! It never takes more than an hour, usually 20-30 mins and Im out! My teeth have come a long way, and it wouldnt be possible without this place.

. The Dr & his assistant Lisa were very friendly, and answered all my question and concerns. The office was well maintained, I highly recommended them .

After dealing with other dental - ortho places for my sons care, this place is wonderfully AMAZING!! The staff here are superb and remember who you are which makes even greater. Theyre helpful and caring. I also love the fact they are open late and on Saturdays for ortho which as a working mom it is difficult getting out of work. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience. I had not been to the dentist in a long time. I felt comfortable with the Dr, hygienist and staff.

Staff at this place is very friendly & explain everything in detail. The Dr is amazing!! I was very nurse even shaking a bit. The Dr was very patient with me. I felt absolutely no pain. I had to get some cavities filled the Dr put numbing cream on my gums before giving me the shot which I did not end up feeling at all. He did an amazing job & look forward to going back to finish my dental work

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!!!!Negligent and unprofessional!!!Worst dental office I ever went to... went in to get my wisdom teeth pulled out as emergency while visiting family!!!(1). Got seen by a very young dentist in his early 20s. Spoke to me a lot more about what I was going to do on the wknd than how they would extract my teeth out, or how they would work..(2). Once I went in to get wisdom pulled out, a special surgeon (dont recall name but was a Latin maturer dude) came in, got me numbed out... once they started the procedure I was fully awake and aware of what was happening... as they were extracting one wisdom tooth out.. I felt him pulling on my jaw too strong were to the point were I felt a snap on the jaw (two yrs later I get jaw pains, and after that it caused me to grind my teeth at night, they refused to give me free night mouth guards or discounted prized and claimed I already grinded my teeth; which, was not the case). Now front tooth are beginning to chip and crack away due to this surgeons mistake... dentistry will not accept their mistake... and to show their negligence... which was a really bad one...(3). On the day of the surgery I gave my ID to the front desk as I gave them paperwork... they failed to return my drivers license that day even after I left... for three days I looked for my license all over. Went to stores, restaurant, until I recalled that I had also gave it to them there... I walked into their office 3 days later, they said they had it.... and said I had forgotten it behind, when they had asked me for it and failed to return it to me.... I drove around without a licenpse for 3 days... instead of calling me (since Im sure they had my phone number in the paperwork I filled out) to let me know at least, that I had left it behind. They waited for me to come back as if they had no way of contacting me. That is just very wrong from the front desk staff... this negligence caused me to never go back and its the only office i do not recommend, specially since I know very important and well known people in the media will definitely not recommend.. worst and very unprofessional and poor work ethics..This place should be shutdown!!! First time I leave a bad review anywhere!!!

I have looking for a good dental office that takes our HMO plan. I stopped looking when I found this office. Great service, clean office and good communications skills!

The staff is friendly and they made me feel really comfortable...My dentist is nice and he is fun to talk to...we had a lot of laughs while he was doing my procedure...

I visited this place for teeth cleaning. The receptionist said that I’ll get free exam, but they charged $34 something after wards. That was ok. The outrage thing they did was to ask $817.34 out of my poket , and my insurance (from my school district) would cover $ 352. I was shocked by the price, and they said if I can do teeth clean for $150. After more than 3 hours checking, I was hungry and felt that I was got into a horrible place. I did not return for teeth clean because I couldn’t imagine how greedy they are.

The employes are very nice and funny I recommend this place it’s a nice dentist and Ortho go there

I love it that as you go in the office youfeel the great admosphere , specially from Norma who is always smillig and greating you, I had very extensive treatment from gums surgery to rowns and bridges , I will recomend this office to all my family and friends ! Keep up the good work

Awful, Stay away, My 8 year old son cracked his tooth and was in alot of pain, Since we are here visiting my family I decided just to go to the closest dentist and pay cash. I called SmileCare in Chino. The receptionist said come in at 2 because the dentists are all leaving for lunch. I took my son in at 2pm. He was crying and in pain. I told them I would be paying CASH..They were rude and kept insisting I give them my dental insurance info. I told them again that I would pay cash. Then she said I needed to give her my drivers license. ( I did not have it with me ) I offered credit cards, bank card, car registration, nursing license. NO Good. , All parents of minor children must produce a drivers license or passport She said it was a new OSHA law, OSHA???? They refused to treat my son who was crying in pain because I forgot my drivers license! How does anyone treat a child in pain that way??? I asked to speak to a dentist and she said they already said NO! AWFUL PLACE
