Do not take your car here!!! They will do what THEY think is GOOD ENOUGH regardless of what you ask for. I requested a full synthetic oil change they added a synthetic blend after “they looked in to the system and determined that my car doesn’t need full synthetic oil”. I have had my car for 3 years and have only used full synthetic. They refused to change it and make it right acting as if I should be grateful they saved me $17. Like what!!!! & then told me I would have to pay for a second oil change if I wanted the full synthetic. Horrible service, horrible customer service! If you want the best for your vehicle don’t take it here.

Worst place ever to get an oil change. I came there with a perfectly running vehicle and now it’s oeaking oil and my engine is knocking. I have a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan and this is a nightmare!!! They will not tell me who the owners are! They will not tell me who to file a grievance with! They’re just eluding and taking my information. They sent someone out to put oil in my car he put 5 quarts which makes me believe it was none in there to begin with!!!! I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place and this ahas really effected my ability to get my kids to school and myself to work! JOSE IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL IN THE WAY THAT HE TALKS TO CUSTOMERS! He refused to give me his boss information!

I took my Jeep there March 7 now it’s not running they would not give me no information on there boss so I’m making a police report enough is enough

This place is shady. They could not remove my oil filter so the just refilled the oil and knocked off $2 of a filter the costs between $15 and $20. The would not honor a valvoline coupon I had a digital copy of, and twice I’ve been offered service that my cars don’t need. Unless it’s an emergency oil change, stay away.

I had to give them a star but trust me they dont deserve it. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior I went here on Friday to get a oil change. Totally unprofessional place. Less than 72 hours later my car that has never has a asnaos light on comes up with a oil light on. Now my wnginea is knocking they say they cant help me its unfortunate this place is a no save your car its so not worth it .They useless dont go here for nothing not even to let them wash the windows they didnt even do that right. Speedway Lube Express is horrible and extremely unprofessional. Jose at the 5901 S. Western location is extremely rude to women and racist.I went in for an oil change and was the next customer in line within my slot and he asked that I get out of line and let another gentleman to the right of me get in front of me. When I refused to let the gentleman next to me get in front of me, Jose began to get loud and said he would not service my vehicle and ended the conversation by being racist and stated and I quote just like a black woman . I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this facility. My review isnt the only negative review theyve received and there is a reason for that. Jose is going to be the failure of this business. This establishment because of Jose should receive zero stars.

Just went there...I was in and out. We went camping that weekend, and needed an oil change PRONTO...friendly staff, prompt service, gentlemen attending were professional and courteous.

Went to get a oil change twice around 4:20pm after I get off work. Both time guy told me they closed. I say the sign say 5:00pm, he stated no that the time we get off. I suggest they say they close at 4:30pm because you all are not holding up to your hours. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER POOR SERVICE

This place is terrible. Got my oil changed on my Buick Enclave and the next day my check engine light comes on. They put the wrong coolant in my car and now I have to pay a ton of money for repairs. They are very rude to women as well. Please take your car to the dealership for services.
