Family own, they consult every step of the way. Show you old parts, get permission to replace them. Recommend that I needed a tire replacement! Excellent service!

In and out, they forgot to offer to clean our wiñdshield though.

Overall the oil change was good. I didnt have any problems except for the price. it was damn near 90 bucks for a small 4 cylinder car.

Thank you Jesus for this place. Great customer service. They told me I had a leak in my power steering fluid. This change my oil and flushed my transmission fluid. While during this they also gave me tips on keeping my car in shape.

I love how they check for all your fluids, air pressure & etc all while sitting in your car.In & out in about 20minutes. Cost $53 that was with tax.They put the sticker remjner in ur upper left corner

If I could give a zero, I would! The manager, Cal, totally disrespected me and then wouldn’t service my car. They were just bombarding me with questions and finally I understood that they wanted me to wear my mask in the car. But when I finally understood what they wanted, he refused to help me. 2 thumbs down!

Shady employees, charged for work not done when I went in my check engine light was off when I left engine light was on, their explanation was that always happen sometimes, never again

I like this place, you sit in your car while they change the oil, filters and fluids. It didnt take much time at all. Its fast, efficient and I appreciate the consideration from people who work there.

This is the best experience I have had with my car and I keep coming. They are very family oriented and really take time to explain things to you. I always see a ton of women getting there cars taken care of here. I recommend them 110%They also learn to call you by name when you return. 5 stars!!

The guys have always been pleasant, accommodating and the service is pretty much in and out unless theres a long line waiting to get in. I typically spend about 30 minutes which includes waiting in line and the full oil change service.

Pleasant interactions with most technicians there. However, when I pulled in the mechanic stated that he noticed I had a leak with my power steering fluid. He said he would fill it up. After getting my oil changed, I asked him if he put fluid in because I still heard a sound when turning my steering wheel. He stated that he did put the power steering fluid in and it would just take time for the pump to kick in. Now, I know my car because I replace the power steering fluid because of the leak. I got home and check the power steering fluid reservoir and it was just as dry as could be. As a mechanic, if you say you did something, make sure its done. A mechanics word should be trustworthy. Im not taking my car back there.

I like Pit Stop! Service is professional and they inspect your vehicle and advise you accordingly. Reasonable prices for a oul change and that is a good thing. I always go there!

I went yesterday for an oil change and the service was great! One of the guys started singing and everything; it felt like family and thats how I believe I was treated.I paid about $70 for an oil change, replacement air filter, and broken signal light...not bad at all.Thanks again for providing great service in a timely fashion. I will come back...and next time I will have the printed coupon.

Horrible customer service! No formal greeting to customer. The service tech was a bit argumentative and condescending. I had my own part and he wanyed to charge 15$ to put a bulb in that I had purchased. I decided to go elsewhere and thanked him for his time. I thought he would have thanked me for coming or have a nice day first. There are a lot of bodies just standing around joking loudly and not working. Never again.

After they botched my moms oil change she was left without a vehicle. Our mechanic says the engine is ruined. This place didn’t returned my moms money, tried to convince her she touched or did something wrong and as for the repair for whatever they did wrong she is left on her own. This place is a joke!

I do a lot of driving in my business slide need quality service that I can be offered and pit stop 500 delivers that service to me it hasnt been a time I havent came in there that the owner doesnt remember my name Im not ever really waiting that long to have any work done on my vehicle the prices are reasonable and I wouldnt go anywhere else and allow any other pit stop to work on my car

I went to get an oil change they wouldn’t quote me over the phone. I get there I’m asking questions they’re just telling me pull in. I ask him the oil change price he say 69.99 pop the hood. I have a 2014 Chevy I’m not sure which fool he think he had but I backed out of that place before they could lay a finger on my car.

Man, they got me in and out so quickly. Customer service was courteous and friendly, answering some additional questions that I had. Not quite $50 for an oil change.

Arrived at exactly 4:53 pm and waited 21 minutes. All 3 lanes were filled with people. I waited for just an oil change and was finally told at 5:13 that they were closed. People saw me out waiting. Felt that I was completely disregarded. I have frequently spent money for years with this location, in numerous vehicles.

Got an oil change recently been going here for over 5 years. Engine ended up blowing out. The dealership told us that a part from where the oil change occurs had run through the engine takin of bolts and gears until my truck couldnt run anymore. Manager, Anthony, has been extremely rude and still refuses to give me his last name. They also reuse to take responsibility for my engine even though they are the only mechanics to go under my hood prior to my engine blowing out.

I had my oil changed with this company August 11 2017....I don’t live in Chicago but I was visiting relatives and I needed an oil change before I went back home PRESENT: Today I went to get oil change in IOWA where I live and got turned around because this company damaged my oil cap...they couldn’t perform the oil change bacause they couldn’t get the oil cap off...it was to tight and they said I had no choice but to go back to the place that last performed my oil to get them to fix what they had broken...now I am forced to travel back to Chicago so this company can hopefully fix what they had broken... I AM SO PISSED!!!!
