The worst company and worst customer service ever. I couldnt get into the garage to pick up or return the car because owner provided wrong pin code. Getaround didnt help, then billed me for the extension fees and parking tickets after they specifically told me to park on the street and they will take care of any parking tickets. Then they will billed me several times illegally and ignore all my attempts to contact them. They will take your money and treat you like sht.
