They arent issuing refunds even with a full-on pandemic happening. Good to know you do not care about your customers.
Make sure you check your contract before leaving the counter, they charge you an upgrade fee without your knowledge. I didnt even get an upgrade, they still charged me an upgrade fee. If they offered to upgrade a car for you, make sure you look at your bill. When I called to get a refund, they offered 20% discount from the full fee they already charged me.
E-Z REnt-A-Car will charge you $15 per day for use of the toll booth pass even if you dont use it! I put the ipass in the glove box and paid the tolls in cash because I didnt want to pay the $15 convenience fee to the rental car place. A month later they charged me for every toll that I paid in cash ($10.50) and then added $30 to it in convenience fees. BEWARE
Had a reservation for 9. I was told by the rude front desk woman that there were no cars available, even though I ‘reserved’ one a week ago. She also told me there will be a car returned within 15-20 minutes. It’s now 9:21 and I’m going to make a reservation with Sixt, instead. I will not be making any future reservations with EZ.
Very friendly service, gave me an SUV upgrade. And had the toll option which I’ll need.
