Despite the reviews we left our truck there. Yes could they be a little friendly ok, however think its probably just a language barrier and they got the job done. Little wait to take me to airport. Upon arrival called the number they picked me up. I opted for the non car wash option and they still washed it which was a wonderful surprise. Seeing as how it was cold out it was nice to arrive to a warm car. Thank you for your service. We will definitely be coming back!

I left my SUV there for a week despite some of their bad reviews, but overall it was an ok experience, employees there don’t really care about interacting with the customer, don’t get me wrong they were not mean they are just down to the point. “give me you reservation #, how many days, ok shuttle in 5 mins, bye”.

I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of professionalism from the management. My car was not ready when I arrived and there was a situation at the lot that was not handled with kindness or how I would expect a professional business to be ran. I would NOT recommend or use this lot or it’s affiliates again.I travel 2-3x’s a month and will not be coming back.Edit: I would also like to add I was also spoken to with a condescending tone. If you notice it’s consistent throughout the review responses, exactly what I referring too.

I parked and made it to the airport on time. However, the place was understaffed when I went. There was a back up of cars pulling in. Only one person to speak to who was the same person parking cars. So when he goes to the back lot, you are left standing there with know one to ask questions to. Office was disorganized which made me nervous.. Only one shuttle going back and forth.. since a round trip takes about 20 minutes it may take you 30 minutes to get to the airport... shuttle seats 11 passengers. If more than 11 people are waitin, you may be waiting a long time to get to the airport. We had exactly 11.

SO, I parked here for a quick trip to Texas a while back. When I arrived, it was cold out, and I was told to wait outside for their shuttle. When I went to give them my car key, which was on my key ring, the attendant looked at me (and I will NEVER forget this) You can leave your key on there. I told him I wouldnt be doing so and preceded to give him just my car key. When I got back from my trip, the pickup was fine, I just had to wait out in the cold again for them and the driver wasnt very friendly. When I arrived at the location, I was a tad surprised to see my car already running with the garage door open so that anyone couldve come in a taken my car. I paid, and decided I would not be returning here. The staff was short, and gruff, and I didnt feel welcome during any part of my patronage of this business. Women traveling alone, I would advise you NOT to use this business.Update 3:13 pm;I got a call from the business wanting to discuss the issue. The person I spoke to on the phone didnt see an issue with them wanting my entire key ring, and when I tried to explain the issue that I had he called me Dear in a very condescending tone. I hung up on him. I have now blocked the number and I will definitely not be using this location ever again.

I reserved online. They were ready to take me to the airport when I arrived. Upon my return, I called when I got to baggage claim and they were there within a few short minutes. My car stayed dry and safe and cared for. My car was warmed up and waiting for me when I arrived to the lot. Excellent service! Very convenient!! Will use every time!!

Top notch business. I would never use a different parking lot when traveling out of Midway. The shuttle service was on time and the drivers were friendly and very helpful. The shuttle was clean and had comfortable seating. I would definitely recommend Midway EZ Parking.

I have used Midway EZ Park a multitude of times and have always had great service. Today they didn’t disappoint and went above and beyond for me. I had gotten to the airport check in to realize I didn’t have my phone. I called and they went to check my car for me (where I thought I left it). It wasn’t there. Luckily they checked the waiting area and I had left it on the table. They sent the shuttle right back to me with my phone. I am SO very grateful to them!

These guys are great. I have used them twice now and they are my parking preference for the future. Am telling my family about them as well. Calling them for pickup is easy and your car is running and warm when the shuttle gets you to the location. I would recommend this parking solution to anyone who goes to Midway Airport and needs parking.

Update: I continue to use EZ park but I am looking for another company since they only use 1 shuttle and even waiting 5 min is too long in Chicago winters.I’ve used these guys 3 times the last few years. I’ve had no issues. Read the fine print on your reservation. It states extra charge for SUV. Every time I’ve called for pickup it was fairly quick. Driver has always been friendly. Depending on weather I also have them wash the car but they charge a premium for a basic wash.

Waited an hour for the shuttle in the cold. Others with me waited a half hour. Called twice and was told the shuttle was on the way. When I asked for some reimbursement or SOMETHING, I was told nothing could be done and was given the cell number of the owner, as were the other customers who waited. Better to spend a few more dollars on the lots that have multiple shuttles and more professionalism.EDIT: They did call me after posting my one star review and gave me a full refund for my visit.

Have used other locations in the area. Midway EZ is by far the best in making the process quick and easy. The staff here has been helpful during our last four visits. (Their phone is in my Favorites list and their address is programmed into the GPS.) An excellent parking facility.

Tried it for the first time. When I arrived they had me in the van to the airport within minutes. Coming back, the van came almost immediately at Midway, but other people were already awaiting it so I cant say for sure if this is typical. Very good experience. Hint: When you arrive, they like you to have your reservation number so print out your Web confirmation and bring it. When you call from Midway, have your ticket number handy.

I will never park with them again and would warn others not to. The customer service is terrible, the individual working last night at roughly 11:30pm specifically. From the attitude on the phone to his attitude when I arrived in the office. I informed them when I called for my pickup that I misplaced my ticket, the guy on the phone had an attitude about that, practically yelled go to door 5 and hung up. I already knew it was going to be some BS based on that reaction alone.Upon arriving to the office, the gentleman again asked for the ticket and I informed him that I did not have it, and he very aggressively said he needed it, as if it was the only means to locate the car. Did I mention, I started the car from my phone, so they knew it was mine and had already pulled it forward. To continue, he then stated it was a $10 lost ticket fee and rudely pointed at the sign. I paid the $10 in cash and informed him that I would never use the facility again and he said that’s fine.He then informed me that my amount due was $60. I booked a reservation online, for $48. I arrived at my stated time and returned prior to my end time. However my end total was $60?! How is this possible?! And I was not driving a SUV.And why is this a recurring theme with many of the reviews here and on Yelp? And has anyone reported them to the better business bureau? On the reservation confirmation they have added and I’m sure are using as a loophole to change their pricing:“This is an estimated invoice, actual charges are based on 24 hour periods starting from the time You check-in”Ok so then tell me this, what’s the per minute price, per hour etc or is this a way to just obtain more money?!Had I not had my 7yr old exhausted son with me and it wasn’t after midnight, I would have fought the issue more. However, I was not about to subject him to the poor behavior of the man working last night. Please note that I asked for my keys 3 times before they were actually thrown on the counter to me the same as my credit card.Overall a horrible experience, the one bright spot, was atleast our driver was nice🤷🏾‍♀️

In the 30-minutes we waited for Midway EZ Parkings shuttle ~ THREE Airway Parking shuttles came/went & TWO Fast Park shuttles came/went! Despite knowing what cars we were leaving with, we spent over 15-minutes waiting for them to FIND our keys. There was a point where I was concerned they allowed someone else to take one of our cars. We WILL NOT USE Midway EZ Parking! Their customer service was terrible throughout this process! At NO TIME did they take ANY responsibility & in fact, were accusatory and demeaning! If minus stars were an option, I would have chosen that!!

Everything was going fine... Until we paid. The guy at the desk was incredibly rude. WHY DIDNT YOU CALL?... And yes, the CAPS are necessary because he was yelling. We did call for our ride and give the ticket number. He just seemed to be storming around all angry, hanging up on other customers. I dont know why Im surprised. Ive used this place before and last time the old man behind the desk was just as rude to everyone. I thought this younger guy might have been nicer. Nope. It was also way less busy than the last time I was there. I literally have no idea why this guy was on a rampage. It ended up being fine. The shuttle drivers were very nice. Probably will pay a little extra for another place to get better customer service. The last thing I want after a long day of traveling is to deal with a super aggressive, unfriendly person.

First and last time using this company! First off, the manager while checking in was super rude and short tempered. The shuttle driver, however was very friendly. I made my reservation online for $72. When I went to check out, he told me my total was $98. When I questioned it, he said it was an extra $2 per day for SUV parking. (Which would really come out to $84.) My family that parked their same exact vehicle there did not have to pay this extra charge. Not a good experience at all with this place!!!

I did an online reservation for 6 days, $72. When I dropped my car off, the employee told me $12 was due at that time. I gave him a $20 and asked for $5 in change so as to tip him $3. Thus, I owed $60 outstanding to be paid when I picked the car up.When I came to pick the car up at the end of the 6 days, they insisted on charging me the full $72. I am disputing this charge with my card company in order to recover the $12 overcharge. Im also taking every opportunity to share this story and warn potential customers to stay away from this place.

Called while walking out of door 5 and was told the van was there waiting. The van was not there, and we then had to wait another 21 minutes outside. The other offsite parking companies had two shuttles waiting constantly at a minimum. When we arrived and paid, he tried to overcharge us an entire day, over what our confirmed reservation email was. I read this in other reviews as well. Don’t use.

I reserved online last minute the night before and they were able to accommodate my very large truck without a problem. They gave me a great deal, help with luggage, and fast service to the airport. Upon return, it only took about five minutes to pick us up at Midway and my car was ready to go. Ive never used them before and was a little worried but everything went so smooth.

Great location. Drop off car, their van takes you right to the curb side check-in. I paid for indoor parking. No way to tell if that happened, but I also paid for a car wash and they did an excellent cleaning.This is not a warm and fuzzy place. It is the Southside of Chicago. They have done fine with me and those I have referred.

I’m familiar with this company, due to being a passenger in the car of someone who used them a couple years ago. They had no issues.Dropping off my car was ok. I arrived as the shuttle was loading other customers, so I was being rush to catch the driver. I was instructed to provide reservation number, leave car parked at entrance and leave keys in car. If I had not been here before, I may not have just left my car like that, without officially checking it in. But I trusted them, since the previous encounter was fine.Upon arrival, my husband and I followed the instructions on the ticket, informing them we had arrived. The shuttle arrived within a reasonable amount of time. His driving, on the other hand, was extremely aggressive and erratic. Constantly blowing the horn, yelling, and driving extremely close.Once we arrived, I paid the said balance. My car had been obtained and parked at the entrance. After getting in my car. I noticed the traction light and Check Engine light on. FYI my car is only 2 years old, and no service lights have ever been on since Purchasing my car. The traction light had eventually gone out and the Check Engine light remained, even after sitting for about 20 minutes.I became instantly infuriated because I knew I would be faced with denial that anything happened to my car while it was parked there. My husband went in to inform the staff of the light. The guy of course stated that the car was just parked there, and pulled out by him right prior to our arrival. He suggested that maybe the light came on because the car was sitting for days (only 3.5 days). This was not the first time my car had sat for several days and it is not as if the weather was extreme during this time.I will not use this place again. I just read a couple other reviews that also received their car with the check engine light on. There is something sketchy going on with this Place. If I had seen these reviews beforehand, I would not have parked my car here.

The staff was very friendly, the shuttle was readily available both times, theyre easy to find and the price is much better than the airport lots -- and not much farther. (In fact, just comparing their quick shuttle to the long wait times for the Midway buses, Im done with Midway lots.)

Drop off was no problem but pick up was horrible.I called for pick up as instructed and they told me wait outside they would be right there. I waited 30 minutes outside in the cold (20 degrees out today) with a 2 & 4 year old. I had to call a second time to tell them we had been waiting so long and then they finally came.Once we eventually made it to the parking lot, when we exited...we went out the only open door which lead to a locked fence. We then went back through the inside and had to call someone since no one was even at the desk and ask them to open a door for us to even get out.Absolutely horrible experience and will never use or recommend to anyone else.I did see plenty of fast park shuttle busses while which even offered to let us in to their shuttle to warm up while we were waiting. So Id recommend using them. At least you know you wont be waiting for a pick up.

The real test of great service is how you feel a week later about how you were treated, so Ill never give immediate feedback for any service. This service was excellent, five stars. I waited only 8 minutes to be picked up on my way home. These guys try hard. Although its a tiny business, its one which appears to be well run.

The first time i used this company a few years ago things went very well, however this time I was extremely upset with my experience. My flight had been delayed, I called, twice to explain this, was told that it would be fine and not to worry. I finally arrive 2 hours after I was supposed to and was charged another day, I explained that Id called and said that my flight was delayed and his response was thats not my problem. I paid and mentioned that I wouldnt be booking there anymore and he sounded almost threatening when hed asked me what I said. After paying, I head out only to realize that my check engine light is now on, something that hasnt happened since Ive owned this car (almost 5 years). Needless to say I left a message with management and will NEVER book with them again.

The staff are polite and courteous. The drop off and pick up processes were super simple. They give you a claim ticket with a number to call when you have your baggage that tells you exactly where to wait. They even had my car warmed up when we arrived. The car wash was very good for $10. I will totally use them again.*update-the designated pick up area has changed and it’s less easy to find, but no fault of their own. They provide *very* detailed instructions (with pictures) about where to go; it’s hard to get lost.

Usually I shrug off bad customer service, thinking something like this guy has a much worse job than mine. In this case the guy was a jerk. It was freezing cold and we waited for a half hour outside the door. The driver who eventually picked us up could barely speak English and smelled of cheap cologne or more likely alcohol. Reluctant and cold we got in the van with this man who ended up being an unsafe driver. Concerned for peoples safety I said something to the man I presume was the owner. He told me that we were at the wrong door and driver was fine and any problem must be my fault because i did not read the back of my ticket. Midway airport is not that big, the van was just not there. I am confident that I could have seen a van at door four from door three at 12:30 am when the airport was nearly empty.For an extra 3.00 a day i will park at the airports economy lot. I value my time and safety more than a small savings in parking fees.

Great experience with MDW EZ Parking. I dropped my car inside their garage and they parked it. The airport was 7 minutes away and the shuttle left promptly after I dropped off my car. I returned very late at night - after 11 pm and they promptly responded to my call. My car was waiting for me in the garage when I returned. Everyone was courteous and friendly. And it was less expensive than other places.

Dishonest pricing, owner is extremely short tempered and rude. Pricing is all over the place. We traveled with family and we have the EXACT same vehicle, but the owner charged them more for SUV parking even though they didnt charge us that extra rate gives abosultely no leeway when it comes to extra days 3 hours late? Too bad, extra day! Owner needs a serious attitude adjustment to stay in business. I know its Chicago but I still expect some level of customer relations competency. Will not be using again, steer clear. Plenty of other good parking places near Midway. Ironically the only good thing about it was the shuttle drivers who really hustled to help out with luggage. The problem with that though is that they dont actually *work* for EZ parking. They work for a general shuttle company. Plus EZ parking only has ONE shuttle. Thats all they run. So if their picking up and dropping off at the same time, you might be SOL. Overall: Rude, Unhelpful and gruff owner. Prices all over the place, disorganized, and slow shuttles. BE ADVISED. SHOP AROUND.Edit: tries to call to bandage the sitiation. I wasnt having it. BE INFORMED. Want to do better? Fire the guy in charge of the register/transactions. Getting there and parking was fine, and the people were friendly and courteous. My return flight was delayed and didnt land until 2:50 am on 7/8. When I called for a pickup, the person was very rude, stating its 3 am, as if I had any control over that. When he arrived at the airport, he wouldnt help with my bag, made it a point to slam the back door (to show how upset he was?) so I had to schlep the bag in and out of the van myself. He was put out when I paid with a credit card. A terrible experience for a company thats supposed to be open 24 hrs. Teach this guy some courtesy! As long as your flights are within the normal hours, its probably fine. But I will not be using your parking again.

My car was damaged at their location (5720 w 55th st) and I received no answers to what happened to my vehicle. I called and also stop by that location multiple times to speak to Ninos the alleged manager but no response or call back from upper management. I will never again trust them with my car and I hope whomever is reading this take my advice. I never seen the video footage and asked numerous times. To accuse me of fraud is a damn lie!!

Dont park here. I was traveling with my daughter and two grandsons 2 year old and 1 month old the man was So rude and rushing us telling us his customer was late. I AM A CUSTOMER TOO! Saying Dont put the carseat. I told him he was rude and we will not use his service next time. He told me dont worry about next time dont park here this time. They made my 2 yr old grandson ride without a car seat to the airport ,both illegal and unsafe. Very demeaning to women. There was another older man there she asked him about the water and he said I have some water in my trunk. He got it and gave it to her. She handed him a dollar which is what the price on the machine was. He said oh no this one is 2 dollars. Do yourself a favor pay a little more and park somewhere else this place should not even be in business. If I had read the other reviews I wouldnt have parked here.

First off, the personnel are totally rude! Then I came back from my trip and needed a pickup to their garage,, I tried to call them 7 times, (yes i called from their pickup point) and they did not answer the phone!! I ended up having to pay $11.00 for an uber to take me to their location. It was frigid cold and 12:30 am, what else was I supposed to do? I would NOT recommend this parking location!

We arrived at 7am and were checked in and to airport by 7:15am. On return made call for pickup, and like promised they arrived on time and my vehicle was waiting on me at the lot. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will use them again.

I brought my car to EZ Park and it was just that! The price was what they quoted me! Drop off was quick and pick up was the same! I would definitely bring my car hear again! I gave 4 stars because the nite time attendants need a polishing up on there customer service! Other that that... felt safe about going at nite and leaving my car! Thank you!!

Worst spot to park your car if you will be flying out of midway. I called them as I got my luggage it STILL Took 30 minutes for them to pick me up (it wasn’t the first time it has taken that long). Then the guy at the front desk charged me for an extra day. The guy is a SCAM artist. I would highly recommended NOT parking your car here.

A close personal friend has been using this site for parking for the last 3 Months for a total of 6 times. Everything was going great until last night. 6.17.2018.I am sure we are not the only folks that lost their parking ticket. The guy running the lot last night was extremely rude, confrontational, hostel, and aggressive. He used extremely vulgar language. I hope he gets help with his anger issues before someone gets hurt. Stay away!

My experience with Midway EZ Parking was POOR at best. When we arrived, the attendant quoted us one price to park. Upon pick-up today, he stated it was full price because I parked my own car.The free shuttle is slow & left the parking lot without us even after he said he would hold it for us. All we did was park the car & pull 2 carry on bags from the trunk.The final issue is now I have a huge scratch on the side of my car, which they claimed didnt happen on their lot.Pay the extra money & park at Midway to avoid the hassles & headaches of this poorly ran location.

Do NOT use this place. Took 3 calls and waited over 30 mins for pick up shuttle. Each time we called we were told 5 minutes. Others we waited with told us they waited close to an hour. Watched several other companies make multiple trips while my family waited for the shuttle.

I will NEVER go back again! I have used the services of this lot on two other separate occasions, with no issue until now. They apparently have a new employee and until he is gone, I will NOT be back. The van service took over 25 minutes to pick me up from the airport on this particular day (though they are 5 minutes away..) and we received nothing by the way of an apology. When we asked the cashier about it, he immediately became defensive! This new cashier that they have lacks basic customer service skills. This guy was very rude, demanding, and disrespectful. He was very combative and argumentative, even after I had asked him to stop. He even slammed a door in my face. He later put his hand up, in front of me, while i was speaking to him. After I asked to speak to a manager, he continued to be rude to me, in front of his manager.

Easy, cheap parking for Midway. They take you to airport and pick you back up. I recommend calling for the pick up on your way to baggage claim because they do take longer getting there.

I booked my parking spot online days on advance and it confirmed my booking. When I showed up they said all of the spots are taken so I was sent to a different lot. Why bother booking online if its just going to be full when you get there and make you possibly miss your flight?!? Unprofessional and unorganized.To top it off, I called to be picked up and they took me back to the first place I booked and refused to take me a few minutes down the road to the other lot so they drove me all the way back to the airport and made me wait for a new shuttle. I now am going to be late for work and risk getting fired because of this unorganized company. I strongly recommend you park elsewhere!
