I love having this option to park at a reasonable, daily rate. The shuttle runs very frequently, so I have never had to wait long to get to the airport and back to the lot. Dont forget to make a note of where you parked since the lot is huge. The people who staff the lot and the shuttle drivers are great.

Not sure why Google suggest that I rate an Economy Parking Lot E. What should I come to expect from a fully automated massive parking lot a reasonable distance away from the airport.I must say it was quite crowded and could be a good walk to the tram into the airport if youre not lucky. At $17 a day plus an additional 20 minutes of work before you check in and when you return. It is probably much cheaper for you to Uber in if your local and going to be gone for more than a day or two.

Best place to park at Ohare for long term parking. The elevated train is close by and its pretty quick to get to the terminals. Pretty easy to get in and out of and back on the tollway. The cost right now is $17.00 per day so way cheaper than parking in the terminal building.

How is this economy? They need to have signs for the $10 a day and not call the $17 a day economy that is fraud!!! So make sure you know where you are parking, as if the whole process of flying anywhere wasnt stressful enough. And they get you 5 times for tolls in a 45 minute radius on the way here coming in to Chicago. What robbery..

On busy days they open an old adjacent lot. Buses wont come there. Be prepared to carry your luggage over 2-300 metres. The gravel wont let you drag it. In short, a cab may be a better option on busy days

Rating a parking lot? It was a nice place to park, signs make it easy to locate your vehicle if youre gone a while. At $17 a day it seems a bit pricey, but the lot was pretty full so it makes sense I guess.

There is no expedient train to the terminals, you have a old, dirty, Smokey horrible bus that takes forever to get to terminals. No signs in lot to know where pick up is, no signs how to get to terminals. If you’re there by yourself and no one else that knows where the bus stops, you’re on your own. City showing how bad they are at managing anything

Right now the trams are not running at the airport as they are working on the expansion. You will wait at least 30 minutes for a bus to arrive at the terminals in order to get to long term parking. We had to take an Uber in order to get to our car in a timely fashion. Will not be flying out of O’Hare until the trams are running again!

We normally go in the neighboring lot G or F - but couldnt review those. The most important thing I wanted to mention though was how great the services are at these remote lots! We returned from our trip to Alaska and discovered our car battery was dead. We called for the free jump start service (at 11:30pm) from the bus stop call button and the staff was very friendly and soon help arrived. He even tested the battery for us and let us know it was fine that we must have just left a dome light on that drained the battery - he was right. So glad that service was available and free as part of the parking costs. Thank you Ohare off site after hours service helpers!

Finding a parking space was relatively easy, we were lucky enough to park right in front of the shuttle pick up. However, the shuttles are dirty and very crowded. You are likely to have to stand with all of your luggage, its uncomfortable to say the least. Beaware of the exhausting field trip youll have to take in order to find the shuttle from the terminal. The experience was everything you could expect for the cost.

Expensive, and slow. If you park here, add lots of time to get to the terminal. Buses stop all over the lot, not direct to the terminal. With that level of service, and slow, the price is too high! I avoid lot E.

Not the cheapest one around for overnight parking. The cheapest is Lot G ($10/day), which is right across the street. Lot E has ATS (train) access to the airport terminals, which is its advantage. From Lot G, you have to take shuttle to come to Lot E train station, and then take the train to airport.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had with airport parking lots. After arriving back to Chicago, it wasn’t very clear where to take the shuttle. I ended up waiting 45 minutes, and after asking numerous staff, who all had no idea, another passenger told me that apparently the shuttles don’t run on weekends, which was never made clear. The one positive was the shuttle driver to the airport was nice.

Take a picture of one of the marking signs where you park!! The bus into tbe airport was great. Good luck figuring out how to get back out to your vehicle, and which bus goes there. It took a hour and a half to figure this out. Dont bother asking personel in the airport. Worthless. We finally got one if the bus drivers to point us in the right direction and tell us which bus and when it would be around. I guess there is a train, but it was shut down when we arrived. Good luck. The second time using this area has got to be easier...

Watch out! Since Jan 2018, the ATS system is down in the evenings (after 6:45pm). You have to try and find the bus to ride out there. The signs marking the bus system are good, but once you get to the pickup point, the bus may or may not be there anytime soon. Even once you get on the bus, (we started at terminal 1) it took nearly 40 minutes to go terminals before they weaved their way out to the lots. We waited for over 25 min for a bus and finally rode to one of the other lots and walked back. What a pain after being on a plane all afternoon.

Poor organization going out waited 15 minutes for a bus and coming home was worse waited 30 minutes as we watched a dozen terminal buses parade by the stop. Driver was rude and yelling at passengers to make room when there was no room because of the lack of buses on a very busy Sunday afternoon. Lot E does not even show up on the signs anymore because it was closed for so long. When I went to Lot F it was full with no indication of where to go for additional parking. The entire experience was a huge cluster....

Buses don’t run regularly which is pretty bad when the tram is shut down (which will be thru December on weekdays). Our plane arrived at 12am and we waited for 45 minutes and no bus. When I called lot G the lady who answered was quite rude - she said she was calling the bus company after saying “mam” at least 3-4 times to cut me off. When she came back on the line after a 5 minute wait, she said the buses were “filling-up”? With gas, with people? - I had no clue of what she was talking about and why it took nearly an hour to make a stop outside American Airlines. When the single bus arrived, more than 30 people tried to get on but the driver couldn’t handle the load. The best surprise - we get to the lot and 5 running buses were manned and sitting in the lot not moving!

Went to go park into economy D. But closed for 2 hours saying it was full. But we could see lots of spots open. When I called they said they have to wait till there are more then 50 spots to park. Which is $10. a day. They told me to go over to parking lot E there is lots of parking there. Which is $17. a day. And I was going to be gone 15 days. So we waited the 2 hours went back they said probably 1more hour. So we waited. So did a few other people too. Then we got in. Lucky we left hours before the time to be on the plane So we had plenty of time. But still for other people that did not have that kind of time to wait was forced to pay the $17. Instead of $10. A day which sucked. Very bad service for parking lots.

WARNING! The City of Chicago drives through & checks license plates to put as many boots on cars as possible. My parents had a boot put on their brand new car June 2018, because of an upaid parking ticket from 1996. Considering they have 6 kids, who knows where it came from. The only way to get the boot removed is to go downtown (yep, without a car) & pay their ridiculous fees no matter what your financial situation is (my parents was $346). On top of this, the people are the most rude, unhelpful people youd ever want to deal with. Zero exaggeration in this review. DONT EVER PARK AT OHARE!

They directed all train passengers on to a bus with a not in service Marquee that took us back to the terminals and away from the parking area. Bad planning Chicago. Trains get stuck, you need a quick and dependable backup plan, this isnt it. Ended up wasting 90 minutes on transportation that didnt exist and payingke an Uber back to the lot. For $17/day I expected more. Next time Im flying out of Detroit where parking is $10/day, the parking company will tell me where the open space is, drive me to the gate, and pick me up too.
