Very good place but the driver was very rude. He took our bags than stated its not enough room and told me to stay here with my 2 bags . Was taking my friends and wife to the parking area. They have no people skills. Nice business but u can loose customers on your drivers attitude.

These people were great! We had a dually truck and 34 foot trailer and just needed an hour to get to the terminal and pick up a family member. They went above and beyond by accommodating us with super fast shuttle drop off and pick up. Couldnt ask for better service and the price was right! Horrible experience! The guy was extremely rude because we questioned why he serviced others who arrived after us. He raised his voice and was very disrespectful to me. When my husband instructed him not to speak to me that way, he said, you leave now, you cant park here, I will not be intimidated. Interestingly enough he was the one attempting to intimidate us, but became upset because we spoke up. I will NEVER use their service and encourage others to do the same. Why should you pay someone to treat you like trash?

We travel 1-2 times per month, and we’ve been using Airways Parking for several years. We make reservations online to save a few bucks. The vans are ready & waiting when we drop the car off; drivers/workers are friendly and helpful; pickup is prompt, car is waiting for us when we arrive. One of us goes into pay, while other loads the car and we’re on the road home. We tip the driver $5, which seems to be appreciated.

I parked there for years until they damaged my truck. They claim I lied and it look that way when I talk to. They are the ones who lied. A good place to park as long as everything goes well, as soon as it doesnt they will leave you hanging and treat you poorly. I will never be back.

If you want to wait an hour please use them. We have seen 3 different shuttle pass by over and over. A rude costumer service guy was answering phone. And being disrespectful over the phone. They stack 14 please in vehicle holds 8 peoples. I can I would give them no star. Horrible service period!

I have pictures from before i left and my car had all the pieces, I come back a pieces is missing. When i first dropped my car off everything seemed fined, the older guy at the front desk was eating and wasnt paying attention messed up my reservations. i come back its another issue, i had to pay even more money. Then the guy who calls his self The manager was so rude, wouldnt give me his name laughed my & my step dad off. I called the number lefts voicemails no one has yet to return my call. I called today and the guy sounded like the same guy i had an issue with laugh it off again & wouldnt give me his name. told me the owner name was Nino & hell be back today. I just want the issue resolved. I wouldnt recommend, nor take my car back.

My favorite airport parking place out of both major chicago airports. Its not the fanciest place, but Ive never had any issues, everyone is very friendly and polite, and they are QUICK to pickup from the airport. Wont use anyone else!

Good location. Quick and convenient. But The man who cashed me out told me 80 dollars. Which would be correct for the amount of days and that I was driving an oversized suv. I didn’t pay attention while running my card, only to find out I was charged 112 rather than 80. I was quickly contacted after posting this. He was super thorough with getting the difference back to me. Super Professional about it!

This place is pathetic. Asked for indoor parking (Snow and 0 degrees) and a car wash and received neither. Waited in their office for over 15 minutes while they tried to locate my car. Car came covered in ice and snow and they made no attempt to remove it. Came here based on their reviews. They must be writing the reviews themselves. Avoid.

They are some of the rudest people Ive ever met in my life. And thats hard to beat..not just this time. Ive booked at Midway Parking twice now and both times I was upgraded to this place. It is far from an upgrade. Ill park at the actual airport and pay a few extra bucks before I ever come here again. Also when my friend returned to her vehicle these people had ran all of her gas out and put 200 plus miles on it. They wont even let you use the restroom before going to the airport. They rush you so quickly out of your car you barely have time to grab all of your stuff!! We left 1 bag behind! Trust me..Go somewhere else!!!

We have been parking at this lot for years and the staff has happily taken our money and the tips we have given during this time. I recently parked in the lot for 6 days and when I picked my car up it had obvious damage to the bumper and rear driver side. I tried to address it with one employees who was friendly until I said I believed that my car had been damaged then he turned, walked the other way and refused to speak to me. I went inside and tried to discuss the issue with the employee at the desk, who became very angry and unreasonable and treated me like I was the one who did something wrong. He wouldn’t give me his name, he wouldn’t tell me how I could file a complaint/paperwork or who I could report this to. I asked for the manager or owners name and he refused to give it to me and insinuated that I was lying. He told me that they weren’t this kind of lot and NEVER damaged vehicles. I replied that accidents occasionally happen and that I understood it wasn’t intentional, but wanted to discuss it with someone. I was treated so poorly and with complete disrespect that I was blown away. This lot is not accountable when they do have issues and if you read other reviews I am not the only person who this has happened to. They are happy to pocket your money, but they aren’t ethical or professional enough to address the damage they do to your car or work with you to resolve an issue. Not only did I pay for parking in their lot, now I get to pay for their recklessness and negligence to my vehicle. Park here at your own risk.

Loved our first visit so much we booked again and will do so in the future. Had no waiting for van to terminal and a very short wait from terminal back to lot on both trips. Our vehicle was pulled up and waiting for us, and they even had the AC running to cool it down inside.

Disrespect full . I wanted to speak to the manager and I got his google voice number . You understand what kind of response we can get . I parked my car for a day , due to flight delay I went two hours Extra. Normally we do pay for the second day thats usual . But when I explained the representative he said we have grace period for 2 hours,where they charge some x amount ( less than daily price )and I did call them for pick up in my grace period . When I Asked why am I not considered , he denied, and used disgusting words , which will definitely put any customer to Shane for going there / or using their service . and I was He challenged that he will sue me if I write a review on him . So here is my review .Yes it is right beside airport , easy access , good people but for some reason I had a real bad experience . I promise I will never go back here and will never recommend this to anyone .Yes I was unhappy for charging 12$ extra , but we do spend more than that . But it hurts when some one in customer service puts down to Shame for being their customer .!!

Convenient parking facility when traveling

I wish I could leave 0 stars because the service here s TERRIBLE. The guy behind the counter is very rude and has a nasty phone etiquette. The 10.95 that is stated on the website is FALSE!! I was treated badly and when I got into an actual argument with the counter person, he began to curse at me and my husband had to come in from outside and intervene. The counter person is truly ugly to women, but when my husband walked in, he began to humble himself. Finally the owner was called and got involved. He was nice, but the damage had already been done. The owner begin to give my husband and I long, drawn out explanation of his business, which did not matter to us but we listened because he was polite. No one spending their money should have to deal with this treatment, Please spend your money some where else. Youll regret going here unless the owner is there. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Good prices and quick shuttle to Midway Airport. Your car is waiting for you when you get back, keys in the ignition. All you have to do is pay and youre on your way. Much more convenient than the regular economy lots. Plus, for ten bucks theyll wash and vacuum out your car. Thats a great option. Book online and save a little more.

A great parking facility which is very close to Midway! They have shuttle vans which are on time ( no waiting ) Very reasonable rates, I had my ford f150 parked indoors for $18.00 a day, they also offer to was your car / truck a few hours before you pick it up for $15.00 and they have your vehicle waiting and running so its warm when you hop in!!

These guys are great! Quick shuttles to and from the terminal, friendly staff and they go the extra mile! Get the car wash, best value in Chicago! I was shocked to see how clean my car was after I got off the shuttle. Not only that, it was running, lights on and they even filled up the tire that would have nearly leaked out 1/2 the air in the week I left it there! Ill be taking my car back there every time I fly out.

Its definitely the lowest price around for parking at the airport, and they have a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the airport. They also have a good carwash by hand service available. The reason for the lower rating is while waiting for our car there was a strong smell of someone smoking weed and it was either the guy washing the car or the one that went to get ours!

I have been there only one time and they are very nice people .When I came to their parking place , the man in the front desk showed me where I should leave my car and then they took me to the airport immediately.When I came back to Chicago, I came around 2 am I called them and they were not late . Also, the man in the front - I think he is the manager- he did not charge me for another hour , because the airplane was late for like an hour. So he understood my situation.I recommend this place , it is cheap , safe and they are really nice people .

Pick-up and delivery to the gate was very quick and efficient. Was not very clear on where to be picked up upon arrival to the airport after our trip.

I first found Airways on my first business trip flight with my current company. I was nervous about getting to the airport on time, yet the excellent service I received from this company put me at ease and made the entire trip enjoyable. When I returned I got the hand wash upgrade and the car smelled and looked very clean and was ready as soon as I got to the facility. Ive used them ever since and have NEVER been disappointed. I highly recommend.

We dropped of at 3am New Years morning and they where quick to get us to midway airport. Pick up was just as easy I called snd they where there in 10mins. Our vechicle was warmed up by the time we got to it.

Have been parking there for a few years not the best service as people are rude but was close on convenient and price was good so I over looked all the negative about it. I parked there last weekend and when I picked up my car the door was damaged I pointed it out to the staff and they said that the owner would call me about it. I asked if they will take pictures and they said no this is how they do it Owner never called I had to call back for for days when I did call the staff that picked up the phone said to the other people this guy is calling again finally talked to owner who was very rude and said that they have no responsibility for anything and I had no proof they did it and the county says they have no responsibility for anything and he kept saying to stop saying they damaged anything then he hung up after I kept asking why they dont have to fix anything. Will never use again I had another resv for April and I canceled and went to the new place Park Safe which seems better and has indoor parking for the same price.

This is one of the WORST MOST SHYSTER parking garages and the staff is very rude and disrespectful. They false advertise regarding pricing and provide poor service. If I could have given this place -Negative stars I would have because they are not even worthy of the 1 star that they received. If you need other suggestions regarding parking Fast Park is an indoor facility with great staff and service located right on 52nd and Cicero.

When going to the Final Four to follow Loyola University on their NCAA journey we pulled into Airways Parking at 5:00am on 3/30/18. Greeted quickly and courteously. Bags moved to shuttle bus and quickly on our way to the airport. On return, same type of service. We returned 4/3/18. On receiving my car I noticed my front bumper had been DAMAGED. I quickly went back into the office to inform the person at the desk of the issue. The person who picked us up at the airport who had just entered the office said that my car was garage kept and that couldnt have happened, insinuating that I am a liar. The person that I was in engaged in conversation told me to leave my name and phone number and I would be called by management. I could see he had no concern about my car.As I write this on 6/3/18 (enough time for a phone call) I have not received the promised call. Who is the liar?!!!Take away from this. Good service but take a video of your car with the person accepting it before you give them your keys. It could save you $700 repair. Also dont pay the upcharge for garaged service. It doesnt matter.I am glad someone from Airways responded on 1/26/2020 from my post in April of 2018. I guess one is better than none. Still waiting for management to call as promised. But their point is well taken. Again, as I stated in my first post.Take a video of your car with one of there employees in the picture before you leave. That is the only proof they will accept. Clearly they trust no one for being honest. So I dont trust them.

I was running late to midway and was about to park in the $32 a day lot...then I saw airways parking for half the price!! Airways got me to the airport in no time! Great service including shuttles rides to and from the airport! valet! They do it all! Clean off snow in winter, jump start, even seen the attendant add air to tires a customers tires! Full service lot! people to appreciate, this you have to understand that the other parking lots do any of this!!!

Airways have never let us down~we travel frequently and come and go at all hours of the night. We have never been late for a flight, and they have always been there to pick us up within minutes. They also have our car ready and waiting for us to drive home. Highly recommend this company!

Test this - I have done it twice. Leave some change in the cup holder. Mix pennies, dimes, nickels and quarters. Some of your quarters and dimes will be gone.I have lost a GPS, emergency cash stowed in the glove box in the car user manual, etc.The employees here steal!Yet - I continue to park here because it is very convenient. DO NOT leave valuables in the car. They will be gone!

Returned to Chicago during a snowstorm to find that my girlfriends car had a flat. With the snow pouring down, their staff helped to remove and install our spare and get us on our way within minutes. They now have my business whenever I fly out of MDW.

The short balding clerk has the worst attitude ever. Tried to over charge me then when he pulled my car up he floored it and when i got in there was a metallic smell. I have a stick shift and he literally mustve not shifted out of first. I said thank you and not even an acknowledgement. If I can help it I will make a reservation at the other location across cicero to avoid coming here. Im literally sitting in the lot typing this review.

The attendances are rude. I have been parking here weekly for 5 years shame on me. Today I pulled in and was told it would cost $22.00 a day to park. I have been parking here for $16.00 a day suddenly my truck grow and takes two spaces. The truck always come back to me covered in bird crap.Do not use this parking lot I will never use them again.

Always use this group when you g out of town, good ,reliable and cost effective way to park at Midway.

If you book directly with them, they tell you it costs $11.50 per day on the phone, but will charge you $16 when you check out. Their rationale is that the tax and service fee is not included in the quoted price. Thats borderline bait and switch. Buyer beware. If you pay through a third party site it is significantly cheaper. Even they admit that this is their normal business practice.

Ive been parking here for several years. This past week I got a car wash for the first time. The day after I returned home I notice I have a huge dent in the top of my front passenger door and the paint is cracked. Theirs no rust and the paint would peal off if it was washed it must have happened after the car wash and it has been in my garage since I got home. I called 5 days later (it was a busy week) I called them to ask if they video their lot and I was immediately their worst enemy. My car is not worth a lot so no big deal but Im sure not going to leave our family car there for vacations and I plan to stop using them all together. Typical Chicago attitude from these guys.
