Never parking here again. Sign says Open 24 Hours, but my flight was delayed (re-routed to Indianapolis due to weather), and when I finally got there at 10:30 PM the gate was chained and nobody there so I had to Uber home ($50.00) and get a ride back the next morning to get my car. They would not do anything to compensate me for having to Uber home and come back.

They need to take the open 24 hrs down it cost $49.80 for 4 days plus $17.26 for a uber back from the airport totalling 67.06 I might as well went to MidwayEZPark for $56.00 bucks at least I wouldnt have to pay for taxi/uber services then you guys was very slow taking care of things when I first arrived 23 mins b4 dropping off to departures come on now! My first and last time using you guys..

Beware: Parking lot doesnt open until 7:00am. The website doesnt mention this as of February 16th, 2021. The website also allows you to schedule a reservation before 7! Nowhere on the website does it say you should call for confirmation of schedule or times.

They dont tell you is that they DO NOT provide shuttle service to the airport after 7PM!! Otherwise you have to take a Uber or Lyft. Or do what I did and catch the CTA Bus to 47th and Cicero and walk over a couple of blocks. Really deceptive to not include that information.

They are only open 7am-7pm. Made our reservation on line at their website for 430 am. No one there no one answers the phone no note on their door. Building day open 24/7 🙄 Gate closed. Almost missed our plane and had to go directly to the airport to park. Called to find out what happened and say “what the heck”! They just said they are only opened now from 7a-7p. No explanation other than it was a reservation company. We have been using this company for years but won’t anymore. Update your website please. Ridiculous!

The guy was all disoriented and seemed to be under the influence of a substance. He couldnt find the keys to our vehicle and then wanted to charge us more.

These are not spacious spots. The vans step was broken, making it very difficult to get in. Van service is not available after 7pm. After getting picked up from the airport, the drive back was hair raising, to say the least. Parking at the airport costs the same.

The best Midway parking deal, always! Weve parked here on multiple occasions and have been happy with the place. The parking spots are a bit tight, but manageable. The whole lot is fenced and gated. The shuttle service had always been prompt and the staff friendly and helpful.Helpful tip: When they give you the parking slip with your claim/ spot number, Snap a photo with your cell phone so that even if you lose it, youll have the numbers.

Never again! Prepaid parking weeks in advance. Arrived on time about 4:45am. Once inside, we sat in our car several minutes and no attendant came out to assist us. I got out the car and then he came over and said tree lot was full. Recommended the lot a few blocks down and said Id be refunded. Poor customer service.The second lot attendant said that happens every weekend. I had to pay more but it was worth it. Excellent customer service

Excellent service! They had very affordable rates. I even got on the wrong companys can to come back and they drove out of their way to pick me up. I could not give them a higher score. I definitely recommend!

Love when you book parking far in advanced and you get to the lot and they are full? Terrible terrible service. Absolutely do not go here!! They make you pay in advance? But dont hold a spot? Better get a refund. this is a scam!

Do not park here! Left for an early morning flight and although the site says it is a 24 hour attendant, no one was there when we arrived. We had to call 3 times to be told someone was on their way to pick us up with the shuttle. We had to load our own bags and was almost late for our flight. Upon arriving back in Chicago, we had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up again. Horrible customer service. Parking spaces are way too tight. You’re better elsewhere.

Terrible!! Terrible!!! Terrible!! customer service. The attendant flat-out told me to my face to not come back to his lot again because he didnt think I was going to tip him. The truth is, however, there was a bit of a language barrier, so when he asked me for a tip I hesitated for a couple seconds because at first I didnt understand what he had just said. Then when it came to me and I was about to grab a tip for him (which I was going to anyhow, I mean, like really, who doesnt tip??!!). But before I could reach in my purse, he threw my receipt at me and blurted out, next time, park somewhere else!. How rude!!! This place has terrible personnel. So YEAH, I will park SOMEWHERE ELSE for now on!!

The guys charged me more than what I owe them. They use calendar days instead of hours to charge you. Beware when you choose to park here. Its not worth the hassle to do that. I would just park at the airport parking for $15 instead of here. The price comes out to be about the same anyway. And you dont have to deal with frauds.

Parking is parking. But shuttle service makes all the difference. Unfortunately, I was handed a ticket when I dropped my car with no instructions. I called the # on the ticket several times to no answer. I had to Uber back to the parking lot due to this. No apology or discount was given. No empathy. Just “idk phone isn’t working”. They had over 40 messages. Very frustrating return.

Do not come here. They are scammers and will steal your money. We made a sad mistake by paying cash on arrival. My husband said the employee ( whom I hope to find out his name tomorrow when the boss is there) put the money in his pocket. When we arrived back they said there was no record of us paying bc the guy did not stamp our ticket which we were not aware we had to have obviously. So we were forced to pay not once but twice. Travelers beware...don’t let their cheap prices lure you in. There is a crook among them and God knows how many work there.

IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT OR PRIDE IN YOURSELF AT ALL, THEN STEER CLEAR OF THESE HORRIBLY BEHAVED SO CALLED AMERICAN MEN!!! im posting this under my boyfriends account, this was literally the WORST customer service/travel experience we have ever had! the drop off of the car was super easy and very pleasant. the young man was helpful and even carried our bags to the shuttle. the shuttle driver was very polite and got us to the airport with a smooth ride and promptly. our arrival back to Chicago though was a complete NIGHTMARE! due to airport construction the pick up location for the shuttle had changed, I had snapped a picture of the poster that was inside the van before leaving so we would know exactly where to go to catch the shuttle back to our car. guess what, it was incorrect information! I called Midway and asked if I had possibly gotten lost or if something had happened to the driver after waiting for 40 minutes and no driver showing up. (midway is only a mile from the airport and promises their shuttles run every 10 minutes...) the employee told me I was a stupid American woman who needed to read the white sheet of paper I was given I told him um, ok? I am but I am still not seeing your driver he told me to wait and to be patient. after waiting another 35 minutes with 4 adults, luggage and Chicago airport employees yelling because of all the construction and heavy traffic, I decided to call a second time to ask where the shuttle was at. I then was told EFF YOU!, YOU STUPID C WORD! when I said excuse me? dont speak to me like that! I was told EFF YOU! again, ALL YOU STUPID WHITE WOMEN ARE ALL THE SAME! and he hung up on me. we ended up paying 18 dollars for a taxi to take us back to Midway to retrieve our car. the young middle eastern man who had been so extremely rude to me didnt even want to look me in the eyes when I walked into the office with the men in my party. I am a paying customer and a lady and this is how I was treated?!? completely unacceptable! I called the complaint phone number that they had posted in their office with the voicemail promise that I would be contacted back within 24 hours, guess what, its been over a week now and not a single person has contacted me back. I dont care if your having a bad day at your job, you dont ever speak to a woman like that and you dont ever speak to a paying customer like that! I am owed an apology in the least but Ive yet to receive any sort of anything yet. its not like Im asking for my money back, just a phone call with an apology! to the jerk who was so rude to me in all of this, you live in the USA now! not the middle east! you dont speak to women or customers that way! Find another place. On the way back from our vacation they picked us up and on the way back he said his credit card machine was broke and he could only except cash. I didnt have any cash only my card. He said I have to pay cash or no car. He drove me to the gas station down the street from the lot so I could go to the ATM. He told me to leave my 8 year old in the van with him. I said no way. Place is terrible.

Beware. This place is shady. I should have taken note when I dropped my car off, there was a police officer on the lot tending to a poor woman whose car was badly damaged by someone there. I heard the officer talking to the staff, he said whats going on, I can see at least 3 other cars with damage here. The officer then noted he saw security cameras on site that may have caught who damaged these cars. The staffer replied that the cameras dont actually work, possibly to avoid admitting that they in fact, did the damage.To top it off, they overcharged us, failing to understand basic arithmetic, adding additional days to the bill. I Had to go through the credit card company to get it resolved.

They only have one guy working two jobs. You need to hire someone to park cars and take the tickets so you can have the other guy driving. They oversold on parking so we waited awhile for the driver to get back since he was the only one working the 5am shift. Pay the dude more and hire more people because he is working hard but he can’t do it all. Very chaotic this morning.

We showed up around 4am and couldnt get into the lot. We had to circle around the block, stop at a stop sign, and I reached through the gate to knock on the window, awakening the worker to open the gate. This is not a great area to be getting out of your car overnight in. I would not go through this again.

They are not good for anything it took 45 minutes to pick me up from the airport. Very bad service I do not recommend them.
