This Big O Tires location is truly wonderful. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in what they do. They are truly a great team and helped me get back on the road a few months ago when I encountered a flat. They helped me find reasonable tires within my budget and I ended replacing all 4 and even got a spare. I normally dont leave reviews and this one is a little late but thanks again Big O!

Took my car in to get the tires rotated and balanced last Saturday on 9/4/21 and I only had to wait about 30 to 40 minutes despite it being pretty busy. I felt like the staff and especially Justin Reed the sales service expert were all very professional and they were able to get my car in and out as quickly as possible. To start off, I almost NEVER leave reviews for anything. Good or bad. But we had such a pleasant experience here that I feel compelled to write about it.My family was driving home to Florida from Wyoming. We got a flat tire the night before a long leg of our trip (13 hrs to St Louis).Our rental car company failed to help so we limped on over to Big O Tires.We were immediately greeted by Justin who was so friendly and helpful. He diagnosed our issue immediately and was honest about our options (we thought we maybe needed a new tire but he said it was patchable which was much cheaper). It’s always nice to find businesses that aren’t trying to rip you off, especially in the auto industry.Anyway, we had our tire fixed in no time and a courtesy check of the rest of our tires since we had a long trip ahead.We aren’t used to this sort of customer service in Miami 😂. Ive been doing business with this franchise for years and throughout time Ive never been disappointed. This location is super fast and does a great job. Jonathan is a wonderful worker, and is always super helpful whenever I need maintenance on any of my vehicles.

If I could give 0 stars I would took my car in for a transmission service and they put the wrong oil in it. I wound up having to take it home to drain the oil spend another 100$ to put the right amount of oil and the right oil. I noticed the problem when I left the shop and my car slipped through 2nd gear. After I fixed it the car does amazing now. Terrible place to take your car the managers are rude and the store owner wont fix his employees mistakes instead he just likes to send you his lawyers info. I highly recommend going anywhere else!!!!!

I need to give a HUGE shout out to Anthony Stout for his incredibly hard work on 4/20/21 on a big dually that came into shop. I was just thinking about it and thought as hard as it was and the toll it took on him, I thought he did a pretty awesome job. Definitely recommend going here. The care and dedication the employees put into showing me what I need to stay on the road and safely makes me always bring my cars to big o!

Thought my brakes were done because of a screeching noise. Justin Reed got me in when no other shops could look until tuesday. Found a rock in the backing plate. Outstanding!

Asked for an Interstate battery to replace the big Interstate in my Avalon, received an undersized free 2 year replacement that has had to be replaced every 6 months or so. I will not I will not do business here again.Postscript: The owner, Jack contacted me and we came to an amiable solution. I am very happy with how my complaint was resolved and will definitely regard Big O as a reliable resource for future service!

Picked up a screw in our tire while traveling. Googled the closest place and big o came up. They were really busy but did get me in. Took a couple hours but I was real happy to get it fixed on a saturday. All the staff was very friendly and seem to really like their jobs!!

I dont recommend it I had my car serviced for an axle and strut mount it was in July 20. I took in this morning and they said it needed an alignment and new tires which was going to cost me close to $1,000 they didnt even check to check to see what the problem was. They just looked at the front drivers side tire after I told them it was wobbling. I took it to Firestone auto care and they checked it out. Not even a year and the bolt from the strut mount came out. Big O manager isnt taking responsibility for their action. I broke out crying because I couldve been in an accident on the freeway. Thank God it didnt fall apart or caused an accident while I was driving with my family. Im still shaking from thinking what could of happened they lost my trust. Im letting family and friends know about it also I have pics from the damage. Horrible service in auto care, unprofessional, irresponsible, uncaring mechanics and manager!

Elvy was great to work with. He took the time to look into my tire when another place just put air in it. Turned out I had a screw which made a slow leak. We don’t drive much with the pandemic, so he saved me from having to change out a flat the next time we needed to drive.

Huge shout out to Big O Tires in Cheyenne on Yellowstone! We were coming into town from Casper for cosmetology boards and got a flat tire. Chris Halfpenney and Justin Reed answered my emergent phone call about needing my tires fixed that same day to travel back and stayed open 30 minutes past closed to make sure my tire got patched and fixed so we could make it back to Casper safely! Thank you so much you made our trip so much better.

Had a Brad nail in tire inches from sidewall. Went to discount tires and all they wanted to do was sell me a brand new tire. They wouldn’t even inspect to see if it was repairable. They insisted they couldn’t fix and could only sell me a new tire. The tire are still new and have 11/32 in tread left. Had a friend tell me to go to Big-O because they are honest and have great customer service. I will Only do business with Big-O from now on. Went in and was instantly greeted by Elvy Stickney who was courteous and professional. He listened to my issue and immediately took it back for a deeper look. After 2 mins. he came out and said it was totally repairable. Not only did he save me from having to buy a brand new tire when it wasn’t needed, he fixed it for free. I couldn’t be more pleased with his customer service and the experience. My wife and I go through a lot of tires and will definitely be bringing our business to Big-O on Yellowstone rd. I cant recommend these guys enough! Ive had such poor experiences with mechanics not only all over Cheyenne but all over the US. Price gauging, ripping people off and just straight out lying and being fraudulent is all too common, sadly. But I feel like the gentleman at Big O on Yellowstone have treated me and my vehicle with nothing but kindness, respect and fairness. They really do seem to just want to give great service and have that long term relationship with customers. I love that they explain everything to me, are trustworthy and are fairly priced. That is definitely a rarity. Justin and Jon are both really great at their jobs, exceptional customer service. The only negative I could mention was when one person recommended a certain type of oil and the next time it turned out I needed something else but honestly I give them the benefit of the doubt on that one and believe it was more of an opinion based error than anything. No ill intent. Its so nice to have a place I trust that gives excellent customer service and I hope they know how much that is needed and appreciated. So highly recommend 🙂 If I could rate them more than five stars I would!

Been here twice, have had good experiences both times. Needed a wheel balanced the first time and it was completely free. Second time I was getting new wheels put on. Took about 30 minutes, but cost next to nothing.

This crew, Justin and Ian, and the rest, are the GOATS! After driving over 700 miles, I got a flat. Took it next morning to them, and the tire was beyond repair. They didnt have one, so they called around until they found one. Ian drove me to buy it, brought me back and installed it. He checked everything until he was satisfied that I would make it to my destination safely. Cost? No charge. It was a courtesy tire repair. Again, you guys are the GOATS.

While my 2018 Ram pickup was recently at Big O on Yellowstone for an oil change, it was hit by the tire delivery truck (American Tire Distributors) and damaged to the tune of $3400. Neither Big O nor American Tire Distributors has been the least bit helpful in resolving this. I cannot recommend a business that will not be accountable for damage done on their premises by their employees or wholesalers.Michael L SwillingUpdate: I was hoping to be able to delete or upgrade this review, but apparently it isn’t Big O’s responsibility, and I have heard nothing from American Tire Distributors. Big O lost a customer.

Jon took the time to see that I got the best tires for the best price. He actually was able to not just price match, but better the price of my lowest quote. Corey took charge of getting the work done in expedient fashion and kept me informed of the progress throughout the process. About a month ago I ordered a set of tires online. There was an issue with the order at the other store so they sent me here. Justin took care of the issue. Cory and Sean were also helpful with getting some lock-nuts off my wheels and getting everything else taken care of, in a super professional manner. I recently called the Big O on Yellowstone Ave to price shop tires that I was interested in purchasing for my mother. I had the good fortune of reaching a young woman named Angel that was extremely helpful.I received top-notch customer service. Angel was extremely professional & knowledgeable about the product and great about answering all of my questions. She quoted me an excellent price and expertly found the perfect tires for my mothers SUV to match our budget and road use.Furthermore, Angel patiently scheduled an appointment that fit my busy schedule, to get my mothers tires mounted to her rims.When I visited the Yellowstone Ave. location, I observed it to be clean and the staff to be very courteous. Angel, once again, took exceptional care of me, getting the techs in the service bay to mount the tires very quickly, as I had to drive my mother for a doctors visit (in her vehicle), shortly after the Big O appointment.Im thankful to Angel and the rest of the Big O staff for being so accomodating. I am so amazed with the customer service they provided on 11/04/19 at 17:00-18:00. My partner and i came in with a massive flat tire and needed help immediately and mind you we came in minutes before closing and the employees insisted in helping with no hesitation. I received a quote for some work on my car a few weeks back, and called to schedule the work - there were 6 things on the list and I asked them to do an oil change as well. Justin Reed told me they could start right away if I brought the car in then and that they had a shuttle to take me back to work if I needed it. When i got there 20 minutes later Justin had already ordered and received the parts they needed and they were ready to start. They got me a ride back to work right away. I had expected to schedule everything out for another day and was glad they got it in so quickly. Then to my surprise Justin called me at 1pm to tell me it was all done. They sent a ride to pick me up at work and I was all done and on my way back to work by 2pm. I was amazed. Great people to work with, took my truck there just after 5:00 to get my tires rotated and balanced, they close at 6:00, joe and the other front desk man very helpful, but they did let a worker pull my truck around front that had dirty pants and hands, got my seat cover dirty but since they were so helpful i didnt say anything

After a tire blowout I called Big-O and ordered a set of 4 tires, they had it in the next morning. They were very friendly and professional, and the tires were installed and balanced in a very quick manner. They even cleaned up my spare that was on and stored it back where it went.
