We were in the middle of a road trip and our routine maintenance light came on, we were able to get an appointment at the time we would be passing through Cheyenne. Tom and his crew got us in and out in like 30 minutes. They changed the oil and inspected our vehicle and we were on our way, Tom was very helpful and friendly.

Very professional and great working knowledge of getting you up and back on the road! Oil change and cabin air filter was done quickly. I also appreciate the inspection on the rest of my vehicle to include checking and topping off all my other fluids, even my washer fluid!

I went there a month ago to check engine light and result came out of 4 pages of codes. They didn’t tell me what codes and charged me 60 dollars for it. I went to auto-zone to get check and it was only one code. I got it fix somewhere and it was just the wire… let’s just say they are not good at their job.

I was traveling through town when my started making a weird grinding noise. It was late at night, and so I showed up here first thing in the morning. They took my car in, diagnosed it, and called all around the city trying to find the parts I needed for my car. They werent available anywhere around, and I didnt want to stay the long weekend there so I continued my travels. But they were incredibly nice, and printed a page with the diagnosis for me to give to another mechanic when I can. They were really busy with appointments and walk-ins and I really appreciate that they took the time to fit me in and help me out. If I were ever traveling through again and had another problem I would for sure go back 🙂

My 2018 Nissan Titan was too quiet for my liking so I came here. From the moment I walked into the door, everyone was super nice and super professional, especially Laura at the front desk. Got my estimate and got the parts ordered in a timely manner. The exhaust piping in the truck was a little too short for the muffler so they kept the truck overnight and I was assured by the tech, he would have it done the very next day. Sure enough, I came in this morning and the truck was done, it sounds great as well! I will definitely be back here for any service needs, and I will recommend Meineke to anyone looking for a reasonably priced repair place that does a good job. Well done!

I came in to get dashboard lights fixed. I made an appointment for a specific time. I called two hours after my appointment since I hadnt heard from them--they hadnt even started on my car yet. Little did I know they wouldnt start on my car for 4+ hours after my appointment time. They took off the dashboard, said my lights didnt work because of a dislodged wire, reconnected everything... and I came to get it. Except the lights still didnt work. They told me they used a computer to see if any diagnostic errors popped up. Since no error code was read, they gave it back. BUT THE LIGHTS WOULDNT TURN ON. why did no one look at it? In addition, they got grease all over the interior of the car. On the seat. The floor mats. The floor. The stick shift. Cups. Its everywhere. After we got it detailed.Terrible service. Terrible experience. Would never ever go back.

The biggest joke of a mechanics shop I have ever come across. My husband and I brought our vehicle in for a coolant flush, and they ended up telling us we needed $700+ in repairs, which we complied to. After giving us our vehicle back, it had even more mechanical issues, which led to it breaking down and overheating on the side of the road. Meineke said they would look it again and took our vehicle back because they “misdiagnosed” it. That very same night our vehicle was STOLEN off of their lot. They called me asking if I had my vehicle that morning because apparently they cannot take care of the vehicles left in their possession; what a joke!! After calling the police, the vehicle was located, with damage and unable to be driven. After having our vehicle for more than two weeks now, the manager very RUDELY called me yelling, saying he was not fixing it, stating he had the right to refuse service. THEY ALLOWED OUR VEHICLE TO GET STOLEN AND WILL NOT FIX IT. The biggest joke of a company. Do not come here unless you want AWFUL customer service, a broken car, and one hell of a headache.

While coming into Cheyenne on work the bracket that holds the evap canister on my Mercedes came loose and the canister shot into my wheel well while I was driving and caused my tire to explode resulting in damage. I took my car to Meineke and it sat for FOUR WEEKS to the day and they didn’t even have a list of parts. My car insurance had my car towed out of there to Halladay’s shop and in 6 hours they had a complete write up of the parts needed, they had located all parts and had a full written estimate for all damage and paint work. Meineke kept my car for 4 weeks leaving me without a vehicle in a town I’m not from just to end up having it towed to a different place and they still charged diagnostics fees in order to get my car out. I even stopped by and checked on it after 3 weeks and they told me they were waiting on my insurance, obviously complete bull since the second shop had the full write up in 6 hours. I could have taken my car back home to Houston to my mechanic and had it repaired and drove the 20 hours back had I known they would have wasted my time for so long. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

My experience with this company was great from the moment I walked in. Britney is a true asset to your company. Could not be happier with the work & attitude of this company & their employees. I had to drive 2 hours to get to them to fix a problem with a car I purchased on Carvana. I was not thrilled. Turned out to be great.

Had to update it, they did a great job fixing my AC and even gave me a ride to another appointment when I needed it. Top notch.

Brakes install went well but that was about it. They didn’t tighten my lug nuts in one of my wheels and my wheel almost fell off of the truck while driving. They came to where I was to fix it quickly but was still not impressed, could have turned out very bad. Also did something to my windshield wiper fluid lines and now they don’t work. Overall a horrible experience, will never go back.

I had my 99 7.3 super duty in for a diagnostic. west? was the technician working on it and dealing with everything. absolutely love the environment and communication and professionalism that came from all parties involved on my truck. i appreciate the time and effort’s put into it and the honesty. thank you.

My family and I were driving through to go to Casper when my car decided it didnt want to accelerate anymore. We took it in and Alex and one of their mechanics did a full on inspection to see what the problem could be. We came in about an hour before closing but they didnt act bothered at all. Alex was super friendly and gave us some no bs advice. I would highly recommend anyone having car issues to come here.

Had issues with my skid plate, the staff here were excellent and quick to get me back on the road.

Came in to have some work done on my headlights. They put a new wire harness on and it works great and the work was done well. However, after the work was done I went to another shop that I have used in the past and they said the work should have been done for a cheaper price and said it would have cost at least $50 less. In the past I have had issues with Meineke offering services that werent needed and saying they were as well as charging much more than surrounding shops. Again the work was done well just not at a for price.

Great customer service but unfortunately the ac recharge they did only lasted barely a full day and that was after they said there was nothing wrong with the system. I would still recommend them though on their customer service alone.

Had a $20 off coupon for a full synthetic oil change. The advertised price for a full synthetic oil change was $79.95. At the end of it the total was $136 for a oil change with the $20 off coupon still paid $113. no oil change should be over a $100. just go to Walmart instead

This is the worst mechanical experiences I’ve ever had, I’ve been there now multiple times hoping against hope that they will do a better job. The only thing I get is long waits to get my vehicle back and when I do get it back it does not work. Do not ever use this company to even do an oil change it seems to take them three days to even do that. Buyer beware

These guys, and gal, where great. I broke down while moving back west, and no other shop in town could see me for at least a week. These guys squeezed me in and totally saved me. They got the job done fast and didnt charge an arm and a leg either!

Appointment was at 9 I showed up at 810 they said they could it it in rate away. Oil change was ok but it took 2.5 hrs to check the balance of only 2 tires. Was there from 810 to 1140.

I brought my vehicle here 6 months ago too install a new radiator fan,they ordered the part and got it fixed in 3 days.A month later I start noticing the temperature going up and down and the fan going on an off.I called and asked and they said thats what the fan is supposed to do.A month later my vehicle over heats and starts smoking at a drive thru in town.I take it to Meineke the next day they inspect it and say theres no problem.2 weeks later I go to denver and it over heats downtown denver.So I take it in again,I tell them what happened and tell them that its the fan they replaced.I been noticing that when the fan goes out sometimes it takes forever to come back on and I believe thats the problem,when Im on the highway the temp stays between 195 degrees and 200.But when Im in town it goes from 205 to 230.They take me in they bay show me the fan is fine and explains how it works.Told me if it happens again drive it there or take pictures of it,now I feel like they think im a fib ha.Now its getting into summer and my A/C is going in and out and I believe its the fan,so I take it in for the 3rd time.This time Im frustrated I have a 3yr old daughter and its to hot for her to be in the vehicle.I think they got frustrated to,cause this time they actually inspection with there eyes and hands instead of just there eyes.They actually unplugged the harness to the fan and realized that theres a faulty wire wow finally yes they figured it out.Said itll be a few days for the part,3 weeks later I call around 3pm and he tells me they got the part hes been meaning to call me all day but been busy.Its 3pm you opened at 8am you literally couldnt spare 3mins to call and tell me that or a text,But I can call and you can tell me all that in 3mins.Thursday or Friday they got the part but couldnt fix it till the following week Tuesday.So my vehicle went thru this for 6 months before it got figured out and fixed.That last month when they finally figured it out they should of helped me with a temporary vehicle till they fixed the problem but nope they let me figure it out on my own.I told them they needed to do a full inspection on my vehicle to make sure the 6 months of problem didnt cause problems to other parts.Needless to say it got fixed and inspected well I hope it did.I got the paper work saying it got inspected but lets see what another shop has to say......

The worst Ive ever had took over 3 hours to inspect my tie rods. The girl with the black glasses working on my truck kept walking out in the parking lot to talk with who I assume was her boy friend finally asked for my keys and left. I do not recommend this place to anyone ever

Ive tried other repair shops around town and have had less than stellar work done at those and the dealerships. Meineke is the only place I know they will get the job done quickly and do it right. This last time I visited, they checked out my concerns in about 5 minutes.

They took care of my vehicle my family was back on the road to visit grandparents. During this uncertain times it was a good to know they cared. My issue isn’t with the work ( although time will tell). My issue is with the lack of communication that ended up costing me. Omitting that labor isn’t included in the price is frustrating. Telling me that something broke while you worked on my vehicle and that you’re replacing it doesn’t tell me it was in terrible condition and I’m supposed to pay for it too. I ended up paying double what I was told upfront. They never called me. I always called them. It would have been so easy to explain. Instead I walk in there after two days waiting on a simple swap and have sticker shock. Don’t ever go here unless you are prepared to pay double anything that they quote you 😓

It was great service. Open on a weekend, no appointments needed. Just for a simple exhaust that took less than hour costed me 253 bucks.

Waited 4 hours on something that took literally 5 minutes to fix. wanted to charge me over $600 on something that wasnt even broke. no trust in this business. youtubed the procedure and bought the part that i thought was malfunctioned to find out that the part was just disconnected. wow. would have spent $600 just for something to be plugged in. way to take advantage.

Had a tire go missing on the highway, yeah you read that right. They got me in immediately replaced rotor, rim, tire, studs, and ball joint. Super nice and accommodating

I like going to Meinike. They are polite and respectful. They always fit us in for an oil change even when we dont have an appointment. In the past, they have done repairs that saved us money over just replacing parts. I dont mind hanging out in their waiting area while my car is worked on.

I went to Meineke to get an explanation for why my ABS warning light was on and why I kept having problems with a blinker going out whenever it rained or snowed. Within minutes, the mechanic at Meineke identified the source for both problems. The light was fixed that day and the brake the next business day. I had attempted to get these problems addressed elsewhere over several months but the other places could not figure out the problems. In the end, I only had to pay for 30 minutes of labor plus the price of parts. They made it so convenient and did the job right!

When Jason ran this place I loved it. He could always answer questions and was always on time. Now they have some lady who had her half eaten lunch sitting on the counter when I came in, that is clueless about cars, and some old man who is useless. I took my car here 2 weeks ago and had an appointment scheduled for 1200. I called 5 minutes before they closed and they had not looked at my car. That is 6 hours and still no estimate because they hadn’t even moved my car into the garage. They also informed me it would be $110 for an estimate on top of whatever the cost was for the repair. I promptly picked up my car the next morning and took it to another shop. I had been a long time customer of Meineke Cheyenne but I will NEVER be back. Just as a side note: My issue is the people working up front not the mechanics/technicians in the garage. Paul and the guys in the garage are great people! Also I called corporate and gave them my info and told them what happened. Thus far nobody has called or emailed me back, I guess because they do not care. If you want your car worked on at the time of your appointment and it to not cost you an arm and a leg DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

Called and had an appointment for 11:00 a.m., drove for an hour and a half to get there, arrived 10 minutes early. Vehicle was put on the rack and taken off again two times and other cars moved in in front of me. When they finally did work on it it took all of about 45 minutes to complete the job and I left the facility at 5:00 p.m.This appointment was made for a partial rework of the job that Id had a month and a half earlier, and should have been completed at that time. I was still charged for the service even though the manager had said there would be no charge on the phone.The job was completed in a satisfactory manner, I drove back home an hour and a half and I have yet to be able to inspect to see whether I have any leaks at this point.my main complaint was the weight after having an 11:00 appointment for approximately an hour job and an hour vehicle cooldown time so that would make a 2-hour job, I spent 6 hours for a 1-hour job.My suspicions are that the mechanic on duty would not be paid for a redo job that he did not originally perform, so he would not be making any money. So, a mechanic from over in the transmission portion had to be called in and he was only available after his workload was finished for the day is Wyatt he arrived so late in the afternoon. that is pure speculation on my part but the only thing that makes sense to me.

I had some issues with an extended warranty c ok many and they worked with them. They are also very kind and time will tell in their quality of work, no issues so far. I had wheel hub replaced, rack and pinion replaced, ball joints replaced, and transmission fluid changed. I was told it would be easy two day fix. Brought it in on Tuesday November 24 and they promised it would be done late on the 25th. I had a rental for one day. They told me the morning of the 25th that they were finishing up the vehicle and that it would be done soon, for sure that evening. I called that evening and I was told no way it would be done. They said there was a little more work but since the next day was thanksgiving they said it would be done early Friday morning. I checked in with them Friday morning they said early evening it would be done. I had no vehicle at this point. I went in on Friday evening and they said no way it would be done that evening and I demanded it get finished. They stayed almost an hour later to fix it. I’m glad they did but they never called me, poor communication, I had to call them. I may not ever come back here.

Ordered tires online and was supposed to have them installed. Thats it. I did not need my fluids checked or them trying to find things that were wrong with the vehicle. I have my own personal mechanic for those items. It took them 2 and half hours to mount and balance 4 tires. Not acceptable at all. Will never go back.

It was the most expensive oil service I have had. I have used many places due to moving in the military and every single one has had to special order my filter and none of them were so expensive. It was 60 dollars more expensive than I am used to paying. Even if I was a regular customer it would still be this much!! It was highway robbery.

My appointment was at 3:30. As soon as I arrived I was told it would be an hour. It was an hour and 1/2 before my car was ready. This threw my other errand behind and made me late. I sat on a chair for all that time. If I have an appointment I expect service within 15 minutes of that time. Not finished but begin. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Ever since they got new owners, this place has dipped in costumer satisfaction. They dont take care of you like the last owners did. I use swear by meineke. But now I will never return. The front desk lady working there now is rude, pushy, and acts like every person she talks too must be mentally handicapped. I made an appointment for an oil change. They had my vechile for 5 hours before it was finished. For an oil change, which I remind was set by a previous scheduled appointment. I didnt just walk in. They are all very informal, and only care about squeezing whatever they can out of uneducated customers. I will say some of the shop workers themselves were very nice and professional. They seemed almost apologetic, like they knew what we were dealing with on the office side of things.

Dropped off car for Saturday oil change and had them check out an interior dome light that was staying on. Handled both service issues quickly and professionally at a great price. Friendly folks. We will be bringing our vehicles here from now on.

Back in February, I had my oil changed, and a few days later started smelling a burning gas scent in my cab. I took my car to my mechanic and found out that Meineke hadn’t put the oil cap back on, causing oil to spill all over. Meineke did pick up my car from the mechanic and cleaned it very thoroughly. My mechanic charged me, and Meineke gave me a coupon for a free oil change upon my insistence. I just went back for my free oil change, and the “manager” wanted me to completely justify my coupon. He wasn’t sure who signed it, didn’t understand why they checked the wrong box on the coupon, etc. it’s not my job to know how your business works! He also asked me to come back later when I had made an appointment. Luckily they were able to squeeze me in. When I left I made a joke asking if they put my oil cap back on this time. The manager said “you better know who you’re talking to” in response. I’m not sure what he meant exactly, but I found it incredibly rude and condescending. Needless to say, I won’t ever be going back.

This auto services place was good. they solved my car issue in a very short time. however, there is a new issue poped up after problem solved, I tried to talk with the mechanic and let him to help me to fix the new one. but he said that issue was there before I came. So it is not his problem. If I want to fix that, I have to go back to the line and let him to inspect again. Finally I fixed that issue by myself. So thats the reason I cant give this place a five star.

I took my car in for a simple oil change with a coupon. My car’s check engine light is constantly on and off. I didn’t ask for it to be checked or even mention it, but they checked anyway. I left knowing *why* my check engine light keeps coming on (poor gas cap seal) as well as knowing that my rear breaks will need replacing in the next six months. The break part was something I was already aware of, so I know it wasn’t just to drum up more business. I was treated with courtesy and respect even though the center was very busy at the time I came in. I’m very appreciative of the inspection on top of the oil change. Thank you!

The mechanic was very unprofessional. He put way too much air in my tires and took over an hour to complete my oil change. Other than this last incident and the 3 times before that i will never be coming back here. I also suggest that no one go here, they dont know what they are doing.

My light was on for low tires but it didn’t specify which tire. So I pulled up and asked for them to just check my tires. They did that but then took it to diagnostics, took it for a drive to check sensors confirmed it was just a sensor needing replaced and charged me 65.00. I kept saying I only wanted the pressures checked, because I had to drive my uncle back to Rawlins. I didn’t want to have any diagnostics run, it wasn’t my car, it was my uncles car. I only wanted to know I was safe to drive home. But it was a nightmare trying to get the car back from them when they verified the tires were fine and then rather than just a tire pressure charge (if there even is one) I drove out having had to pay 65.00 for “30 minutes worth of diagnostic work”! I won’t be going back there.

The least competent service I’ve ever dealt with. Took them two days to tell me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our car. Terrible communication, service only progressed after we had to call multiple times. Then as we picked up our “completely fine” (their words) car Laura (Lauren?) tells my husband that there’s something wrong with the transmission and that we’ll need to take it “up north” whatever that means. She also told us the problem is my car was in 4WD. My car doesn’t even have the option to be 4WD. We decided to drive it (despite it being unsafe) to our usual mechanic in Colorado and they could tell within 15 minutes what was wrong. Waste of $100, these people are a joke. Don’t go here.

The shop was able to meet an immediate exhaust need effectively. I will finish the exhaust system repair with them within the next month.

Go to them to fix check engine light$1,800.00 later I leave check engine light is off later that day. Light comes back on so I take it back to them. They said one thing hid another thing. They cant fix. So take it to theDealer. But of course pay the $1,800.00

I went in for a simple oil change and the man working at the front desk was very helpful in every way. He showed me different things that could go wrong with my car and made a priority list. However he did not put pressure on me to fix these things right away just to get sales. And I appreciate that very much.

I’m trusting they changed my oil with synthetic blend like they said they would along with a new filter. Trust and fulfilling promises is very important to continued bring our vehicle back. Also it would be nice if the cooperation would give power to those that work there authority to accept a coupon even if it is only a couple of days expired. I know it was only a $5.00 discount but to care totally for your customers will bring them back.

Had a 0800 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Took 2 hours to complete the job. Not sure how they stay in business being that slow. Will definitely not return. First appointment of the day so no excuse to be that slow.

I got exactly what I asked for. An oil change and tire rotation. Nothing less nothing more. I forgot to mention that my coolant was low. Until today it is still low. Next time I will try harder to be more specific. I showed them a 30% coupon on my phone. They honored it this time. They prefer to have it in paper for next time. I might come back. Idk. They offer military discount.

Stay Away. Brought my Car In To See Why My Check Engine light was on. They tested it told me why. Then I found so many more problems that I did not have till the messed with it. They Will Mess Up Your vehicle so they can fix it and make more money. Again. Stay away !!!

I would honestly give this place a zero star rating. To start, we called early in the morning, asked the service writer if they would be able to fix our issue (fuel pump) and if they would be able to get it done that day. That guy told us if we could get the truck in soon before noon then yes they would be able to get it. Cool, perfect. We figure out the tow situation and get it there within atleast an hour, hour and a half. We get a call from the mechanic asking what the issue is and we told him, and that was that. 5 hours later we call to check the status since we havent heard from anyone which we were told we would when they diagnosed it. At that time they said the battery died so they had to charge it. A battery does not take 5 hours to charge. We then call 2 hours later, and he tells us oh your vehichle pulled 8 codes. 2 of them we knew about, thats what we had reading of already. Others were codes stored from previous work. So this so called service writer says how they need to go through EVERY code to find the problem. BS. Any mechanic would not have to do that, especially when we told them directly to check the fuel pump. They didnt even check that. They didnt even check anything besides pulled the codes. So we asked if they could check it, the service writer then tells us that his mechanics are busy with something else(?!!) 🤔 but wait... we were told to get it in before noon and they would get to it. We were told they would have it done that day. So we say just pull it out we are coming to get it. We get there and come to find out they never even had it in a bay to look at. It was in the same spot the tow truck left it. Oh and during the time I was speaking to the service writer he said to me well we pulled several codes and Ill give you what I found but you probably wont understand. Why?!!! Because Im a girl?!!

Pros: Very nice and personable staff. They explained the services I was ordering. I ordered the used car inspection, oil change and rotated tires. Turn around was as expected, even though I had to call in to see if it was done, did not receive a phone call like I was told.Cons: Even though I requested a different brand of oil, I did not expect them to charge me $16.95 for per quart of oil (7 quarts by the way). I can go to any parts store or Walmart and buy the same oil for $8.24 per quart.I also found oil from their boots on my carpet. I suggest putting paper down before getting into another customers vehicle. Hopefully OReillys has a product that will take oil and grease off my carpets.

This company used to be reliable for me and I would have recommended them everytime, but my last few experiences have been less than stellar. 1st I brought in my vehicle for a weird leak and they were unable to diagnose it. Despite my having pictures of my vehicle leaking, the gentlemen who helped me said only that there was no evidence of a leak and that nothing was leaking. I took it to brakes plus and they were able to find and fix the leak. 2nd my husband brought his vehicle in and then had to wait an extended period after the time they told him it would be ready to receive his vehicle back (not a huge deal, things happen but maybe call so we dont have to sit in a waiting room when we can sit at home). Finally, today I called for a ballpark estimate for work on my vehicle. I have a pretty good idea of whats wrong and asked to know what type of range this type of work would cost and was told that they could not even say what the repair I think it would be would typically cost. I have called several other shops who were happy to provide a ballpark for me, so I booked an appointment with one of them. I feel the service at this company has become less than top notch and they will no longer be my first call in case of car difficulty.

Check engine light came on. we took it in to get it looked at. It ended up needing a lot more work but they always called me and talked to me about it and gave me the best price possible to help out and make my daughters first car safe!! I will be taking my cars there next time they need service!

Our a/c stopped working mid road trip they got us in right away fixed it quickly and were super friendly 10 out of 10 would recommend

Great experience, wasn’t sure if they could fix my Volvo, they did it in a shorter time than what was quoted. Not only was I there for a little time but also saved me money. Work was great and my car drives way better now.

I give zero stars...The service writer at the front counter is very unprofessional and passes to buck off for everything.. They never get the car done on time and then try to tell me its because he had someone call in sick the day before. Tried to tell me I wouldnt get my car back until 2 days later.. JUST FOR AN OIL CHANGE????? I went back and just took my car back and went elsewhere... I would NEVER recommend Meineke on Dell Range to anyone!!!

The absolute worst mechanic place I have ever been to in my life went in with a simple power steering leak. Couldn’t even drive it a block when they was done with it! Plus it took 3 days to supposedly fix my leak can’t even tell if that’s fixed cause my truck won’t drive now!! Do not use this place go anywhere else!! After talking to people in town they all said that’s the worst place in town they mess your car up and they was right!

Ive been here 3 times for an oil change. The first 2 times were great, they were fair and very informative. The 3rd oil change Ive gotten here costed more for some reason. They said they had to remove the skid plate in order to Service my car so it was an extra 20 dollars from the original price stated when I dropped off my car. They never had to do this the last 2 times I had my car serviced here. Theyre turning into all the other shops that just want to rob you with a smile. Never coming here again. Ill take 2 minutes to remove my own skid plate for free. Ridiculous.

Great service very friendly. Got in with in a couple of hours of calling for an appointment. No problems with honoring a coupon that I had found online for an oil change. Very satisfied will use them in the future for other auto repair and service needs.

I am the wife...of the person posting this I went in at first for oil change than following day for a diagnostic test for engine light I found that Laura the manager was extremely professional and helpful as well as the staff and desk clerk all where very friendly and helpfulUnfortunately the second time going into the shop I encountered a gentleman who was not so friendly or professional he spoke to the manager and crew very disrespectful in front of customers which I found out he was the owner of the establishment I will return to establishment for further care of my vehicle because of the staff but I hope I don’t encounter the owner again

First of all, we only wanted an oil change. We were pressured into “fixing” and paying for other things. Second, after 4.5 hours from our appointment time we called to see if the truck was done. We spoke to two people and held for 5 minutes. They were not very nice. Finally, they said yes it’s done I thought we called you. They called the one single time to pressure us into buying things we didn’t want. No one told us the car was done. Honestly I’m very uncomfortable with our experience, and I will undoubtedly try the place across the street in the future.Edit: So we just went to pay and presented our coupon. This coupon was the main reason we went to them. Apparently they weren’t able to apply the coupon since the fine print specified “basic oil change” and we used synthetic. These people are unprofessional scammers.

Took my car for an oil change, they said it would be an hour, sounded perfectly reasonable, dropped the car off...Before I left the keys and left out the door they asked if I would like the air filter CHECKED, I said sure and then asked if they could also peak around for a slight rattle that I hear near the front brake area when I go over bumps. Furthermore, explained that there was NO rattle whatsoever when I apply the BRAKES while going over bumps. I mentioned that it wasn’t a huge deal and if a quick innocent check around wasn’t too much trouble, while they had the car on the lift. They said they would take a look to see if it was something obvious, I agreed and left. They called me 2 hours later to pick up, when I got back I asked if they could identify the cause of the rattle? Lady at front desk said they had the mechanic test drive and his diagnosis was ROCKS in my wheel hub(lol)? After seeing the confused look on my face, she then had another technician put my car back up on the lift, 15 min later he said my right upper control arm was bad...I reiterated the rattle was very innocent/slight and asked if he had even test drove to hear for himself and how it becomes vacant when brakes are applied? he said no...They then had ANOTHER technician test drive....his diagnosis was SHOCKS & STRUTS needed replaced. Which 100% was not the cause of the rattle and 100% did not need replacing! (**they weren’t aware I had my front end completely diagnosed and maintenanced by a previous shop a few months before, the front bones are solid, feels and drives tight.)All while these “diagnosis” were happing the technicians could be heard from the waiting room lallygagging, joking, shouting, and laughing around. I then realized my concerns that these guys weren’t up to the standard they used to be and were oblivious to the needs of the car. I then asked if I was being charge for this time and luckily she said no, I then expressed I needed to be on my way and asked to pay for the oil change, she said it would be $168! I asked why, because when I previously had an oil change here it was $34! She then explained that they upgraded the oil to synthetic and had went ahead and changed the air filter with a cost of $63 plus labor..lol, I was never consulted or officially agreed to these upgrades...After expressing my concerns, she said she would take 30% off since they had already done the work...Sooo..after being overcharged, given multiple indifferent determinations of the rattle (that disappears when the brakes are applied) was due to rocks in the hub, then the upper control arm, and finally shocks & struts, I was more than ready to have my car back in my possession! Got the car home to the smell of burning oil and found they left a oily mess on the manifold cover, left the washer fluid on E, and finally neglected to turn the change oil light off!WILL NEVER GO BACK WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. HOWEVER, I AGREE WITH THE GENTLEMAN’S COMMENT OF HOW IT USED TO BE A GOOD RELIABLE SHOP! 👎🏽:(

5 stars all the way, asked if they could fit in a brake job that morning (after being turned down by a couple other shops, including the local dealership) . Said yeah they would try. Done by noon with an oil change. Thanks for the great service. Keep up the good work.

Just needed fluids and tire pressure in my car checked and they got me in right away, they were extremely nice will definitely be back! Also a special thanks to Randy Cooke for helping me out!

Meineke was right on the money with the quote they gave me, they did not try to upsell, and they did a transmission fluid change, coolant change, and tire rotation in under two hours. The only problem I had, was that they dont perform fuel system cleanings, which was only a minor issue, at best.

Was very skeptical about this location after reading their one star reviews, but after meeting and talking to Paul and the rest of the staff, I quickly realized the reviews were scams. A business that does as badly as those people say would simply not still be around and have as much business as they do. When I got there, they were completely full up the whole day.Very reasonable prices and honest people.Do yourself a favor and don’t believe the terrible reviews.

The staff at Meineke were very helpful and accommodating when I had to take my car in for a routine oil change. After my car was serviced, I had a coincidental maintenance issue so I took the car back to Meineke thinking it had something to do with the oil change. It didnt, but Jason was able to get my car in right away and take a look. They identified the problem and graciously helped me out with the cost of labor and parts. Their customer service was great and very much appreciated!

Top notch shop! We were on a cross country trip, and the engine died on I25. Paul and his team were helpful in coordinating with the tow truck, and took us in 1/2 hour before close on a Friday. They made us feel super welcome and got to work fixing the car, and we were back on the road the next morning. Honest, polite, prompt, and capable - what more could you want from a mechanic shop?

Everybody treated me with respect and got my vehicle done the same day. The shop fixed my brake problem and pit my back on the road safe. Thank you to everyone at meineke!

Cost was cheaper then big o tieres and staff was friendly. Didn’t get over charged or charged for services we didn’t request .

Amazing customer service! They checked my brakes for free, discovered the problem, and let me store my car there while I spoke with Nissan about a service campaign. Phenomenal service all around!
