Sovanna & Natalie are very unprofessional,rude & overpriced. They don’t have prices listed & charge you different prices for the same service everytime you go. Spend too much time on their phones and don’t concentrate on your nails. They are too cocky and nails aren’t all that.I will not be spending another dime with these rude people.

Ms.Kim and her brother are a dynamic duo. I was pleased with his and her services. I took my wife my first trip and my sister in law the following week with her daughter. Everybody was satisfied. I will definitely be back.

Love going to Sovanna’s . Been a client of Sovanna’s for 9 yrs. I have ingrown toe nails bad & she don’t kill me getting them out.Most of time I can’t even feel it. Very clean place. Sovanna does great nails & toe art to.

They only take appointment for nails and takes almost 2hrs to do feet.

I absolutely love my nails!!! Sovanna is the best!! She does ombré nails like no other. She can style anything on long or shirt nails. Ms. Kim is the truth with the pedicures!!! She always have my feet looking cute and feeling extra soft.

I like Sovanna nails, I used to come here when it was just her and her cousin but I stopped coming because of the overwhelming wait which I can say really was worth it based on the quality of work, however I really hate waiting lol. I ended up not coming here anymore but I swear once you leave from a place and get used to their work it’s hard to find other people to meet the same standards. I came across Sovanna’s Instagram page recently and saw she hired several nail technicians and relocated the salon to a larger store in the same shopping area. I decided to give it a try. I hit Kevin up on ig and he was able to get me in for a full set. He did a pretty good job using the color powder, however he caked it on really heavy which I didn’t really notice until I got home and put lotion on my hands for the dryness that occurs after you get your nails done. My total came to $50. His work is really good from what I saw on his Instagram and I have got a lot of compliments but most likely I won’t return to him, as you can see from my other reviews I am very particular with my nails.

Okay, soooooo. I broke my nail while cleaning around home. It was 7:30 pm, and I was in dire need of a redo. Checked Google and this place was open until 9p. So I change my clothes I dash out the house arrive at the location at 8:00 p.m.On the door it states they close at 9:30 Monday through Friday so I just knew I was perfect. I walk in theres a lady sitting on her laptop with a look of disgust on her face. So I say in a friendly voice I know Im sorry its a little bit late and she says I know and I dont want to do it is late is time to go home asked the other lady who was doing I brow waxing at the time. So so the lady doing the eyebrow waxing says to me and sorry last walk in at 7:30.Thats not whats it says on the door... I just drove 20mins to be rudely turned down. Ill never go here, and I suggest no one else do!

Let me tell Google review this!!! I’ve been going to this place for years and never been disappointed! My nails always comes out absolutely beautiful and perfect! I told her once she she be doing celebrities and she told me all her clients are celebrities!!! Her dad always does my pedicure to perfection. Patience and sweet team.

I would leave 0 stars if i could. Let’s start off with my nail artist. she was as on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails and was rude when i tried to make conversation with her. my nails look nothing like the reference picture, on top of my nails being crooked and abnormally thick. there’s an 8 year old running around the salon with a tortoise, filing the turtles nails with the file they used on my hands (before AND after he used it on the turtle), he was putting nail files in his mouth, all up in my face, and they played vulgar music which is not suitable for a nail salon. Overall the experience was completely absurd and i left crying, after paying $65 dollars for the worst set i’ve ever had in my life. My first and last time. Do not recommend.

Sovanna(Owner) Is very rude and needs to practice good customer service. Sovanna will have you come in for service then not acknowledge you. A lot of times when you’re talking to her or ask questions about services she seems irritated. Often won’t respond or just turn to her cousin and talk about you in another language. I have witnessed personally on several occasions Sovanna referencing clients as well as workers in a disrespectful conversations. Lovely shop and good work but I reuse to ever spend another dime in Sovanna’s. I do believe it’s the clients that keep you in business open and running so show some respect.

If you are looking for someone who is the Best at what they do, then look no further. Sovanna is nothing less than amazing! Her talent is above anyone in the area or surrounding. My nails last for a month easily w out lifting or breaking! Any design you can imagine she can make it happen!!! She takes time to get to know you, always makes sure you are happy before you leave. Make an appointment and you will not be disappointed!!!

I gave this salon 1 star only because I couldn’t do half a star. This salon is unprofessional and doesn’t respect other people’s time. I scheduled a pedicure at the beginning of the week. When I arrived at the salon I was told that I would have to wait 45 minutes to get my pedicure done. Instead of reserving my spots they took 3 customers knowing they had someone arriving. I don’t recommend anyone go to this salon if you have a life.

Yes I definitely have to give a bad review for this one my appointment was at 5 and I even offered 530 or 6 and she insisted on 5 there was no communication regarding our wait I waited 30 minutes and still nothing so I left. Y’all continue to go to these shops who are unprofessional im not And it’s many reviews on how they make you wait people kill me because they always ready to take your deposit or charge if you late but they can take their precious time definitely won’t be back !!!

I found savanna by chance one Saturday, almost 4 years ago after relocating from Ny. Let’s say her work is nothing but phenomenal. My nails never fail to grab attention and it lasts 5 weeks plus. Kindly keep in mind, she’s booked and busy, appointments are preferred.

This place is a mess. Unorganized and you don’t know what color you are getting with the dip powder. It can be lighter in appearance before you mix it with the acetone. I told the woman doing my nails that it was too dark and she kept going. I told her again and she said no honey it will get lighter once I put on the gel top coat. At that moment I knew I would never be back I only gave 2 stars because the uncle who did my pedicure was a sweetheart.

I walked in and was told only one nail tech could do a color change for me and that I could wait for her and be next in line. Half an hour later the woman up front comes up to me and tells me that there’s actually another person ahead of me and that they could not give me an estimated time. I asked why no one could do a simple color change and was told that everyone else only does powder. Never coming here again. I wasted 30 min I could have used driving somewhere else

Absolutely positively horrible! The end product may be beautiful but for many of us our time is precious. You have to wait over an hour beyond your appointment time to even experience the beauty . Making an appointment and waiting for anything longer than 15 minutes is utterly ridiculous. I will never be attempting to support this establishment with those kind of business practices.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY THEIR BY ALL MEANS DO SO BUT I REFUSE TO SPEND MONEY WHERE THE THE OWNER AND WORKERS ARE RUDE. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE AND NEVER AGAIN. SHE TOLD US THAT WE NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC NEXT TIME WE CALL ON WHO WE WANT TO DO OUR NAILS. WE STAYED TO HER THAT WE HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE NOR DO WE KNOW WHOS WORKING IN HER SHOP. I’ve been going to Sovanna for about 4-5 months now and I’m hooked! If you want amazing nails and the latest trends her and Monita are your girls! Ms Kim always does my pedicures and she is also amazing and super sweet. It’s best to schedule an appointment and you might have to wait but it’s SO WORTH IT! Just go with a fully charged phone, and if you need a charger Sovanna got chu! My nails never disappoint and they last a full four weeks with no issues, so go schedule an appointment and get your nails slayed! 💅🏼

I drive an hour for quality because Im truly the pickiest person you will meet. I am a nail snob. Its a small shop but they are big on quality. I only need a full 5-6 weeks and again I get anxious when I start to see new growth. This is a salon with tons of options. Now if you want a glass of wine and a mediocre set of nails go 2 one of the bigger shops!

My experience was absolutely horrible! Firstly I made an appointment and upon arrival it seemed warm and welcoming, but after waiting for 2 hours to begin, my perception changed. They began services on a regular client who arrived after me and when they finally did get to me, the owner didnt provide me with her sole attention. She jumped from station to station finishing other clients which then took another 2 hours to finish my nails. I was referred to by a friend that told me this studio was reasonably priced and I went onto their Instagram for nail design inspiration. When I showed her the picture of her own work she did on another client that included a rhinestone accent nail on each hand , she priced them close to 80 dollars quoting that she charges 10 dollars for every rhinestone placed. I faithfully get my nails done and have never heard of prices like this before. After that experience the nightmare really happened when almost 3 weeks later a nail broke off and in the same day another cracked halfway down my nail bed causing my actual nail to come off as well. Unless you dont mind a long wait, overpriced nails that dont last, and mediocore customer service then I suggest you look elsewhere.

I had an appt at 12 pm. I booked 2 days in advance and confirmed. I arrived 15 mins early and stated who I had an appt with. I waited 45 mins and no the tech I booked with never greeted me or said anything. I walked out! Poor customer service. They were loudly speaking another language no interaction with their customers. I sat and watched. None of the techs said anything to me either. I provide a service doing hair. I never have people waitng. I will never try to book there again. Im disappointed because the work Ive seen from there looks great on Instagram.

I went to Sovanna for the first time on July 7th. Her work is classy and flashy. Be prepared to stay in there for awhile.

If I could put negative stars I would. I drove over a half an hour to get to this shop just for the youngest sister to say, “You’re a walk-in? No we can’t do your nails the way you want.” I discussed with her how on the Instagram page that was stated no where. One of the other sisters really did her best to try to accomadate me because she could see that I was truly outdone. The sister that began to help me said that I needed to make an appt 3 wks to a month in advance?! I stated again, “ma’am that info really needs to be put on Instagram.” I, like many others came in from what we liked on Instagram so as the owner (that texted on her iPhone whislt doing nails) should try to accomate walk ins. There was no apology or great customer service.

I had an appt at 6 pm with Sovanna...literally waited 45 min while she took 2 people in front of me. Another woman (who walked in AFTER me) finally stood up and asked how much longer before she was helped. Sovanna told her 30 min. When I approached her and told her I actually had an appt with her at 6 pm, she told me I would have to go to somebody else after they were finished with the client in their chair. I had heard about the wait time here...but this was so unprofessional and very disappointing. I will not be coming back here

This has got to be the absolute worst nail experience Ive ever had. If i could give 0 stars i would. I made a nail appointment for my wedding 5 weeks in advance via her Instagram page. I then confirmed my own appointment via text two weeks prior because she didnt answer the phone. Sovanna replied to the text stating that my appointment was confirmed. I originally made my appointment for the day before my wedding. The day of my appointment, i texted her to tell her when i was on the way and she did not reply. I arrived at the shop on time and sovanna was nowhere to be found. Her cousin told me she was in DC and to wait. When i asked how long, she said she didnt know. I then called sovanna 3 times and texted twice. After 20 minutes i got up to leave and i guess her cousin told her i was leaving because then i finally got a reply from sovanna that said can you just let my cousin start on you because im sick but Im on my way. I had seen how nice sovannas nails were on her instagram and i didnt know the work of the cousin so i asked sovanna when she would be there and i would come back. Sovanna then asked if i could come back tomorrow. At this point i was livid but i really wanted my nails done a specific way for my wedding and i didnt know anyone else that could achieve this look. I booked an appointment for 1pm the next day; the day of my weeding. I arrive and theres someone in her chair at 1250. I waited until 1pm and asked how long she would be. She stated she didnt know and that she was behind. I waited about 15 more minutes until i asked her again. She replied with the same answer. I never ended up getting my nails done and only added more stress to an already stressful wedding day. Sovanna is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL nail tech i have ever met or heard of. After all this she never even offered at least an apology. Very very disappointed!! Do not go to her!

I wish that I had known about this place when I first moved here. Monita did an excellent job on my nails today...she was fast! It takes alot for me to write a good review, so take this review as the truth! I will be back! #thanksforreadingUPDATE 07/28/17: So, on my second visit to this place, I had an appointment for 9am for a fill-in & pedi. The pedi lady didnt arrive until AFTER 9am and thus is where it went from sugar to sh!+. So after this lady gave me a half ass pedi, she gets mad when she couldnt open the nail polish. She proceeds to go and get another color...when I told her that there was another bottle of the same color that I wanted, this woman tells me to go over and find it! 😯 Really? And then she doesnt even paint my toes, another girl did. This lady goes on to the next vlient, treating her way better than she treat me. My toes look like horrible BTW. They were both speaking in Cambodian about the whole thing. Horrible experience. SMH #thanksforreading
