These are very nice apartments. The rooms are much larger than I expected and have no trouble fitting what I wanted in here. The apartment Manager, Sherrika is very sweet. She made me feel quite comfortable in my move after being the same place for 21 yrs. She knows me and my dog by name when I moved in. That means alot. It is pretty quiet here and my neighbors and everyone that I have met so far are very nice and helpful. Ive had neighbors go out of their way to give me a jump when my car wouldnt start. I am very comfortable with taking my dog out and walking around. It is very convenient. All the stores are like 10 min or less away. Plenty of area to walk here. Delivery right to your door. And I am pleased with the way the grounds are well lit up. Im glad I made the move.

Mallside Forest Apartments is not a place I would ever recommend people to live. For the 8 years Ive lived here its been a serious disaster time and time again. The people are nasty, rude, disrespectful, just flat out trifling! You can not count on the management to help take care of serious issues regarding the loud noises and other neighbors trashing your balcony with cigarette buds which could start a fire if not put out correctly, and the neighbors vibration from their noises is tearing up your ceilings, trash in the hallways, the kids playing roughly by your door and knocking then run, kids outside cursing and carrying on being disrespectful towards adults and other kids. Kids playing with bee bee guns breaking your balcony glass door or wind shield to your car. Trash out in the parking lots, people sitting on the stairs and in front of the building where you gotta always say excuse me when they know they should move out the way so people can go or leave out the buildings, plus people are smoking weed sitting on the steps....a whole lot of things is wrong. Then theres no where to park your car because there are people who do not live here who use up the parking spaces. You can never get in touch with the office when you call, they never return your phone calls when you leave a message or if you go up there the office is closed. plus they have been entering my apartment with out notice and its against the lease contract so they are violating the lease agreements which is against the law and anyone can sue them for that because its an invasion of privacy...if they need to go into peoples apartments let us know!! They always sneak in my apartment when theres nothing to fix in here because they have done it months ago!! I am so done with this place its past ridiculous!! I will be happy when the day comes when I move out of here and I recommend others to move also if youre having problems living here....SERIOUSLY!!!

I would not recommend anyone moving here. Customer service is horrible. There is none. Office is always closed and they screen the phone calls. I would not even give this place a 1 star. Changes owners all the time. Trash bill is not paid so you cant take your trash out. Office staff changes all the time. When I find videos, I am going to post them. Water leaks thru the ceiling vents to the basement apartment. Toilets overflow when no one uses them. Kitchen sink overflows when no one is using them. Residents do not feel safe. If you do live here, pay with a money order. Save your money order receipts. Health Department needs to do an investigation.

One of those trap places....meaning one way in and out which is utterly ridiculous. Maybe its a plantation. The apartments are spacey though. Maybe its for the cops whom seem to sit out there forever. I think theres three different demographics in the area so who knows whats up.

Mallside Forest Apartments are disgusting. There’s trash littered all over the grounds, people will let their pets just wander any where and there’s gang activity. You only have one day to move your stuff in and the mail people are horrible. They throw mail on top of the box and leave packages by the steps. The apartment that I live in has cracks on the walls that have been there before me. The carpet is disgusting, and the office is NEVER open. There are bugs EVERYWHERE and my apartment also has mold in it. I’m reporting this place the county, it’s a disgrace. I do NOT recommend living here.

The complex is filled with overflowing dumpsters, and trash throughout the grounds. Maintainence crew quit due to management. No maintenance getting done. No care of tenants or complex being given. Grass gets high. Owners have made this a depressing and oppressive place.Yes, we need affordable housing in the area, but NO ONE needs the total lack of care and dignity. I would suggest staying away!

Maintenance is awful, and takes forever to reply. You have to corner them outside to get repairs done. No updates, old appliances, closet doors that never stay in place. Trash overflowing in dumpsters. Office staff never answer calls and sometimes not present. Needs improvements.

Ive been living here for a little over 6 months. The amentities are good. An inground pool, nice playground, and gym. The apparance of the property is not too bad. Some residents are nasty. They leave their trash all around. Back staircase of buildings are disgusting. None of the parents are never outside supervising their kids. The inside is okay. The apts have small livingrooms and carpeted dining rooms. Most have original HVAC units and original windows. Could use some upgrading inside. I will give credit that outside the property has had renovations. The maintenance staff are ok. The office staff can be inconsederate ofhearing residents particularly a certain one whose first name goes by a k. She is unprofessional and doesnt wanna hear residents complaints. Other residents have agreed. The staff doesnt inform tentants when there is something as serious as bedbugs infesting the building. They play dumb and try to pin it as your fault.I think thats unprofessional.

No hot water more than a week every time I came to the office they just wrote it down on a note and she said they were going to send a maintenance but it’s been more than a week and they never showed up

THE STAFF IS REALLY RUDE AT THE FRONT DESK NEVER WILL ASKED AGAIN ABOUT A APARTMENT FROM THEM THEY SUCK
