My mercedes broke down 3 miles on a Sunday around 1 oclock. Omar and Overtime towing came out within 30 minutes and got my car to a local repair shop. Service was very fast and professional. I would recommend Overtime towing to all my family and friends.

Very poor professionalism, if you ever have to deal with them,I pray not, please get a name and title who you are talking with. Be prepared to bring your own recieit, cause they dont have one. You will get your vehicle but at their convenience, on their clock and realize they are doing you a favor. One word sum them up GHETTO.

While at work, my car was parked in an empty parking lot, at a business that has been closed for decades (old Shoneys on Little Rock). Although Ive been parking there for months, in all fairness, the towing signs are posted and I was oblivious. I realize this is not the towing companys fault and I was towed. Person I spoke with was reasonably professional since I was somewhat irate. However, after reading the comments, I have the same criticism as many of those who have been towed by this company and Im now aware that the company has many positive reviews from those who needed roadside assistance. However, there are many negative reviews from people who have been towed and have to pay to retrieve their vehicles. It is possible to have positive reviews from those who have been towed and are obligated to pay to get their cars back. Word of advise, once you tow a car, your company is the face of that persons experience, that person is now your customer. That same person may need towing/roadside assistance in the future. It would be wise to treat them as a potential future customer. If YOUR rule is, the customer has to have an appt. to pick up their car, please be on time. Not following your own company requirements comes across as arrogant and as a lack of integrity. If youre in business, do your best business.

He towed like 6 people car from 5400. He charged 285. One guy he charged 345 if he couldnt get there in 15 minutes. His price changes on how he feels at the moment. When I got there and read the sign it said 200. Which is still outrageous. 50 dollars to open the gate to get your car. 5400 is a club. We always parked in the same spot for years, and now they put a towing sign up on the side of the parking lot where you can see it. They trying to make money of you. Now 8m going down time to small claims court. I wouldnt have been that mad if he was consistent with his rules. Price changes is what Im talking about. Im calling my cousin which is a judge and and Im calling BBB to file a complaint. Im put up a sign up on my in my own to let people know they cant park there. And Ill be out there to make sure no one else get towed and he cant RIP people off. All they have to do is put the sign up where it can be seen.

This company is the business of towing cars illegally. DO NOT USE! Rude Staff and very unprofessional. Owner hung phone up twice on me during our conversation. BBB was contacted about this company. I wish I could give them no stars!!

I was running errands when I experienced an issue with my vehicle. Scared to drive back home, I sat in my vehicle exploring my options. D with Overtime and one of his drivers pulled up on a similar errand. I got out and asked for their opinion and they were beyond helpful. D looked at my vehicle, gave me a quick assessment and put air in my tires. No charge! These guys were like angels, sent just when I needed them. Thanks you guys so much and God bless!!

Effortless professionalism was delivered from the initial phone contact to the actual service delivery. Dee was neatly groomed, COVID-19 compliant punctual, respectful, efficient, and empathetic. To find one person with all these qualities in the auto service industry is rare. You guys have a very diligent worker, please do what ever is necessary to ensure he feels valued and appreciated for his diligent work.

This company has a partnership with my apartment complex and has towed my boyfriends’ vehicle on two separate occasions. Once towed, you have to call the company to ask for an appointment time to pickup your vehicle that most likely didnt even need to be towed in the first place, as there are plenty of visitors parking spaces readily available any given day! After my appointment was set, I received a text stating I could come 30 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. We waited over 40 minutes after our new appointment time for someone to come and service us and wasn’t offer an apology, but was made aware of the excuse that “it was his off day.” After services were rendered, I was contacted by the owner of the business who did offer to reimburse me for my wasted time. She also informed me that she reprimanded the employee and assured future service would be better.

Omar does regular work for us towing at a business park that I manage removing illegally parked vehicles in a timely and professional manner. I came from Atlanta GA, arrived in Charlotte at 3:00p.m to do my event that I immediately had to go to in Huntersville, NC. I finished my event at 8pm, now I’m exhausted and decided to stay at my best friend house. She was not home at the time when I arrived but her daughter let me in. As soon she arrived home she said let’s go outside and move your car because we have assigned spaces for visitors in my complex which is 1 not visible at night and 2 something I was completely unaware of that I needed to look for. Needless to say my car was already towed. I called this company and the person on the other end of the phone was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. Said some very demeaning things to me which is why I had to leave a review and will be taking further action. After reading all the other reviews, this is a known problem with this company. Unfortunately, for them I am extremely resourceful and will not only aim for full reimbursement but to make sure this is the LAST time they ever do this to anyone. I will be contacting the property management for this community to also express my concerns for their lack of inefficient resources to their tenants and visitors, as well as how this company is giving their community an awful reputation.

Was on a computer Job onsite from 8pm to 10pm vehicle got towed un professional in it to make money.No one called they literally came in towed my car was not parked in an appropriate location guest parking. Live an hour away lost profit due to this scam.

Driver was extremely professional, courteous, on time, and consistent with follow-up every step of the process. My car caught a flat Thanksgiving day on the interstate and only needed to be towed 5min down the interstate to a residence. Other companies quoted $260 and up due to the holiday when a tow is generally $55-$85. This company was extremely PROFESSIONAL and did not attempt to take advantage at all 👍 will DEFINITELY ALWAYS KEEP THIS COMPANY AS FIRST OPTION!

Omar (owner) was very professional and courteous. He showed up ASAP on short notice. His tow truck setup (Tow jacks with tires for back axle/tires) is pretty convenient and easy on the car suspension. Will definitely recommend.

Very poor service given here. The owner is a liar and a very fraudulent individual. Do not trust him. He is in debt from child support and towed my car unlawfully, then forged paperwork saying that my car was parked in the same spot for three days when it was only two days, which is policy. He wouldnt give me information on why he towed my car or anything. I had to contact the main office who sent me pictures of the three photos he sent to them. I was told that Omar said each photo was for a day I was in the parking space, but two of the photos were the same exact duplicate photo. I was an out of town visitors to my sister who lived on the property. I was parked in the vistors parking lot for two days that I spent overnight with my sister before returning home. I was only in NC for three days. I spent one night with another family member that and was no where on the property. My husband is a small business owner, and Im a Correctional officer in SC. Money was never an issue for me but, when I called to get my car back, I was told to get my money up and come get my vehicle as if I was broke. Even though the corporate office told me that if I waited monday I would get my car back for free because the cameras showed when my car left and when it returned. Omar told me that he dont care what corporate says he was not giving me my vehicle for free. So I paid the money for it and was reimbursed. I never got an apology from Omar.

They pulled up one night and put a sticker on are car for not having a proper license plate they said it was expired it was by a month they came the next day took the car and once confronted with evidence they start saying they don’t know what’s going on they are a true scam and conspire the apparent complex mangers around the area to run a HIGH GRADE RACKatering ring to benefit off of those who work hard for there money

I currently live in a apartment complex right now and I had 3 vehicles sticker today FOR NON-RESIDENT PERMIT. I have lived at this place for 3 years, never had a problem with my permits which are CLEARLY ON THE FRONT OF MY VEHICLES. Spoke with the owner and he stated he couldn’t find me in the system for a place I have lived for 3 years. TOLD ME TO PARK IN THE VISTORS PARKING. This place is a joke.

My experience with overtime towing was fantastic. I was stuck on the side of I-485 at 6:00 in the evening and called them. He was professional and friendly. He came out and waited with me for someone to come pick me up. He got my car home with no issues and he really made sure I was taken care of. Omar came to help me through my insurance companys roadside assistance program. Instead of towing my car to a repair shop, he was able to get the spare tire out of my trunk (where it had been locked down for 20 years!), and had me on my way in five minutes! I cannot express what a balm it was to avoid dealing with having to get a taxi home, arrange to pick up my car somewhere new the next day, and all the other drama. Such. A. Relief!

Had a dead battery and was stranded on the highway and these guys came to the rescue. I was traveling down the highway on my motorcycle and got caught in a really nasty storm.
