KJ saved the day!!! I had already waited 2 and a half hours for Liberty Towing when they told me their eta would be TWO MORE hours. I called KJ and he gave me an eta of 45 minutes and was there faster than estimated. He made sure I had a face mask, gave me a ride with my car, his truck was clean and cool and he was polite and very professional. I’ll be calling KJ from now on!!

KJ is absolutely awesome, my motorcycle broke down putting me in a bad situation, but KJ showed up immediately and saved the day. Not to mention he was the only person I could find that had the equipment, knowledge and experience to tow my rare motorcycle with a sidecar. No wonder every single repair shop I called recommended him, hes the best!!

Cant stress how well they did. Our car broke down, and it needed a tow majorly. We had a flight in an hour, so we called them up, and they helped us out a lot. We scrambled to get to the airport while KJ towing was in full communication with us the whole time. They called when they picked up, what happened to the car, and when they delivered the vehicle to our house. We made our flight thanks to them. I received impeccable service from KJ Towing, This past Saturday my daughter was leaving concord mills when her tire blew out, I was very afraid because she was on I-485 at night. I call over 5 tow service and everyone told me no they can not help me. I call KJ towing and the gentlemen answer the phone was very professional and he understood my concern for my daughter. He arrive at the car in under 10 mins loaded it up and we left. What stood out to me about KJ Towing the gentlemen was very kind, professional and dependable. Not only did he understood my concern about my daughter safety and being on I-485 at night but he did not keep us waiting and he was there in under 10 mins. I would readily use their service again with no hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone!

Highly Recommend! From the first few seconds on the phone with KJ Towing I knew I was going to be OK. a sigh of relief set in. By the time I called KJ Towing, I was stranded for almost an 1.5 hours as closer towing companies would not even give me the time to consider helping me. KJ Towing was on the way by the time we got off the phone. I had no idea of the exact location of where I was stranded, and KJ Towing patiently worked with me to find me. Let me start by saying if you call KJ Towing try to arrive earlier than the designated time... chances are they will be there when you arrive! The first time we set an agreed time because I knew I had to make a stop for their payment. When I arrived at my house about 25 minutes before the designated time he was already there.This is my 2nd time using their services to tow a car. Once again I arrived about 20 minutes early and he was there waiting when I arrived! One thing for sure, if he says he will be there he will! This trip he had to tow from the NC/SC line to The N Tryon area. He his very professional and reasonable. I truly believe he only charged me what he did because he had to do some light maintenance to get the car on the truck due to the steering wheel being locked. Even the amount he charged was still not a bad fee. If you want great service from a professional please call KJ Towing. I will use them again...AND YOU SHOULD TOO!

I had to have my car towed to a local dealership. I called KJ TOWING and he said he could be there in 30 minutes. He was EARLY and beat me there! My car would not go in gear. My wifes car cut stop running while stopped at a major intersection in Charlotte. We called multiple companies but no one was able to make it out for at least an hour. KJ was able to make it out within 20 mins of us calling them and even went through the trouble of getting the car to a local mechanic. He charges a reasonable price and I will be calling him if we ever get into car trouble in the future.
