I did not have my parking pass in my window, so my car was towed. I broke the rules so I had to pay. It cost me, BUT IT WAS MY FAULT!!! I was upset with myself as N STYLE TOWING was only doing their job. The man that I spoke with over the phone was so polite and understanding. He ended our conversation with Have A Blessed Day!. To me that says enough. If one breaks the rules then they have to suffer the consequences. YOU GO N STYLE TOWING & RECOVERY!!!!!

This tow company is contracted with my apartment complex. I wish I could give a negative star because this was completely mishandled. My car was driven and not towed, by a tow vehicle. There was no notice or anything to inform me of this incident. When I called law enforcement they said I was illegally parked in front of my own home. Ive never seen them tow a car but they towed mine. The number doesn’t work. I had to call the police again to get a new number for this company to find out where my car is. I will be circulating a petition on this company for the injustice in our community. They are not patrolling for our safety they just want to make money since this incident took place at 7 am on a Sunday morning.

Highway robbery.Dissatisfied with company.Charged at flat fee of $250.00 for towing then $50 extra for use of equipment. Guy who releases the cars stated if registration wasnt produced at pick up it was an additional fee but asked for my licence and saw the car was registered to me. If using your card for payment an additional 10% was added to the total bill. Not to mention 20% extra if you have to use a spouse/ card. There was an ATM in the establishment but you could only get $60 out. There was also a $25 storage fee each additional day the vehicle was at location. So many other fees as well.

Very unprofessional, and rude. A complete scam. In an HOA where there are PLENTY of broke down cars, and outdated tags. They have taken my boyfriends car THREE times in 4 months, and my car once as well. Telling him he could not use my card to retrieve the car, but could release the car to me. His tires were also flat TWO of the THREE times after we retrieved the car.

Taking peoples money for trivial reasons (like parking in a non-marked space, despite no complaints from anybody)....during Christmas time, in the midst of a pandemic....is low! I will be taking aggressive legal action against this company

I wish I could give 0 stars. They towed my daughters car, charged more than normal, and when we got the car back, money along with her and her kids social security cards were gone. The tow truck employee was the only person in the car. Police report was filed and they are looking into the matter. STAY AWAY!!!

Very rude and just want to take your money

First they towed my car and never contacted me. I only found out who they were after contacting the company it was towed from. When I contacted the tow company they told me that they only contact the owner of the car after its been in their care for more than ten days, then they mail a bill. By the time I found them the cost to release my car was over $550. Which was completely over priced for a car that had been with them for only four days. They didnt even call me, I had to find them.

This is the second time they have towed my car. The first time it was because I did not have an HOA sticker that the rental company did not make me aware of. Tonight it’s because of an expired tag and I have no paperwork from the HOA that says that my tags can’t be expired. I’m a single mother trying to make ends meet and in between jobs. My tags have been expired for a month. I was planning to get them in 2 weeks with my first paycheck. This tow company wants $250 to come get my car and they haven’t had it 24 hours. I have never been through this in my life. I’ve paid over $500 in tow fees since living in Bent Creek. I blame the HOA and the tow company. I guarantee that the HOA is getting a cut of the money. I plan to move ASAP. Both are just horrible!!! We work hard and struggle. They are robbing people blind in the middle of the night and they don’t care about your situation. You could be sick, unemployed, etc and they don’t care at all!!!

Hey if you break the law then expect to pay! Dont get nasty because you broke the law! These reviews are probably from people not owning up to their actions.... JC and his employee was pleasant and informative..... I paid the fee and learned a few things too!

This company is a SCAM. They tell you if you dont pay in cash you have to give them 10% ectra. Also if they tow the car and its not in your name that is another 10%. The policy on the wall states that a copy of the owners ID have to be faxed to them and a letter letting them know they have permission to release the car to someone else of which I did not do nor was I asked to. I know this because my daughter took a picture of this when she went to pick the car up. On the phone the owner said the total would be 275 but once my daughter got there he said it would be 300. He is not only a liar but very rude. I believe he works with the HOA because he sneeks over to tow the cara in the wee hours of the morning when he knows people are asleep. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Somebody need to check into this company.

This company just admit it to ripping people 30 day tags all legally to tell their cars in some apartment complexes. These people are thieves they prey on people to make money. I had a legal paperwork and they told me that my paperwork was illegal. The police officer said. that it was nothing wrong with my paperwork. Watch out for these thieves. If you live in Emerald Bay Apartments they dont care anything about your vehicle, otherwise they would not have these thieves stealing your car

It’s a whole pandemic. They don’t give care about people. How you tow a car because of the tags but the dmv and police are giving people 60 days.

My stolen vehicle was towed by this company and I was told it was 250.00 to recovery just for 1 day! 1 day 250.00 and MY VEHICLE WAS STOLEN SO NOT SOMETHING THAT I DID but the 1 day charge is ridiculous!

Had to take a friend here for his vehicle that got towed they kept it clean and quickly available to him

They towed my car when there were no signs around and they said I was illegally parked , then they keep their phone off hook aso u cant call in to get your vehicle someone should follow them home and tow their cars ass wholes my back bumper was off track plus a scratch on my bumper. ,update signs are not facing the road so you cant see. Them when entering especially when your new to area thats how they get you!

They illegally towed my car and dragged it causing damage underneath the hood. When I went to get it they was nasty and rude, when they was bringing me my car it caught on fire and now they want to do nothing about it and will not take responsibility for it or give me insurance Information. Im work on a law suit because I feel Im owed for this.

My experience with N Style Towing was legal robbery. They are crooks. You never want to call on this tow service willingly. And when you are forced to deal with them, they will surely extort the situation. Beware of this horrible service. Report your issues and complaints to the Better Business Bureau, perhaps with enough complaints, they will lose their license to rob people in the community.

This business is extorting the community. The tow fees are outrageously HIGH. The customer service manners are cruel. Everyone I witness come in the business was very upset and feel taken advantage of. The Staff could care less that the rates were extremely high, and some of the tow were unlawful. I was charged $1500. for a six mile tow. Report all unfair treatment to Better Business Bureau, so we can get this stopped.

Terrible attitudes, fake reasons to label your car as impounded rather than towed to inflate the bill. Report all unreasonable fee incidents to BBB and rate your experience here on Google, so we can get these thieves closed down asap. I dont ever take the time to write reviews but this has been on of the most unpleasant experiences Ive had.My apartment complex uses their services for towing. They towed my car in the middle of the night. I called early that morning to see if they had my car. Spoke to a man and he claimed that they did not. My wife tried to call all the neighboring tow companies before calling them back. They then tell her that they do have the car and setup an appointment to pick up the car. They show up late to the appointment they setup. When i go pick up the car my ipod and cash were missing. The response they give me is you dont live in the best part of town. . . youre neighborhood isnt known for being the safest. This place is horrible, bunch of thieves.

They towed a car I had just bought on Sunday.... Went to DMV on Monday came back and it was gone!!!! Went to go pick it up and my transmission would not reverse. I am sueing them for damges and lost wages!!! My mechanic shop said they hook up the back and drag the front thats how they damage it!!! I have video of how they tow cars!!!! TRASH TRASH TRASH

Unlawfully towed my car. They dragged my car 10ft before they even hooked it up to the truck, there are lines carved into to pavement showing it. The original report sticker stated my car needed a tag or it would be towed. I replaced my tag and covered the car up and they still towed it. Horrible company!!!

This company was hired by my apartment complex to remove undesirable vehicles. The problem is my car was tagged and my license plate was not expired. They evidently need to learn how to read first before being in business.

My car was towed at my apartment complex. When I went to get car from tow yard the car battery was dead. Ive had the most problems with my car since it left this place. Battery troubles (troubles with starting car), gap in drive side door, and troubles with the anti theft alarm. I had to pay $250 to get my car back even though I had a temporary pass and my apartment complex forgot to give me my residence parking sticker.
