I had a yellow jacket nest in my attic and needed to take care of it before I got my roof replaced. I called Truly Nolen, they came on Monday, and the technician (who was very nice) said he would be back in 2-3 days to finish and remove nest. So I scheduled my roof replacement for the following Monday. After not hearing from Truly Nolen, I called on Day 2 and left a message (after hours, because they close at 7 but the office actually closes at 4:30). No response.I called on Day 3 and left a message and then called back again when my message went unanswered and finally got someone on the phone.They said they had scheduled me for Friday (Day 4) when we had explicitly told the technician we would be out of town AND no one confirmed or communicated that Friday was the date of return (because obviously I would have told them no). THEN they said they were booked up and I, (I!) should have called them sooner because they cant get in touch with the technicians while they are in the field. I guess they can afford mouse cars but not cell phones for their employees? Seriously, there is no way that is actually true but OK. And lastly, the piece de resistance was when they suggested the roofers finish the job and remove the nest when they are up on the roof. The roofer and I actually had a good laugh about that.They did say they could return Tuesday (6 days later) but we would just prefer not to deal with this company anymore. Oh well, you live and you learn and then you DIY.

We called Truly Nolen to help us with paper wasps that had built a nest in my car. Tim was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get rid of the nest, do a thorough inspection of the rest of the car, and offered to come back if the problem continued. We will definitely be using again!

I had an appointment scheduled for today, Friday, August 7th. I had made the appointment on Tuesday or Wednesday for someone to have a look at where I had an endless stream of flies entering my home which is obviously pretty gross. The appointment was scheduled for today between 12-2 which meant someone had to be home (me) and that required some schedule shuffling. So, at 8:30 this morning I receive a very gleeful and happy call from a woman who relays to me that the technician who was supposed to see me became a Dad overnight and that the baby was early and that he wouldnt be able to make it. And apparently no one else could come either because she was saying that the next available spot would be towards the middle to end of next week. So, thats about another week of my problem with nary a concern from her end. Because I guess newborns allow business to become completely irresponsible to those they are supposed to be serving.While I am not unsympathetic towards the technician and his family and wish him and his baby the best, this is no way to run a business making a customer wait upwards of another week for someone to bother coming out after cancelling an appointment because they either cant schedule or cant hold on to enough employees to fill the gap when things pop up. And in life, things pop up. Had I known they were this short-handed or frankly just this disorganized, Id have never set the appt. up to begin with. Now I have to find someone else.Brutal and so typical of what customer service has turned into.This is a lame, unprofessional company. You cant wait until the absolute last minute to blow someone off and have absolutely nothing in place to help someone out when you do. Ill never consider this outfit again.

As a new customer, I have been sorely disappointed. Their sales team is very good; however, from the fact that they have technicians that dont show, or cancel last minute. To the fact that I had ants showing up minutes, days and weeks after right where their technicians sprayed. When asked about the no-show, the representative said thats a bad and newer technician who has had several complaints. Their products did not work (or they forgot to get) in the garage where several spiders are still hanging out. Ive called them to ask for a cancellation of my contract within 30-days, and they said I could but then said there would be a fee associated with it. So, Id have to pay over $100 to cancel for a service that I never received. They have a after hour call center for anytime after 5pm or on the weekend that simply takes messages for someone to get back to you next business day. So they only have appointments between 8-4pm M-F. I asked what about people that have to work, why not weekends? Theyve been aggressive about collecting their $99/quarterly fee, but I wish their technicians were as aggressive about getting rid of the ants still in my house. Truly trapped in a contract. Truly still have ants. Truly not happy.

From the moment we called this company we have experienced great service! They came out promptly to start preventative maintenance and to take care of our problem areas. I think its great that we can call them anytime we start seeing little critters between services. And every guy that has come out is super nice! Just dont need to call them for anything as they route to a call center that can not assist you at all. Have to wait for someone to call back and hope the eventually do call back. Was told they would not charge for the service and would come back out in 2 weeks at a reduced rate but was charged full price for the so called free visit. When you call back in it is the same system all over again. You are told they will have to send a message over to a manager and no one is available to talk to you right away. BE CAREFUL with this company. Cars look cool but not sure the service is the same.

Great service!, The tech named Jay was easy to talk to, answered questions, was knowledgable about billing, reassured my wife and I that the spray was not toxic and informed us about everything that was being done and why. Like many homeowners I have used several pest-control companies over the years. I have at last found the best! I have been using Truly Nolen for over three years and can say that I have not had one bad experience. My technician, Dan DeMoss always provides me with consistent superb service. Not only does he make sure that my home is bug free but he does the little things that make such a difference such as educating me as far as the insects that we do have around our home and the chemicals that he is going to be using and reassuring me that they are not going to hurt my pets. Also he makes sure that my home is secure before he leaves. I have had vendors in the past who just walk away and leave the garden gate wide open so that when I come home and let my dogs out I could find them in the street if Im not extra careful.I am a savvy shopper but I never buy on price when it comes to the safety of my home. I buy on quality. Truly Nolen provides quality people and quality service. As my grandmother used to say if you pay peanuts you will get monkeys. Using Truly Nolan will eradicate all of your bug problems. I cannot speak more highly for this company and for the people who work for them and if you can request Dan DeMoss that would be a bonus although they all top shelf people including the wonderful office staff. A great winning team who keep my home healthy and bug free.

During our initial visit where they spray the inside of the house we had a terrible experience. The white substance they use on the interior left residue all over our hardwoods and cabinetry baseboards, both are dark hence the reason for seeing the residue. After having a more senior technician come and observe, he said there was clearly an application issue and apologized. We decided to continue with the service until I continuously noticed more and more live spiders inside our home. I just called the office to terminate our services was treated very disrespectfully. I explained our issue and no apology was ever given, just short tempered answers in hopes to get me off the phone sooner. I had to inquire about receiving any sort of communication around our termination and about receiving the discount via check we were given due to the issues above. These requests were met with huffs and gruffs on the other end of the phone. All in all we were excited about using a company that was able to spray our yard, now that we have little ones, but after these experiences I dont think it would have been worth the headache. Hope this was just a bad experience for us but beware.

Don came out last week for our quarterly bug fix. He also started the mosquito protocol, as we have created an outdoor living area in the backyard. Were getting eaten up with mosquitos. Now we can sit outside comfortably. Thanks Don!

Although Ive never had a problem with any of the Truly Nolen service technicians Dan seemed to go above and beyond. Dan was very pleasant to do business with and seemed to offer the correct solution to our problems. I really hate to call and request for service before our quarterly visit is due but Dan advised that if its needed then call and schedule, its the only way we are going to get ahead of this problem. This was I believe the third visit by Truly Nolen and all have been positive. Haha as much as I enjoyed Dan being here I really hope that I dont have to see him again until its time for our quarterly preventive maintenance. Thanks for taking care of our problem.

As the mother of three young boys who are in the yard a lot, I love that they use products that are safe for my children.They are easy to contact and quickly take care of any problems you have (as far as ants in the yard etc.)They are friendly and courteous as they work, they use booties when they come into the house.My last service, I received a call before the appointment, reminding me it was time for the quarterly appointment, and told me what day they planned to come out and asking if their were any insect problems. They came that day, and I did not even have to be here, it was on outside treatment. I noticed as I walked in the front door that the cobwebs, ect had been brushed off of the front porch. I was able to log onto the website and pay. Easy.

He then said he would do it for free if we agreed to have the service person to come the next day. 3. The service person came and gave me a receipt showing that they were going to charge me a fee. I told him that if they charged me I was going to cancel my service with them. He called me back less than an hour later and told me the charge had been removed. I received a receipt today in email form for the charge they charged me. I checked my bank account and they did charge me.I did not want an initial visit because we had been using a company and did not have any problems and did not need an initial visit.I will be canceling my contract!!!!!******follow up****** They Called and rectified everything. They took responsibility for the mistake and made everything right.

First pest control company Ive used. So far, very happy with them. Everyone from the company has been very friendly and helpful. The service technicians that come out stop by to ask if there are any issues or concerns and then come back once theyre done around your home to let you know if there are any concerns or findings of their own. Their cars & trucks are fun too... the kids go crazy when they see them. lol
