Thomas was my Technician and he was great! Came on time, provided us with a courtesy call and really listened to what our issue was and treated! Thomas also educated me about the products Sage Pest Control use. Did I mention he had his mask on the whole time, during these uncertain times you want a company that will follow all CDC guidelines! 5 stars!

Sage Pest Control has been very effective with getting rid of bugs in my home, especially a flea infestation I was dealing with. They came out as many times as needed and always are prompt and communicate well about what they are doing. Any time there is an issue they come right out and address it quickly. And they are very reasonably priced.

Sage Pest Control has been very good about spraying for bugs around our house we’ve rarely had them inside and I think it’s because they sprayed so well outside. They’ve also taken care of anything else if we had mice or if we had termite protection needed. They have done excellent and Derrick Busch is wonderful to work with. He comes in sprays periodically we are very thankful for him in his work.

James came out and did his job in a professional manner. Before he left he made sure all issues were met to my satisfaction. Would definitely give him 5 stars

This was a re-service due to increased ant activity outside my home, and an annoying invasion of my kitchen. Elliot did an excellent job explaining what he was going to do as well as carefully treating inside my house. Sage Pest Control has always done an excellent job for us. Their quarterly service is usually sufficient, but the ants sometimes invade our house and we need at least one service inside our house each year. Sage has been a reliable pest control service for us for the past 5-6 years!

We have used Sage Pest for over two years. They are quick to respond to requests for service and the techs are very communicative about their estimated times of arrival. Honestly, the sales agent and the customer service agent who helped me cancel my account were great. My problem was with my service tech and the customer service agent I spoke with immediately following my first service. I signed up for their year round program because its NC and we have cockroaches and other critters that can infest a home, so I figured a subscription seemed like the best bet. There were so many positive reviews, that I felt like I was making a good choice.However, when my service tech came out for my first service, he was not very friendly and didnt really do a great job, especially with the mosquito control that I was paying extra for. Our yard has lots of shrubs, which is where mosquitoes lay their eggs. The service tech literally stood in the middle of my yard with the fogger, barely hit any of the shrubs, sprayed his chemicals all over my completely dry patio furniture, did a little spritz job on my very long and shrubby driveway, totally missed the front yard, and left.I called customer service after the technician left and explained that I was not happy with the technicians service. The customer service representative (CSR) I spoke with then proceeded to mansplain how there is no way the tech could have done it wrong. He then continued to mansplain on how it was supposed to be done, which I already knew how it was supposed to be done. When I explained to the CSR that I watched the tech spray with the fogger and that was not how the tech treated the property, the CSR continued to mansplain and said he would send me a video with how its supposed to be done - no surprise, he didnt.Nonetheless, I am very impressed with the way my cancellation was handled. If I could split my overall rating, Id say two stars for the technician and first CSR I spoke with and five stars for the sales team and cancellation team. They were very kind and courteous. We ended up canceling for a number of reasons but overall it is not painful to setup or cancel your account with them. Just know if you subscribe, you will be charged an early termination fee.

I am a northerner who has zero appreciation for southern bugs! We learned about Sage from the home we first rented. They were really easy to work with, so when we purchased our home we continued using them. They are super easy to work with and do a great job. Their billing process is fantastic and I love that I can just text them when I need something. Highly recommend them.

SAGE has been the best pest control weve ever used! The fact that they cover not just the house, but our entire front yard to the street and our backyard to our back fence was a HUGE factor in our choosing SAGE. Last year, we added mosquito treatment to our plan -- and SAGE has been fabulous about scheduling those treatments - adding more, if necessary! Beyond that, all of the SAGE techs weve encountered have been extremely responsive, professional and friendly. HIGHLY recommend SAGE for terminates, bugs, mosquitos, etc.!

They have made my yard an enjoyable experience for me. As someone who is terrified of bees and wasps, the treatments they have done on my yard have made it so I can actually be outside without being bothered by them at all. Now honeybees and bumblebees still come into the yard and collect their pollen but they wont linger in the yard and carpenter bees, yellow jackets, wasps, and hornets are rarely seen anymore.

The Technician was excellent and through. He communicated the process, checked and sprayed all areas of concern. I will request this young man again...his name is Philip.

I have had Sage Pest control for many years. Whenever we have any issues outside of our normal schedule, they come and take care of it immediately and explain what they are doing. We recently had an issue with a huge yellow jackets nest that my landscaper told me about and Phillip Nevels from Sage came out and took care of it. He even suggested I notify my landscaper to not cut next week until all of the yellow jackets were gone. He was friendly and pleasant to speak with.

Sage peat control has been amazing, I have been using them since 2018 and absolutely love how they do business. If we have any issues if any, which by the way are very rare, Sage comes right back out to take care of it. Our last visit was performed by Elliott, he was awesome, and very detailed oriented!

Although we had always used a different exterminator in the past, we took a chance on Sage when a nice sales guy was going door to door in the neighborhood...this was in 2014, and weve never looked back. The technicians who work for Sage show up on time, always call when theyre on the way, and do a thorough job. The folks in the office are friendly and helpful. We recently had Sage install a termite control system as well.

He took the time to iThank nspect my entire yard for yellow jackets and hornets. He spent a lot of time in my yard. He really went beyond the call of duty . Great service, Andy is awesome! If we ever have need to call between appointments, they come do free re-treat. We have used the services at our old home as well as after we moved. Used to have another pest control, but kept having sugar ants and when we switched Sage took care of it immediately. If you hate earwigs, give them a call....

Fraud services. Beware. I am extremely disappointed in Sage. We signed a 12 month contract this Spring 2021 and just had to void due to the companies lack of response to my concern over their services.Our first spray was fine although he didn’t treat our fence which they ended up having to come out again since we had carpenter bees burrowing inside. During that second respray the “Manager” kept telling me how bad termites are in my area and it’s pay now or pay me later when it’s too late. He assured me since he was a “manager” that he would hook me up with a great deal! Told me don’t bother calling the office because they won’t give it to me. Funny thing is he offered me the same price my salesman did when we discussed the termite package previously but made it seem like it’s an “act now” deal... told him I will get back to him. That already rubbed me the wrong way.Fast forward to my second official spray. Technician was supposed to arrive around 3PM. I work from remote from home with my dog who goes ballistic when someone knocks. Which is company policy to do so. I get an email thanking me for the service today. I check the patio, windows, backyard and it’s all dry. (In case you don’t know they use a large hose to spray that is basically like a garden hose). There is no way I wouldn’t see or hear someone walking around my house for 30 minutes. I call and let them know the techs name and they did not seem surprised...told me that they would just make sure that tech wasn’t sent to my house again and that they offered to respray and hold one month of payment.To me, that does not offer me peace of mind. I never actually heard any real explanation or what exactly happened.

Sage Pest Control can tackle any of your insect related issues. The product is safe and eco-friendly for our two small children and dog. The mosquito treatment is perfect and it protects my children better than spraying them down with topical treatments. Great company, fair price and some of the best customer service.

We have had pest control services in the past where technicians would come out, and somewhat belligerently try to scare my wife or myself into additional services, and be very derogatory towards us. I never understand that approach, but it doesn’t sit well with me. We have never had such issues with Sage. They are always courteous, prompt to perform services, and they don’t use such scare tactics. We also have fewer pests than with some of our previous pest control providers...which is the whole point of pest control :-)

Ive been using Sage for a few years now. We transferred our service from one house to our current home. We had a serious ant problem and Sage came out multiple times to resolve the issue. We also had a wasp nest in our backyard. The tech put on a bee suit and went and killed the nest. We can call or text them as much as we want for no additional fee and they show up as soon as they can. Their techs are always nice, on time, and actually knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I am pleased with Sages service however I do not think it’s fair to continue to charged the same price when technicians refuse to come inside to spray due to Covid protocol! I completely understand the safety measures but some type of discount should be applied due to the fact that customers are not receiving the full service

We have used Sage for years (at 2 different houses) and have always been pleased with their services! Both houses have backed up to woods so we knew a bug service was going to be important. They have kept roaches (I even hate typing it) at bay and any other problems that have come up they have dealt with. Everyone is always so kind and helpful if we need to call. I loved this company! We recently moved out of their service area and I am actually sad I have to find a new company. Their solutions are pet and child friendly. This was super important to me. I didn’t want to have worry after they sprayed that it would make my animals sick. They do the interior of the home on the first visit and then just stick to the outside. However if you notice more insects in your home they will do the inside again no extra charge. Just let them know what you are seeing and where and they will take care of it!
