Andre sprayed our yard today and was professional and very patient. Our dog was outside so he had to wait until we got home and was so kind about the wait. He asked if we had any problems areas and even offered to help open the door for my daughter while I had my hands full. Such a pleasant young man. We are always so grateful for mosquito authority and there amazing employees.

I experienced mosquito bites after having my yard treated by mosquito authorities my spray was on September 17 I had a cookout on October 2nd which was the 14th/15th day after my service. I was not informed that I needed to contact someone within 32 hours of being bitten by a mosquito this was not my first time experiencing mosquitoes after my yard had been serviced however this time I want to ensure mosquito authority knew I was not pleased with the service at 75.99 a month and still being bothered by mosquitoes. I contacted mosquito authority as the young man advise me to that came out to my home and I receive poor customer service from Amy in the Charlotte office she hung up on me and when I called back to ask was there a problem she explained that her landline phone drop signal which I have never heard of a day in my life. She advised that Carl will call me back & that no refunds were available. carl called and he advised that I could not receive a refund even though the websiteStates if you are not satisfied with your services we will refund you your money. carol went on to explain to me I should have contacted them the moment I was bitten by a mosquito for them to send someone out well my service to be sprayed it was the following Tuesday after I have been bitten but because I wasn’t 48 hours and there was nothing he could do I explain to him that I was unsatisfied with the services I would like to cancel and I would appreciate a refund and he declined to refund me the full amount but will give me a partial refund. Needless to say I cancel my services with mosquito authority because they’re unprofessional the drivers will pull up and put on the paper They were there 5 to 10 minutes earlier than what they were and they would stay for five minutes spraying then leave The quit time on the document as well was 1 to 2 minutes later than what they left. No one ever said and there is no fine print that says you need to contact us within 32 hours of being bitten for us to re-correct the issue there’s no FinePrint there’s no clauses even the website states they can’t get all mosquitoes but it states guaranteed no mosquitoes which means I shouldn’t see any mosquitoes.

I just want to start off Will, the operator who did my land was outsanding. I was distracting him the whole time chatting up his ear and he never took his eyes off his work, what a guy. He was super knowledgeable and effecient at his job just an outstanding example of a professional thats good at their job, he deserves more time off and a pay raise.Amy(sp?) who i feel like i call every day, is always so helpful at answering any of my questions, never tries to upsale ,and is always honest about how effective a specific treatment will be. Give Amy a raise too while youre at it, Ive definitely paid enough to some one over there to allocate a bonus to these people. Just a great service to deal with. (the service isnt expensive, my land is just infested if that was confusing to any persepctive clients).The treatment itself id say is too early to tell, i notice that i dont get bit anymore when im out in the yard during the day so thats very nice, at night i still put on some sorta chemical shield so i hope that activity reduces as the treatments go on. If youre thinking about bug control i recommend this company, my best recommendation to those who can wait until next year, i got a great pre-season deal. I called around to every full service company in the 78215 area (north east charlotte) and they were by far the best bang for my buck of a .5 acre property. buy once cry once i will never try and DIY treat my lawn again, this is a vast improvement from the last couple seasons.

I am happy with the timeliness of the business. I was told how to help keep the mosquitoes down. I had some standing water I didnt realize. I then hired them to deal with a roach problem I started having YUCK. They took care of it pretty quickly and worked around holiday parties. I appreciate how quickly the problem was taken care of, especially as compared to a competitor years ago that kept telling me what I needed to do to deal with the problem all while charging me $60/mth for well over a year! My only complaint would be that a small cabinet didnt get moved back when pulled away from the wall, but I figure that was just an oversight.

The Mosquito Authority does a very good job. Definitely I have fewer mosquitoes, and in fact I have almost no mosquitoes. When I watched the technician last visit, he was treating puddles for mosquito larvae - he did a very complete job.. This is the second or third year of my service. (The years fly by!)

I really hate leaving a less-than-stellar review for these folks, because they are incredibly professional, friendly, prompt, and great to deal with. However, Im just not happy with the service. I continue to be bitten by mosquitos every time Im in the yard and have to wear bug spray all the time, which is disappointing since I paid upwards of $500 for a season of treatments. My parents also used Mosquito Authority for their home in south Charlotte this summer and have had the same experience: I got 5 mosquito bites from sitting in their backyard for a few hours yesterday. I will be switching back to Mosquito Guard next year and going forward.

My wife hates going outside in the summer because mosquitos love her. Now that we have a 3 year old, our toddler is cursed with the same sweet blood! We have had Mosquito Authority treating our yard for going on 3 years now. They always do a great job, and are very responsive and helpful. We used their mosquito service last summer and the difference was shocking. Im a mosquito magnet, and I think I saw maybe two mosquitoes all season, and we live in a relatively wooded area! Obviously I renewed for this season, and I also added in their pest service. Their pricing is competitive and their customer service is exceptional. I forgot to put a review the first time they came out. They did an awesome job getting back to me even when I messaged at 10pm. They got back to me an hour later. That’s great customer service. Also, they send an email and text message to you the day before they come which is a nice reminder. The person who first came out to spray left a note at our door saying that our Great Pyrenees puppy was very cute. I thought that was sweet of them. Our puppy was probably watching them like a hawk. Haha! I’m sure our dog enjoyed it because there weren’t any mosquitoes after that. Now after three days of rain recently, so many mosquitoes are swarming our yard so I’m glad they are punctual in spraying our yard. They sent me a message today saying they are coming out tomorrow. It really works! Before hiring The Mosquito Authority, I would typically get 20+ bites per day. This past summer, I did not get 20 bites all season! The technicians were professional, friendly and showed up when they said they would. I requested an in-between treatment one time, and they were here within the hour. Will definitely use them again next year!

I purchased a plan for mosquito and tick protection after talking to Brandon there sales manager I was quoted one price with the military discount they were offering and received a bill for a different price. After seeing the technician spray for mosquitoes I questioned the application of granules for tick protection, after 30 minutes of waiting and calling back to see if I should see the evidence of them on the ground. I walked the fence line and yard and so nothing on ground. I have called back and cancelled further business with them and asked for refund of quoted price and what was charged.

Very reliable and responsive. I asked them to come in the early morning before the pollinators are out and they re-arranged their schedule to make that happen.

Had two college-aged sons who worked for the very first mosquito control company years ago, but we never signed up. Finally, after battling bites for years, I gave in and joined many of my neighbors in the Mosquito Authority program, really because I could tell a difference in mosquito problems just because of treatments in their yards.It has been WONDERFUL, not having to worry about those pesky insects. Any time of day. The folks who treat the yard have been extremely nice and cooperative, and I am impressed with the whole experience!Highly recommend!!

Service not effectively rendered. The person doing the application spent less than 5 mins doing the work. There is no way he effectively treated the yard in that time frame. I also did not see him apply the tick barrier. I am normally a big advocate of this company but disappointed in this specific instance.

My family was getting eating alive daily. Nothing was working to keep us from getting bitten. I have two small children and it was breaking my heart to see them tearing at their skin scratching. Keeping kids inside in the summer is basically impossible, but the Mosquito Authority has basically saved our summer. We have been bite free for two weeks now. My only regret is not calling them sooner. A pleasure to work with!! So helpful and always answer all of my questions. Highly recommend this company!

Ive been using Mosquito Authority for over seven years and they have truly changed the way we use outdoors! We live on the lake and love being outdoors but when mosquitos bite, my wife and I get those big bumps that itch for days and days. Before Mosquito Authority, we would limit our time outdoors because the mosquitos. Putting on bug spray and trying to get our four boys to put on bug spray was a pain and many times wed opt out. I have never found such a great company. These people are great to work with, friendly and really care about their customers. We have been using Mosquito Authority for about two months now and we have not yet seen any mosquitos in our yard, nor have we been bitten. We have a small creek behind our home, and its amazing that we do not have any affects of it with mosquitos. So thankful we have found this company! Lifesavers! Definitely recommend them to anyone!
