Were selling our home and needed an inspection. Jamal, one of the inspectors, was assigned to the task. It was a superb experience. He was remarkably professional, efficient, and friendly. Our two-year old boy was very curious to watch him work and he couldnt have been kinder or more accommodating. He made a new friend, for sure. Jamal also arrived a bit early, which was really helpful. His work was thorough and professional, but his kindness to our son spoke volumes. Well done, and thank you!!!

We called AAAA Bug Man to set up an inspection for a property we were purchasing. An appointment was booked for one week out. The day before the inspection we called to make the payment in advance and were told they needed to push the inspection back a week. This was the first we were notified and our due diligence would be over by then. They were able to squeeze us in on our originally scheduled date after a couple phone calls. After receiving the inspection report it was obvious they didnt do a thorough inspection of the property. The main reason we called for an inspection was because of the moisture in our crawl space. That was not noted in the report at all. There were areas with insulation missing for them to inspect but that was also not noted. No documentation of anything they saw or did in the crawlspace. They said the garage was obstructed so no inspection in that area. Noted there were items in it. But that is false, the only item was an open shelf in the garage. This was an empty, vacant property. If youre looking for peace of mind, I wouldnt trust the report we received. Disappointing in overall service.

The employee showed up almost 30 minutes early for my early AM appointment so I was still in bed. After being let into the house by my roommate who told him that he did not need to go into my bedroom, he proceeded to come into my room WITHOUT KNOCKING even though the door was closed and I was in bed and sprayed around my room. He also opened the door and walked into my other roommates room without knocking while she was in her bed too. As we are young women in our 20s, this behavior is insanely unprofessional, inappropriate, and creepy. It made us extremely uncomfortable. I called to discuss the issue afterwards and was told a supervisor would be in touch with me later that day. An entire business week went by and I didn’t hear anything, so I called again and left a message but no one ever called me back. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and failure to address inappropriate behavior.

I just received an invoice from these guys. They had whiteout a former homeowners name and sent the invoice to me. This is after two years of me living in the house. They obviously knew the person no longer lives here. Otherwise they wouldn’t have marked out the name. Seems shady.

These guys put an indoor dehumidifier in our crawlspace in 2010 and played it off as an outdoor unit - long story short we just found out this is a major fire hazard and dehumidifiers only work in sealed crawlspaces. Dont trust these folks.
