Chris is outstanding and pays close attention to detail. They treated an ant problem and told me if I saw more to call them back out. They came back out promptly and solved the issue. Due to their great service I now use them for mosquito control for my yard. Prices are good as well!

Every interaction Ive had with the Pest USA team has been exceptional. They are punctual, polite and go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied with the service youre receiving. My experience with Keith was great. He walked me around my house letting me know the major areas that needed to be sprayed. Eric loves his job and makes me feel like I am a valued customer. I bought my house and it came with a contract with Team Pest USA and I am grateful.

Keep getting emails about service and payment, theres a stay home order, and they consider themselves essential workers.. Termite traps is what they do for me, in email they say their employees where mask and gloves etc, and asked to stay home if sick, and ask if residents are sick to let them know, makes no sense for them to be out house to house, resident or them can have it for days and spread it without having symptoms.. Da hell wrong with them? This isnt essential

These guys were great. They came out on a rainy day and said they would come back if we saw anymore bugs. We did and they kept their word. Also, the guy that came out couldnt have been nicer. I recommend this company.

Steven Mumford told me the extermination covered snakes, spiders, roaches, and everything else except termites and bed bugs. He set up an appointment and never showed up. He forgot to put it on the schedule. The person that came out to spray said it only covers spiders and ants..... WHAT?!? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Michelle McCaughey

Horrible communication! Was told there is no cancelation fee by one employee and then something completely different by another. Didnt matter cause they billed me either way. Customer Service is non existent by whoever answers there phone. She immediately gets an attitude when you question anything about the company. The staff is definitely not on one accord cause they all give you different information regarding the same topic, fees, inspections, policies, etc

Do not use this company. Horrible service. I set up an appointment for them to do an inside inspection for termites and they never showed up or called, so I called them to tell them and they had no clue so I rescheduled an appointment took off from work and they didn’t show up again or call. Haven’t heard from them again until it was time to renew. Save your self time and the hassle and use a real professional company.

Not professional company / not at all

This is place is a joke! So I was locked-into an agreement that I never signed for. My credit card was billed a few times, I declined their payments because these people have NOT came out to service my home in 7 months but yet Im still suppose to pay.

Every experience was terrible. Each person that would come would tell me that the last person was fired because they didnt know what they were doing. My very first appointment the guy no-showed. THEN the company charged me $45 to cancel my service with them.

I purchased a groupon since it was the first time I was trying this company out. Complete waste of money and time!!! I moved from NY and was introduced to waterbugs, I have a fobia to roaches and long story short saw a waterbug fly on my deck that I panicked!! Set an appointment with this company since they seemed reasonably priced. They came out and the tech explained what he was going to spray, I noticed he only sprayed the outline of my windows and bottom of the doors. Then he went outside to Spray the exterior. Let me tell you with complete honesty THIS SPRAY IS USELESS!! The same day they left I saw a spider near my garage door, mini spiders here and there. I thought initially it could be because it required time to take effect and dry. I now feel it is an insect magnet. Moths flies, little insects were still near my home. I DO NOT recommend this company AT All! With complete honesty I would say even though Bulwark Exterminating is a bit more pricey, they mean business. When I used them the first time Insects were gone and when I tell you Not a Waternug on site! Dont waste your time and money with Pest Usa!!!

If you have any type of pest problem this is the company to use. I thought I had termites and was panicking big time. Their technician Bill came out and took pictures along with a piece of the baseboard and told me they would let me know. Turned out it was a borer beetle and the damage was contained to the one spot. He came to my house twice and kept me apprised of everything via phone. And this did not cost me one penny! Not only did they give me truthful information but there was no fee for the call. So if you want quality work at a more than reasonable price they are the company to use!!

Very unsatisfy with what i received. First thing he said was that we should schedule quarterly visits and that was before he even got started. She dis say he sprayed all the rooms in the house before going out side. Not sure what chemical he was using but it might as well have been water. Its been over a week and the only pest thats died is the ones i spray with my can of Raid.
