Jarel is THE BEST manager hands down!!! Hes so professional and so helpful. Also, Ashley is so helpful and sweet. She knows what shes doing and is extremely professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I have used Cramer Pest Control several times for Termite Inspections. I have been very happy with their technicians and office staff. They are my go to company!

Was happy for 2 years even though technician always changed. The second to last visit, broken tops on termite traps not changed and replaced. Not even sure they where checked. Last visit was the same. Broken tops not changed, not sure all traps where checked and technician left side gait open and when we let our German shepherds out that night, they got to roam the neighborhood. Was even charged for the visit and still unsure if all traps where checked. They offered me a free visit, but not someone coming out to see if first job was done correctly. Learned how to do it on line and it res looks like just a few where checked. Just not happy with overall service and not having to be home to watch technician.

The best service! Larry Is wonderful and treats us like family! A company I feel that I can trust with all my needs. Very thorough job, handles everything in a timely manner & makes me feel like I am never a problem. A true god send!

Paul is our technician at The Fairways at Piper Glen and always goes above and beyond. Since Paul has began servicing us we’ve had no issues. He is very polite to all staff and residents!

I have no idea why somebody would rate this company with one star. My apartment complex has been using this company since I moved in 5 years ago. Every technician they have ever sent to my home is professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. And I usually tend to have a lot of questions. I have never got the impression that the tech was on a time or rushed and didnt have time for me.I live in an older building, more than 50 years old, roaches are a fact of life here. So when we have a neighbor who doesnt keep their apartment clean it affects everyone in the building. The folks at Cramer do a fast and effective job of getting rid of these disgusting creatures. On Thursday April 12,2018 @ 9:00a.m scheduled appointment @ 901 Place Apartments in Charlotte, NC with Cramer Pest Control. Someone inspected my room but didnt took the Heat Treatment Checklist taped inside of my door.My question is: Why the person opened my luggage which was closed & placed under my bed & took out MY PERSONAL photo album & placed it on my desk?If it was a treatment procedure, why leaving the rest of my belongings in the luggage?I felt totally violate of my privacy & definitely will stay home (in my room), if it is going to be a next time with that SAME company. If I could rate less than one star...I certainly would (My opinion).😡😡😡😡

The individuals of that company will nickel and dime anything to any form of profit especially if theyre in charge of fogging an apartment. The prep sheet that they leave is super vague because this is the second week and make sure everything is maintained and clean but they say I feel prep because my cabinets was not empty but the week after when everything was out they told me I also fail prep because there was a plate in the bedroom the plate in question was empty and clean. I believe theyre scamming Elmsley Grove Apartment Complex to make whatever they can to get by.if there are legit they wont be vague when it comes to their cockroach treatment preparation sheet.
