Serviceman Chris Miller arrived on time, very friendly and professional explaining everything he would be doing. He took care of a huge nest quickly. He has an awesome sense of humor also, very personable. I also want to thank Adam in the office for taking the time and explaining exactly how hive was able to get so large, what to look out for going forward and also explaining the treatment plan which helped me decide to go with their company over another.

William and another gentleman came to my home today. They were very very thorough. William answered questions and was so nice. We had a lot of questions. Service Tech, Devarsha came out today to address issues we had with some ants, spiders and centipedes. The service was quick and professional. He cleaned off old spider webs, sprayed inside and out and laid out granules to take care of the ants. Great Service.

My scheduled time for our quarterly service was 09/28/2021 and when I called and explained we had an influx of German roaches they came the next day 08/27 and spent about an hour at our home and we are already seeing all the roaches coming out and dying. The technician was fine, although he almost left without even stepping foot into my back yard, had to catch him at his truck while he was finishing his paperwork, I’ve tried calling to get someone to come out because it’s been about a month now and I have more ants in the yard than before treatment, also have more spiders and webs than before, I understand giving it a few days to allow the product to do its job, but as I said it has been almost a month and the problems are getting worse, to make matters worse I can’t even get ahold of the office to schedule a re-treatment

I fell for the solicitor’s spiel (yes, I’ve installed a No Solicitation sign next to my doorbell) about a dust that deters future web building in the eaves, so I gave this company a chance. That day I specifically asked for the back door to sprayed all around because we’d had an issue with flies because of all the rain. I happened to be in the kitchen and saw the tech only spray across the back door threshold, and only once. Worse yet, although he an I had talked about our animals, he left the gate open when he left.I received notice the we’re coming for the next service, so I called and asked them to service inside the house because we had seen several bugs in several rooms, to please make sure the technician closed the gate when they left, and to spray all around the back door to deter flies. I was told this would be done and given a service time between 3 & 5.I got an email at 1:17 stating our service had been completed???? I called my husband and he said my mother was still sick in bed and he had not heard the doorbell all day. I asked him to check that the gate was closed. Not only was one gate left open, but BOTH were.I called to cancel the service and was told I had to pay for today’s service because it had already been completed. When I said it had only been partially completed and not to my satisfaction, the offered to send someone to complete the service. I said I can’t risk that the gates will be closed, and it should have been done correctly at the time given.Jennifer (ext 5033) she would research it and get back to me. She called and said the technician spoke to my mom and was told he could do the service early. Then he said he didn’t have any instructions, so asked if she wanted the inside of the house serviced. She is not the account holder and was in bed sick when I called, so she was not aware of my request.Jennifer told me I had to pay for that service and the early termination fee for the pleasure of no longer doing service with them.Don’t get SCAMMED the way I did! Do NOT use Hawx Pest Control!!Addition: I called to ask why I was charged for a quarterly service so soon after my start date. Jennifer wasn’t available, so the guy who answered asked if he could help. I asked my question and the said they do a 30 follow-up and then start the quarterly 90 days after that. I asked again, then why was I charged for the follow up and he stuttered and said, “Oh, it’s a charged service we offer…” Criminals ALL around!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. We were greeted by Dallas with their amazing prices - beating the $120/monthly we used to spend with Noosa Pest out of the ball park! He made us aware a tech was in the area and could service us the same day. Steve, our technician, arrived literally within an hour since he was doing our neighborhood already. He knocked on our door and was super professional. He took the time to answer my millions of questions about pet safety and was both knowledgeable and patient with me! He did so good with my dog Hannah and was really great at making sure the entire area was safe after treatment by explaining all the details. Were all so happy we signed up with Hawx!

*PLEASE DO NOT USE* Definitely not worth the money. You will constantly have to have them come back to re-service your home. This will take up time in your schedule and by the time they’re able to come back, it’s time for your next service! Also, they add on all of these services that they put you under a separate contract for outside of your normal agreement. Very deceptive, time consuming and not worth the money. All of the service technicians are amazing however management could use customer service training. No value for what you pay!I’m probably the only house in my neighborhood who used them and now I see why. Wished I read the reviews beforehand.

Haux has been great, since starting with their service last summer we have seen a major reduction in spiders, ants and silver fish. They are timely, they always call ahead. I also love that they use many natural products that wont harm my dog, or the wildlife in my yard! They even have come back and retreated for free when we had a small interior issue with ants. Nicole in the Charlotte office is amazing! I called with a concern today, she addressed it professionally and kindly! Thanks for your time and help Nicole, it was a pleasure.

Ive been with this company for about a year. Recently, Their sales representative came to the the house and advertised something completely different than what I was charged. I hate the deceptive sales technique. I called the company to let them know that I wasn’t interested in the service and I then saw an erroneous charge on my account that I contacted them about. The account manager stated that I was responsible for the charge. The products don’t work. I constantly have to call them out to reservice my home which is a complete waste of time for me as I have to make availability in my schedule. They seem to make my bug issue worse. I definitely would not advise anyone use them

After dealing with ants, bugs, spiders, wasps and mosquitoes for a long time, we’ve had enough and when Hawks was in the neighborhood we decided to sign up for their service. Balaji came to do our service next day, he was courteous and professional. First he sprayed outside then prior to coming in put on his shoe covers.He Asked for areas of concern and made sure to get all of them thoroughly.I’m excited to see how well this service will work for us in eliminating bugs and preventing them from coming back in the future.

1 month into the service. Charged twice. $180 for a product that has shown no promise. Technicians dont follow the same regiment. 2 of them forgot to even go upstairs to spray that portion of my house. 1 technician promised to bring traps to us because of our issue and never showed up. Reached out to them about my issue and they cant do anything.Do not trust their service. Convinced my wife to give them a good review to help the technician out. Poor service overall. Do not recommend.

He arrived and asked if we were having any specific problems that need to be addressed before starting his routine. After he was done, Gary let me know and answered any questions. If I have any concerns before my next quarterly visit, they will return...no additional charge.

Denver area. Salesman was VERY pushy with me and my neighbor. Was also very flighty as if they were on something. Wanted my credit card up front before doing any service. And kept pushing after I expressed i wasnt interested. I said maybe come back tomorrow and made an appointment just to get him to leave. I called and canceled after he left and he came right back asking why I canceled. Also this was around 7pm!Updated review! I live on a dead end street and this evening after Ive put up NO SOLICITORS and NO TRESPASSING I had this time 2 salesmen from this company knock on my door. Reading should be a crucial part of any job so I guess to ignore my signs definitely assures youre not getting my business anyway.

Hello World,First, while I try to write reviews for most things, I find myself distracted by other things. However, occasionally I encounter an experience that deserves 5 minutes of my time. And since time is the most valuable resource we control, I dont waste time on pointless endeavors.Although today is my first service on a bi-monthly contract, Im compelled to share my initial impressions with potential clients.Michael is my technician who performed the service. He was prompt and did an excellent job explaining the service he would perform and asked if we have specific issues he needs to address. Considering hes only been in the industry a short time. He was knowledgeable in the process and provided insight into our current insect problems (Sugar Ants).As we walk around the perimeter of my house, we encountered unique pest issues. Although, Mike didnt have the experience to provide a solution on the spot. He immediately reached out to his lead technician for support. Within several minutes we had all the information we needed to solve my issue. As they say Teamwork, makes the dream work.After our walk around, Mike started the service. I watched from the inside as he applied all the products. We have a lot of obstructions around our house. E.g., shrubs, mulch, trees, oversized deck. He got into everything, and he made sure everything around the house got treated.Hawx is our fourth pest control service provider. Compared to the previous three. I already see a difference. Considering they all use similar products and similar equipment. Customer service separates the organizations, and so far, Hawx is Aces. Kudos to you, Mike, and keep it up.If you decide to sign up, I hope Mike will service your property. He gets paid either way but wants to make sure you, as the client, are satisfied with the service he provided. A trait not always easy to find these days.Ill follow up with an update in few months regarding product performance.

I said no your are not. He then asked to speak to my husband.. I asked him to leave and he actually argued with me. I have called the local branch and made a formal complaint. I’m very close to reporting him to the local police. Again, I have the entire conversation on audio and video.The company would like to reach out to me I’d be more than happy to send them the video.This is your husband home is obnoxious...
