I paid $350 for fire ant treatment. My yard is full of fire ant mounds. Dont waste your money. Spread the granules yourself

Employee Francisco was very professional and knowledgeable. Provided a detailed explanation of the working being performed which was greatly appreciated.

The young man was on time and knocked at my door to let me know he was here. He sprayed the outdoor area. Then he knocked at my door to remind me not to let my pets out for about an hour. I just am happy with the service I get

I called today June 5 at around 9:15 to get pricing and options for termite treatment. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude from the moment I asked a question. I don’t know the termite treatment process and was asking pricing. Apparently I shouldn’t ask questions like this because she was short, condescending, and simply rude. The fact that within 1 minute of speaking to her I was already ready to hang up the phone doesn’t bode well for business. I would not recommend if you value polite customer service and being treated with some form of decency.

Brandon was my technician and he was wonderful! I would recommend this company and Brandon as your technician to anybody! Brandon made sure to get everywhere and was very thorough. He also was very gentle and caring for my pets which is so important to me as my pets are my family. I would use this company for all of your treatment needs!

I hate ants!! Yesterday I called Cleggs and they said when did you mail your payment? I said yesterday which is TRUE. They agreed to have a tech come out yesterday. The tech called but I had to leave early. Cleggs sent Prince this morning. He was fast but took time to explain ant behavior, what I could expect with the treatment he applied and other things I could do. Jesse is my regular tech who also takes great care. These guys are so knowledgeable and polite. And Cleggs customer service is good too. Im happy. These ants are in trouble! Lol. EVERYONE PLEASE MASK UP AND GET VACCINATED.

They have been inspecting my house for past four years after initial treatment. They have always said that there is no evidence of termites. I trust them but am a little concerned since they take only 30 minutes to inspect everything including getting under house in crawl space and attached garage. They don’t move anything in the garage to check if something is going on behind the cabinets and work bench. Perhaps they know what to look for . so far so good but once termites are eating away at you floor joists they never stop until you have a major repair project. I hope they are right!!

Cleggs has been my termite inspector for many years. I had a rodent issue and my technician Sebastian was the best man for the job. He treated my attic, sprayed my home and treated outside the house. I haven’t seen or heard anything. I highly recommend this company. Affordable and professional.

He always asked about my twins, who are 31 years old now and have also known Mr. Steve since they were kids. He is always on time and thorough. Cisco comes once a month and sprays our home inside and out to prevent any bug problems.

I was having an ant problem and tried all sorts of products from the store. It helped but didn’t solve the problem. I called Cleggs and they sent their rep, Cisco out. He was able to treat the inside and outside of my home with pet safe sprays that didn’t leave any weird smell or residue. I haven’t seen a single ant or or bug since.

Our technician Pete or Paul (sorry I cannot remember) was so great! He was understanding as to what our needs were and did a great job! We saw bugs begin to die the first night. Good value and would definitely recommend this service.

Inspected and corrected crawl space for moisture and mildew. Applied new ground barrier and humidifier.

The receptionist was extremely rude, constantly interrupting and spoke to me as if I were a child and in the end, she was the one who gave me an incorrect quote. They had to come back out within a couple of weeks to spray again so it wasn’t great by any means.

Cisco was fantastic! He is super friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. He was quick with the initial treatment and explained the process. Very knowledgeable. It takes about 2 weeks for the treatment to work fully so hopefully this will finally get rid of the pests.

Nice people, customer service is great - functional service is okay. We’ve been clients on and off for years. Rates doubled from $75 per visit to $150 per visit without a real explanation or head’s up. Terms of quality, found the standard parameter bug spray is equally as effective, but doesn’t stand up to rain as long for outdoors. Great in a pinch or if you don’t feel like having a DIY task.

Got rid of most but didnt completely get rid of all

I wasn’t happy with the service at first , but voiced my concerns and The man CleggsCame out and gave it a more personal touch and explained a lot that I didn’t know . He was very nice and his helper with him . Iam pleased and appreciate the response and knowledge he left me with . I know it was a very hot day but took his time to talk and service the yard . I have utilized Cleggs Pest Control in Charlotte for several years to maintain a pest free home environment. As I was totally frustrated with the ants in my kitchen, I was not the most friendly customer during my initial encounter with my technician, Cisco. However, he was calm, kind, reassuring, and professional. Cisco has maintained that demeanor throughout the years and is truly an asset to the company. My daughter is in need of services in the Raleigh area and immediately asks about finding someone like Cisco, not necessarily the company name.

Terrible communication. We are a commercial apt community thornberry apts. that has a building once a week sprayed for pest control. Yesterday they showed up at the end of the day...not nearly enough time to spray the entire building that was scheduled. The technician says we will be back tomm. Even calls the office in front of me and confirms it. It is the end of the day once again and nobody has showed up. We have residents who are complaining 2 days in a row now that nobody has showed up to spray. We have sent out notices twice now. So we call the office and they say next time call the office ahead of time. Just terrible. They even said I do remember cliff saying something about needing to come back there...terrible
