He answered all my questions about ants, spiders, mice and more with admirable expertise. He was very thorough so I know my home and yard are protected from pests. Chad showed up right on time and was very professional, sweet and quick! We have an infant and 3 dogs, so he advised us to not let them mess with the solution while it was still wet, but other than that, they were completely safe, which makes a mama feel good. Pro Force has been providing mosquito service for over a year. They always call and text prior to arrival. I receive a derailed report via email at the conclusion of the service, including pictures. Most importantly, we have not had any mosquito issues since using this service.

Chad is super friendly and helpful. We had issues with fire ants at our quarterly service so he put a chemical on our lawn. I explained to him during our mosquito service that fire ant beds were still popping up, so he took the time to walk around with me an poured a stronger chemical on each ant hill.

I have had ProForce Pest Control since April 2018 on a brand new house. Living in Waxhaw and in a neighborhood full of construction we have all kinds of insects & rodents running around. ProForce has literally removed every spider, earwig and many other bugs from our home. What I like the most is they don’t come inside to spray since what they do is build a barrier to keep things out and it actually works. I had another exterminator for years that my family used and I never had results like this. Even after the Hurricane and Tropical storms we had they came out and treated for all of the ants that took over the yard. Anytime I have called them to come out they show up and promptly. The tech that usually takes care of us is Chris Williams and he is amazing. His knowledge is wonderful and his attitude is contagious. He will walk with you around the property to see if there is anything you need and explains things to you. I really enjoy it when he shows up whether we talk about insects or what’s new in our lives. I never do reviews, but they are definitely worth spending some time to do one. Thank you!

Ive used them and I am not pleased. They had to come back on numerous occasions because the pest issues were not solved what so ever. They never treated the red ants I had to treat that part because apparently it was missed every time they came out. The solution they spray lasts a good 4 days maybe 5 if your lucky. I would not recommend them nor pay for this service ever again.

He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the company and the products used to deal with our specific concerns. He has a good sense of humor as well.

Weve been receiving quarterly pest control treatments and have stayed pest free for the past year. Recently found a wasp nest in one of our outside vents that lead into our master bathroom and they completely eradicated the problem. Timely, professional, and a complete lifesaver. Thanks ProForce!

I was really happy with the thorough quarterly service David with ProForce completed today. I have seen some bugs in my upstairs bathroom which he treated, then he did a full interior and exterior service, brushed away the cobweb on/around porches and windows, and he even got in this hard to reach area around the of side of the house to treat. After he was finished, he explained what he used and made some recommendation about trimming some tree branches that are touching the house to avoid an entry point for pests. Really helpful and very polite!

If you are in raleigh, do you yourself a favor and hire these people. I hired them to treat the wasps, mud daubers, and ants at my new home. At the initial visit, there were some issues that the tech couldn’t handle so he called his service manager, Joshua Rhodes. Joshua runs the Raleigh, NC area. He gave the best customer service imaginable and did not stop until problem was resolved, an hour or 2 later! Great company, great value.

I just spent some time with a sales guy (Enoch) and he was the most polite door-to-door sales guy Ive met. This outfit has been great! I’ve been very pleased with the professionalism of the technicians that come to the house. They always get the job done to or beyond expectations, and almost always ask if there is anything else that can be done before they leave. I’ve had them knock down wasp nests, destroy ant mounds and eradicate the spiders from inside my garage, among other things, and they’ve never once failed to deliver. And if for some reason they were not successful, they come back out as needed between quarterly visits for no extra charge. I would highly recommend them to others!

Have had very few bugs in my house since treatment began. Staff that I have interacted with were helpful and willing to explain what they were doing. Payment through their website is very easy.

My service provider, Cody was very professional, courteous, and proficient in handling my initial service. He took the time to explain what was done and made sure my questions were answered. I am very pleased with the service already.
