I don’t love this place but I don’t dislike it either. My particular duo was not how I personally like it, but I’ll admit I’m very picky.My pedicure was a bit slow. He didn’t clean under my toe nails or trim them. Then he left me without helping me get my shoes on or lifting my arm rest and I didn’t want to mess up my nails so I was stuck with dirty water still in the bowl.My nail tech for my nails was quite rough and moved my nails around in an uncomfortable manner. Overall at least my nails look good, not great, but good.

Got a SNS manicure and is was awful. Chunky and thick, filed my nails until they were super short and blamed the thickness of my SNS on the fact my nails were too short. Felt like the lady who did my nails was rushing the entire time. Not the place if you are wanting a nice SNS manicure. Likely will not be returning to this salon.

This is my preferred place for a pedicure. Very calm and clean. Excellent work, the polish lasts until the next service.

I got a pedicure 7 days ago and two of my toe nails have already chipped. During the pedicure, the massage portion was rather aggressive and didn’t feel very good and wasn’t relaxing in the slightest. I went with my friend and both of us felt sore afterwards. They pulled on my friend’s toes too which didn’t seem right. Also, we were never offered champagne- however the girl next to us was throwing it back like no tomorrow. Overall- ok experience. Probably won’t return though since my nails have chipped in less than a week.

The best thing about Millenium Nails is their massages! They are committed to giving the best massages of any nail salon that I have been to in Charlotte. They also have great colors and offer all nails services (gel,SNS, tips, full set, organic polished). The owners (or managers?) are super super nice. The drawbacks to this salon are: 1) depending on who you get there are variable skills of the technicians 2) there is one technician that I find rude on a regular basis - she is rough doing manicures and has made my cuticles bleed more than once 3) They are somewhat pricey - competitive with other salons in the area but def not a discount salon. 4) Sometimes on a wait - and their quality sometimes suffers when they are in a hurry.

They treat you with respect...complimentary drinks.in a beautiful area...Thank you so much for your service..I would say come here...

I just had to cut my visit short and leave without getting painted. One lady rudely came over and started talking aggressively to my lady 1 ft from my face like I wasn’t even there and didn’t stop, never looked up. I paid $15 and walked out with stained nails, the polish wasn’t even removed thoroughly bc they were too distracted. Waste of time & money.

I gave them a month in advance notice sent pictures and even at time of appointment showed pictures of what I wanted and specifically asked them can u do this if not let me know I will go some where else they reassured me several times they can do it .The disappointment after everything was done is beyond me it was nothing close to what I wanted and ended up paying double what I was told spent almost $150 for something I didn’t ask for will not be returning !

I went for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Tina was fantastic, my color is beautiful, and I even got Sangria! Truly felt pampered here. Its hard to find a good gel nail place that paints your tips and goes all the way to the cuticle. Will definitely be going back.

I was only greeted after standing at the front for a few minutes. I said I just wanted and basic manicure and I was told to sit down at a chair at the counter. Despite there being nobody else waiting ahead of me, I waited over 40 minutes. I started to get up and only then a lady came over to me with the tools. I said that I was sorry but I’d been there for over 40 minutes and didn’t have enough time now for them to work on me so I had to go. The woman didn’t say anything, she just gave me a dirty look as I left. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons but I’ve never had to wait more than maybe 15 minutes at any other place to get service.

I’m absolutely in love with this nail salon. For you ladies were looking for a great nail salon do you want to give this one a shot. Always friendly, always doing a great job. Best nail salon in town

I love going to Millennium Nails when I need a little pampering. For me its not really about the nails, though they look great, its about relaxing my tired feet. The ladies here give the best leg massages. I spent a lot more at a spa and didnt get as good of service as I got here. Give them a try.

I have been to a variety of nail salons in the Charlotte area, but nothing compares to Millennium Nails. They are attentive the entire time you are in their salon, they do indeed pamper you, and the quality of their work is unparalleled. They remember their regulars names and make you feel right at home. I wont go anywhere else but here for my nails to be treated right!

Have only had great experiences here! I always walk right in and they do an excellent quick job.

Best manis and pedis I have found in Charlotte. My gel never peels or chips within a reasonable amount of time and they give the best leg massages. The attention to detail and service is unlike any other place.

I got a pedi one afternoon and after much contemplation about the color, the person recommend one for me. Turns out I wasn’t happy with the color, you cld see through it to some nics I had on my nails. Anyway, there was def a language barrier and I didn’t really realize that I absolutely didn’t like it until after the fact. I went back the next day for a polish change and saw the same man. I told him I didn’t like it and while I did not ask for it to be complimentary I was not offered any sort of compensation. I paid full price for it. I knew that was a possibility, but nonetheless I was disappointed. Needless to say I won’t be going back. Just another example of being dissapointed with customer service these days! 🙁

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! A young thin young lady with shoulder length hair gave me a pedicure, d idnt clean out my nail bed, d idnt clean under my toes , didnt properly scrub my feet, she was to gentle for an overpriced pedicure I was expecting more! Dont waste your time with this place , only the glass of wine was amazing!

I have been going to Millennium Nails for over 10 years. I just love the women who work there, and the service has been very good to excellent. Much less than a spa ($40 total for a regular mani/pedi) - and about average for a nail salon. Clean.

Great attention from friendly staff. A truly nice experience.
