This may have been the worst experience we have ever had at this store. It took over an hour to rent a truck, with only one person ahead of us. When we returned it, we waited for over 45 minutes on line. This was again with one person ahead of us. When we finally returned it, it took less than 5 minutes. There were two people at the register. The manager when asked for help, responded with, We do the best we can, we are very busy. Very busy? With one person in line!? Please explain this to me. He also spoke over us while voicing the frustration of waiting for 45 minutes. Overall, everyone else who works here is great and knowledgeable. For future reference, find a friend with a truck.

I read a review of folks calling the store & being treated rudely by the person answering the phone & another about an inexplicably time consuming truck rental coming AND going.I placed a large ceiling fan order online from afar for a new build in Charleston. The builder has to drive past the N Chuck Depot each day so he could pick them up. This order was ready within one hour of my placing it so I needed to let them know the pick up wouldnt be till the following morning.I called and spoke to a lady at the pro desk & told her what was up. Super nice, she took down my builders name & told me to remind him to bring his drivers license. Maybe not such a big deal but it meant a lot to me. Building from 1000 miles away is HARD.
