They bent over backwards to find a truck for a long distance rental on extremely short notice after another location canceled a reservation and left stranded. Great customer service!

So helpful! They noticed an issue with my rental quote and saved me $100. I accidentally left a turnpike transponder in the truck and they saved it for me. Great people!

Rent from here. The place in West Ashley does not answer the phone and the other location in North Charleston the gentleman has the worst customer service ever.

I never write reviews but because Brian goes out of his way to make my rental experience great, I would like to pass on the favor. I rent with him at lest 1 a month over the last 4 years and have never had a bad experience. Even though I know the drill he spends the time to go over all of the details to make sure everything is covered including filling up the gas tank to include the gas tank neck ( this is common on all large dock-high trucks).He always has a truck available when I rent it which doesnt happen at many of the other rental locations even when I make a reservation ahead of time. Brian does a great job!

If you see a skinny man here with overgrown eye brow hair, RUN! Literally worst customer service I have ever seen. Giving everybody a hard time. Every single person. Pretty sure he escaped the depths of hell to work here. Do not go here. He’ll charge damage for a bug splat

We use Mizells Rental FREQUENTLY. They are always helpful and seem to out of there way to make things easier for us. Awesome experience with awesome staff - even if it doesnt look like much from the road.

I have dropped Budget trucks off at this location twice. Good service and nice people. Convenient gas station to fill up the tank for the rental before returning. Also offered advice for a reoccurring tire problem on our vehicle.

Charged us $50 because the tank of the truck supposedly wasnt full. Luckily we took pictures. Watch out for these scammers!
