Super helpful staff at the counter, easiest rental Ive ever gotten. 5 minutes in and out. Truck was easy to drive and very comfortable. Dropoff was simple and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely rent from them again at Home Depot.

They rented me a truck that had been in a wreck. Once all my possessions were loaded, the ramp broke from the prior damage, and got stuck halfway out. I had to call their roadside assistance, who took 3 hours to repair it. In the meantime, the movers had to leave for the day. I was stuck without a bed to sleep on, clean clothes, toiletries, or access to my medications overnight. After I brought the truck back to Home Depot, not only did I have to fight to get them to return my entire deposit, they charged my credit card for an extra day without telling me. I will NEVER use this company again.EDIT: I cant reply to what the owner said, so Ill put it here. I already spoke to your manager on the phone. He fed me a bald-faced lie that I was receiving a refund. It never materialized. Im not wasting my breath talking to you anymore. Id rather use it to tell everyone else to avoid you like the plague.

I rented a 16 truck and car hauler in Sioux falls sd to move to mount pleasant sc. I urge you to think through your move and use another company. My vehicle had a broken cruise control, squeaky belts and most importantly faulty brakes that vibrated and took 5 times the normal stopping distance to stop the vehicle. A 21 hour trip took 32 hours and Penskes response was to give half off the trip. I darn near died and they responded with half off. Shameful! Be safe and go elsewhere.
