Unprofessional if you ask me! Had me a dolly on reserve bc I was told they had one, only to get there and them not have a single one. Theyre excuse was it got stolen. Then on top of that they only know what that computer tells them, which was wrong, when it comes to their trailer dimensions! Last time I even attempt to rent from these clowns!

Had no problems and they all were helpful.

Convenient place to rent a trailer, van, moving trucks and offer trailer hitch service. Storage is getting better. They found the pod that was missing.

Astronomically overpriced with outdated, poorly built vehicles. The contracts are predatory. Youre better off throwing your belongings into a bag and dragging them cross country.

Set up appointment for next week. The staff was very helpful and responded to my needs.

Scheduled a hitch installation 2 weeks in advance for 7am. Got my email to confirm and talked to someone at the store the day before to confirm they had the hitch. Upon arrival was told we dont install hitches until 1pm. No Im sorry or explanation other than you must have talked to our call center.

Great employees, quick service! Ive done business here for years with no problems ever. Also their trailer hitches are reasonably priced, and installed in a timely matter.

The problems started when I returned the vehicle. Waited for over half an hour to be checked in. 11 people were standing waiting on service. One person was manning the counter. I rented a van for 3 hours. No other equipment. They attempted to charge me for a 2 day rental, a dolly and 6 moving pads. Even after the rep said he removed the equipment, he STILL CHARGED me for it! Another rep had to take over to get it all straight. I have used this location exclusively in the past. I will NOT be going back!

Didnt have the equipment I reserved the last 3 times Ive rented a truck. Not to mention the 2 local trucks I rented within a month of each other did NOT have A/C. It was absolutely miserable after moving 2 different houses in blistering heat. The only thing I got when I brought it to their attention was Oh that sucks and the other time We dont keep track of that on local trucks only one way trucks! Really! I shouldnt have to pay HUNDREDS of dollars for a truck that I nearly died of heat exhaustion in! Very disappointed!

The manager that I encountered in my experience was very helpful very friendly and very outgoing and willing to do just about anything he could to please his customers

Called to see if I could get a hitch installed. They just happened to be getting one delivered that day that matched my wifes car. Went in the next day, and they installed it almost immediately. No scratches on the car, looks just like it should. I got exactly what I asked for.

If your looking for good movers call Loughs moving...they are the good guys for your moves they will work with you an do what ever it takes to make you happy.

Went to U-Haul yesterday to have a trailer hitch installed. I had the worse customer service EVER. The Mgr Derrick yelled at me because he did not have the staffing to handle my appointment. Told me to either forget about getting my hitch done today or reschedule it... my choice and that he did not care about me getting my hitch installed..Called corporate multiple times regarding him and the store. Filed a complaint with corporate regarding the store.

Charged me more than double upon returning and added fees on top of fees. Dishonest will not use this location again.

Well ran branch of U-Haul. These guys are great. Friendly and informative. Cant see why anyone would have a problem here.

I prefer the one in St Albans usually most places leave a dolly in the uhaul. We had to drive back and get one to use. It was just a bit inconvenient and since all the other uhauls Ive used always included one I didnt think about it.

Using them today 1-14-17 , called too see what I needed and they helped us right out , And I also use this uhaul because its the only one that treats you nice and not rude , So I recommend using North Charleston Uhaul

Terrible experience trying to return my rental to the Sissonville location. Had to go out of my way & also pay someone else to follow me to give me a ride back. I went inside to express my concerns & the guys working were extremely unhelpful & disrespectful.

The most professional and classy place in charleston.

Possibly the best run uhaul in WV, perhaps in a tri-state area too.
