My mom brought in her TV to have it fixed. They plugged the TV in and the man told the lady working what parts needed to be ordered to fix the TV. When the repair was complete me mom picked it up, took it home and plugged it in. At this point there was another problem, a 4 inch black line across the TV. My mom took the TV back and the man told her that it would be about $500 more to fix it. My mom explained that she did not bring the TV in originally with this problem and something must have happened when they had it. The man said that if my mom did not have a picture to prove the 4 inch line wasnt there initially, there was nothing he could do. It is obvious that if the line was present when it was plugged into assess the issues on her first visit those parts would have been ordered or she would have just bought a new TV. POOR customer service. I always wondered how TV repair shops stay in business since TVs are so cheap these days. Now I know - by taking advantage of people. Sad, and no integrity. I would NOT recommend this place.

This is my rental property in Mesa AZ.I used TASA to check all my appliances and TVs during a remodel. My refrigerator was dented and all scratched up, the vegetable drawer was cracked and the kick plate under refrigerator was broken.My 2nd refrigerator had a dent so big in the front of it, they promised to replace it with a new refrigerator, the replacement was a used refrigerator that had no shelves in the door, and it was black instead of white.Dishwasher has 2 dents in the front panel.I talked to the owner Trent Anderson and he said he would make things right! A year later.....and now they won’t even return my calls. I would not recomend this company to anyone.
