This guy knows his stuff, tells it like it is and gives you the best price possible! We searched through 10 square miles of phone repair businesses, decided on this one and were wholly satisfied. Good luck trying to find better. Youll waste the same hour and a half we did with that effort.

I bought a battery about a year ago from here, used it twice then had to take it out of the vehicle for a few month to rebuild a car. Upon reinstalling the battery no longer worked. When I brought the battery back it would not take a charge and I got a sorry your warranty expired last month, but we will give you $10 off your $200 battery.Fantastic. I would have given 1 star, but the gentleman with the jump wings saved it the night prior.

I received excellent service by a friendly and professional staff! I scheduled an appointment online which is very convenient. The work on my phone was done expediently and everything was completed ahead of schedule. This is a great place to which I will return for any services needed!

My s8 is like it was when i bought it. i am very happy with the repair. the staff took the time to go through all my concerns with my phone and it took less than an hour ( more like 15 mins but i left and came back after an hour). i had went to a different place that said they had to order a battery. two weeks later i had never heard back from them so i tried batteries and bulbs. they fixed me up quick and instead of the $125.00 the other place said it was only $64.95. i am sending all my family and friends there, those people are awesome!

Our friend from N.H. Was out visiting. She was complaining the her,4 year old, Samsung pad was not holding a charge. I suggested going to Batteries Plus. She does not have any stores close to her home in New Hampshire,so I took her to our store in Mesa. They didnt have her battery in stock. They checked their store in Chandler and found it was in stock there. We drove to Chandler and dropped it off. I was told it would be a couple of hours to install. It was ready at the designated time. She was very happy to get it repaired. The service was quick and done without a problem. I continue to use Batteries Plus for all my battery needs.

I was extremely impressed with the extraordinary customer service Joe provided in repairing my I phone and changing the battery. His professionalism, courtesy and explanation of the warranty on the work completed was exceptional.The only frustration I experienced was trying to place a phone call to the Battery Plus store to check on the status of my I phone. In a half dozen calls I found it impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Got a battery replacement for my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. The Verizon store said it was impossible to replace the battery and just wanted to sell me a brand new phone for $1000. Instead I made an online appointment with these fine folks, and they did the battery replacement in less than one hour. Everything seems to work perfectly afterwards.

In the Chandler store, the issue of a broken glass on my phone turned into a situation where the phone needed to be replaced with a like phone. The store manager and techs were so concerned about my reaction that they proceeded to replace the phone and did so in a timely manner. I for one was impressed with their customer attention / satisfaction. I will certainly visit the store again for any type batteries, bulbs or phone service. Employees were friendly and helpful, but phone now won’t turn on for long periods of times and randomly shuts off during messaging.

I would not recommend due to RUDE SERVICE. They fixed my phone, but I had an unpleasant time picking it up. I told the man at the front desk that I was there to pick up my phone that had a screen replaced. He stared at me for a few seconds and said I dont read minds. Ummm neither do I. How about Whats your name?.

Ive never been one to have issues with breaking my phone and yet twice in the span of a month, my phone was misfortunate enough to be damaged. On the first occassion, it literally fell of a mountain. Expecting to need a new phone, I went to Batteries + Bulbs with limited expectations. Within two hours, they had my phone in perfect condition! Three weeks later, my screen was cracked while my phone sat in a public place. Id have completely understood if the store charged me full price for the second replacement, but instead the amazing workers were able to get me a great price and a fix in record time! I hope I will never have to intreet their services again, but if my screen ever breaks again, Im sticking with Batteries + Bulbs.

Quick and easy to install new battery. Comes with a 6 month warranty so will see if battery holds a charge longer than my original battery.
