THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! GOT A NEW BATTERY REPLACED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR THANKS TO HAILEY.. they have stock.. SHE understood my issue on my Droid and was able to confirm it was my battery. I couldnt believe the fast turnaround time Hailey gave me.. Shopped 3 stores to get my phone fixed. They all wanted me to pay first, take from 3 days to 2 weeks if sent out.I cant say enough about the Chandler/store: clean, efficient, charming people, chairs to sit in and great air-conditioning. Totally convenient just off the I-10 between Ray/Chandler Blvd. Easy to find.THANK you again HAILEY for your knowledge, experience, and urgency. Dont waste your time going anywhere else.

They rescued me twice, now!!My first visit to this business in ChandlerAZ was because my phone had large, multiple cracks in the screen protector and they replaced it. The service was so friendly with professional results that I bought a care package (I’ve had some costly mishaps in the past.)Too many drops on tile floors sent me back to Fixit again. Haley greeted me as a customer and then enthusiastically took care of getting my phone repaired. She was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I was also able to get a great deal on a new, military-quality phone case.Can’t say enough good things about their great customer service and products! I highly recommend this business for all your cell phone care!

I want to share some mixed experience that I had here. I had two repairs - one to replace the charging port and the other was the battery. When they fix the charging port, the guy did mention about a bloated battery which I declined that time as I just wanted to fix the charging port. Did a brilliant job at fixing the charging port. But my battery performance was miserable basically wouldnt last even a day and would lose charge even whilst idle, hence I decided to go for the battery replacement. After replacement the guy told me that he was viewing YouTube for 45 minutes and the battery went down only 5%. Now even with the best phone that sounds really unreasonable but because they did a great job on my first repair I trusted the word with a pinch of salt. But the moment I took the phone out of the shop the same battery drain problem persisted. I gave him the benefit of doubt and decided to wait some more time. But even after several days the battery that was supposed to be brand new still continued to be miserable. So definitely I was lied to when he said the battery was fine even though there is no possible way it could have lasted as long as the dude mentioned , especially when it was dying within 5 to 6 hours with very nominal use. This would have been a 5 star review but I am pretty ticked off now that because was really no need for them to lie - if they could not fix the battery problem they should have just not charged me and returned my phone as is. Unfortunately I could not use the 30-day warranty period as I was traveling but the fact that I was lied to does leave a bad taste in my mouth. Why guys!?! Why?

Went in to get my broken screen fixed. They were courteous, professional and very informative. It was fixed in a timely manner and we both had the coating put on our phones to prevent damage from dropping phones. We have definitely put this to the test and phones still look like new. FixIt Mobile/Chandler fixed the broken microphone on my iPhone 8. My experience was great! First got quote on web - super easy, and it was instant. Then called and talked to Haily. She was very friendly and verified the repair that was needed and checked that they had the replacement part in stock. I dropped the phone off, and the same Haily did the repair and then checked that everything was working. Phone now works perfectly. Price was identical to quote, and much less than I heard Apple charges for this repair. Plan to bring in my wifes iPhone6 to FixIt next week for a battery replacement. Thanks Haily and FixIt team.

Hi my name is Karen and I want to share what a wonderful experience I had at this store. After dropping and shattering the screen on my old Galaxy S7. I priced new phones and quickly realised it was not in the budget to buy a new one, so decided to get the the old one fixed. I called the Fixit mobile store on 54th street and talk to Stephen he was so nice and very patient with me, we realised that maybe I needed to buy a used phone which they had there. But he never pressured me. He said to come in and see what they had. I did the next day and Brian helped me. I got a used Samsung Galaxy S9 from them, that Im very happy with. But the best thing was how well I was treated. They were very Professional, Patient and did their best to make me feel comfortable. I was very upset about my old phone, but they were so darn nice to me. They had to keep it over night to get all of my data transferred over to the new phone. So when I picked it up the next day it was Jason that helped me. He was the same, so nice and Patient. Very Professional. I gave 5 stars for my rating. But if I could Id give 100 stars. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH NICE THiNGS ABOUT THIS STORE! I will definitely recommend it to others. And yes I know this sounds sappy and fake. But I promise I am a real customer and my story is real. If you are thinking about going into this store to get a phone fixed or to buy a used one, dont hesitate. They also have a big selection of Accessories.

I phoned FixIT Mobile to ask about my otherwise highly reliable iPhone SE ( original edition) which was losing its charge very rapidly. Riley informed that battery replacement could be done in approximately one hour without the need for an appointment. Riley, a pleasant well informed man, did the job in approximately twenty minutes for less than the Apple Store. I enthusiastically recommend Riley and FixIT Mobile at 54th St and Ray Rd, Chandler Arizona.

I brought my computer to them when I was having issues with it not booting properly and Haley was able to fix it and get it back to me fast.

Thanks to Brian for cleaning out my charging port on my GalaxyS7 Edge. I thought it was loose, but it was only clogged with debris. He cleaned it out at not charge and in no time at all. Works like new again. Much appreicated!

INCREDIBLE customer service! Fixed my phone in a jiff and protected it with a screen warranty. “Re” water-resisted my phone! Lastly, Brian was so wonderful. Highly recommend!

Rip off. Will try to sell you a complete rebuild of your phone (case and screen) for just a simple button fix. Repair will cost you as much as a new phone and 4X what you pay for a similar used phone.

These guys saved the day for me! I needed my iPad for work but it wouldnt charge. I stopped by hoping they could get it fixed before next week and after a few minutes Riley came back with my iPad turned on and told me it just needed to have the charging port cleaned!
