*** WARNNG *** - RIPOFF SCAM ALERT DO NOT USE AZ TV & Electronics Repair located at 331 E Chilton Dr, Chandler, AZ 85225Here is my story.I had an Anthem amp (Model AMP2) retail price $ 2,500 I paid just over $2k. it worked great for a few years but then it ended up having an issue with the power switch which is an easy fix.1) I called a few places and decided to take it to AZ TV & Electronics Repair because it was near my work and made it easy to drop off.2) I dropped off the amp on 10/21/16 at 12:00 PM as shown on the work order. I paid the $49 deposit and explained in detail EXACTLY what needed to be done. ( JUST FIX THE POWER SWITCH!!!! ) This was also noted in the work order taken by their employee. They said they would be in touch with an estimate.3) I got a call on 11-4-16 at 2:21 PM stating they could not order the switch from Anthem (the Mfr). Because this was a simple power switch problem and the amp worked fine I asked them to simply quote me to wire another power switch into the unit and I would pay for that. They person on the phone said they would check to see if they could do that and get back to me.4) I called them back on 11-17-16 at 11:30 AM and asked for an answer/ update. They said they would not be able to wire a different switch into my amp so I told them I would be picking the amp up the following week.5) I called them back on 11-21-16 just before lunchtime as I was going to pick the amp while getting some food. I asked the person on the phone if they could just leave it at the front for me so I could be in & out. This person said he didnt know about this amp and had to check and call me back. I then get a call back at 2:47 PM (same day) and this person told me the amp had been disposed of because I told them I didnt want it.6) I asked to speak with a mgr. I then got call back from a manager on the same day at 3:03 PM. He confirmed my amp had been disposed of and I asked why my amp was thrown out when I said I would be picking it up. He replied because thats what the person who talked to me on 11-17 16 had said I told them to do with it.7) I said I did NOT instruct them to do such a thing. I asked him Why would I tell you to toss a working $2k amp in the garbage when it only needed a power switch - his response was I dont know what you said I am simply going off what I was told.Seriously!!!! This is the level of competency here!!!!I have full documentation, pictures and phone logs - will be heading to small claims court as the other dissatisfied customer on these reviews. I looked up TV and electronics repair sites using google and tried a diff repair shop first, they charged me 250.00 and the parts that were used were used parts, my TV worked for 4 days and they wouldnt honor there repair.I went to Aztvelectronics repair and asked them to look at my unit, they showed me the parts used to repair my set and you could tell they were not new and were missing chips necessary to operate correctly, Aztvelectronics told me what the new parts would cost amazingly they were only 100.00 and they only charged me and additional 59.00 labor. My TV works perfectly now and i couldnt be happier, they also provided me a report that allowed me to get my money back from the original repair company. I would recommend using this company as they actually have certifications to work on your equipment.

Nobody ever got back to me after multiple attempts.

We had a fairly new T.V. that would not power on, but it was outside of the warranty window. They came and picked it up, figured out the issue, fixed it, and then delivered it back. Great customer service, kept us in the loop of our repair. Prices are fair and reasonable. Very satisfied, T.V. works like its brand new.

These guys did an outstanding job on my equipment and there fees were very reasonable, I have used them on two different occasions and always have a great experience and they stand behind there repairs. Most companies will not step up if there are problems after a few months of your repair.Not sure what the Dave guy is talking about, i have learned over the years to not listen to winy people who tend to rant pages of information and use the word scam as a headline. They gave me a lamp for my TV and installed the piece properly to the unit. When I got home I popped I into my TV and have had no problems yet. Hopefully it lasts longer than 60 days cause that as long of a warranty lamp bulb get whoch is concerning, it should be at least 6 months. Great service, friendly, well priced.

I am very impressed with their customer service. They were unable to repair my DVD player due to a lack of good replacement parts, so they gave me a different player and even came to my house to install it.

I brought my Xbox 360 in for cleaning. I own two cats, and I could clearly see the hair and such inside my gaming console. The $49 dollars that usually would cover diagnostics was enough to pay for the cost of the cleaning. Other shops had quoted me prices much higher for the same work. It was done the same day that I dropped it off. They cleaned it out on both the inside and outside of the unit. I am very happy and will bring back any electronics that need to be serviced.

I called asked questions and thay did not sell me on unneeded repairs .gave me sound advice that i can trouble shoot myself and would go back to them any time . very helpful and a pleasure to deal with .i respect this company and employees. thank you very much ......

I had a good experience with AZTV. Their technicians are polite and share knowledge regarding electronics. Even when I wanted advice on brands or an item to purchase they are very helpful. Thank you!

I had my TV repaired by them, unfortunately it didnt work out very well thanks to a parts/software issue which only left the TV half functional. This isnt necessarily their fault but the fact that the process took 7 weeks and they tried to convince me that the TV was fine even though major features dont work anymore is a little ridiculous. At the very least I should have been given a refund on the parts.*Update - Ignore the response. Its complete BS. I literally told the guy when he brought my unit back I was going to get rid of the TV, and I did. I was not happy about it. The board had the software for a completely different model TV that shares the same board as my model (people who repair TVs should have known this was a possibility). Nobody ever said anything to me about them spending their own money on another board. They asked me if I wanted to buy another board and obviously I said no. I talked to the manufacturer myself and they said the TV would never work properly with that firmware.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! Charged me $400.00 + to repair my tv. Lasted 2 weeks and AZTV tried to charge me again to repair the same problem. Picked up set and took to another repair shop. They informed me the part I paid for (circuit board) had been repaired, not replaced. I was charged for a new replacement circuit board. Now I am filing a lawsuit in small claims court to recover my money. The repair shop repaired the set correctly and charged me $165.00!!

Very nice repair shop not just a hole in the wall shop, They repaired my receiver at a very fair price, couldnt be happier with there service
