Forgot to review- My store’s computer went down during the busy holiday season. I was able to get ahold of geeks on site quickly and they were here the next morning. Don went above and beyond in helping us and explaining what he was doing in case it happened again. We’ve had no problems since then!

My Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 had a problem with ghost touches on the touchscreen and it turned out I needed a new screen. Once the screen arrived I dropped off my laptop and a couple of hours later I had a working laptop with a long battery life. When youve got a 7 year old laptop it rarely makes sense to repair it, but thanks to Fix By Geek I only lost a couple of hours with the laptop and will get more life out of it yet. I cant recommend them enough.
