I worked with Clay today and the all mobile matter store in the Chandler fashion mall. My experience was outstanding and his service was very professional. He was able to take care of a problem that no one else was able to do. I really appreciate the time and patience to fixing my phone. He went above and beyond to help me out.

Had my screen replaced on my iphone 11 less then 6 months ago. The first screen was defective and quit working within a few days of the repair. Replaced the screen with a new one and must have done a poor job as apparently spilling a drink on my phone has now caused enough damage that the phone no longer turns on. Apple wont warranty because they did such a poor job with the replacement. They should warn you your phone will no longer be water proof or even water resistant once they replace your screen. I called them they wont even warranty the screen that is no longer working due to poor workmanship when replacing the screen let alone the battery that is shot because the screen leaked water. STAY AWAY!!!

Showed up to Chandler Fashion Square with my IPhone’s screen popping out. Went to the Apple store and they said it was a 4 hour wait to get it looked at. I went to All Mobile Matters upstairs instead and Naren Krithivas and his coworker helped me out. They explained the various things that could have caused my issue. It ended up being the battery expanding that had caused the screen to separate from the frame. I got a battery and screen replacement on the spot. They were both extremely helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had.

Great experience having utilized their services several times. Naren is knowledgeable and personable and makes the challenge of broken phones a better experience. Highly recommended.

Naren did an awesome job quickly diagnosing our issue and helping us get a report written up and printed out to take to our phone insurance company. You don’t expect expertise and professional from a place in the mall, but Naren knows his stuff!

I’m a traveling nurse that just flew in to Phoenix today to help out with COVID-19 nursing shortage. I was having a problem with my phone staying charged during my flights. I looked in settings and it said next that my battery wasn’t reaching peak performance due to battery health being degraded and it required service. I googled Apple stores, called and they were closed. Then I saw this place was in the mall as well, so I called and they were open. I found my way to the mall to this spot. He told me it would take 30 minutes to replace the battery. I don’t think it was that long, staff was efficient and got it done quickly. They cover whatever they replace/repair for 90 days and since I live out of state (I’m only here for a month), he said they would still cover it. I just have to call them tell them the issue and they will send me a label so I can send it back for repairs at no charge to me. I think it’s awesome that they do that to make sure their customers are satisfied. I think they charge $10 more than Apple ($49), but sometimes I guess you have to pay for convenience. Besides that, I would have no problem doing business with them again if it was necessary. As long as they keep up the good work.

Unless you have the most recent IPhone or Galaxy, avoid this place. I brought my Xperia in for a battery, and had to replace the screen after they fixed it. It began having issues shortly after, and I had to bring it back to have the screen reinstalled correctly. I was also told for warranty work, I would need to fill out another form online. I did so, and was told by someone else that I didnt need to fill out a new form. I was told my parts would arrive on Wednesday, but told them that my schedule would not permit me to arrive before the following Saturday. I was able to arrange to be there on Friday, but the part had not arrived yet. These guys cant even get their stories straight between them. Go elsewhere!

I went to the All Mobile Matters at the Chandler location and Luis was great! I had a so many cracks in my phone I couldn’t see the screen. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone! My phone would not charge. Tech said it may just need cleaning or it may need new port. 20 min. later and it was done. Only needed cleaning. 15 bucks. Works great. Great customer service.

They didnt even seal my phone right, a little bit of water got on my note 10+ and fryed the hole phone, not woth going to this place...

I took my iPhone for repair on Sunday due to water damage and they replaced the screen. By Tuesday evening the screen started to turn pink at the corner and by night the entire screen turned blue and by Wednesday morning the screen went black. I took the phone back to the shop and the person there was not even ready to hear me out and they didn’t take any responsibility. I took my phone to another repair shop they saw the screen and said it was a cheap off the market screen, I got my screen fixed with the genuine Apple screen with lifetime warranty. I strongly recommend NOT to go to this devious store.

Phone screen on my s8 went blank. I needed it fixed asap. called a few places and they offered the best rate. got both sides to my phone replaced and got it done quicker than I thought. now my phone looks better than before thanks to Cesar. they were friendly and with a good sense of humor. hope I wont need to fix a other phone but if I do, now I know where to go.

Luis was amazing! I went in to get my screen fixed and he was super helpful and attentive. Answered all my questions and even gave me a few options to choose from that would best fit what I needed. He was very quick and efficient and fixed my screen in a timely manner. They got my phone and told me it would be about 30 minutes so I ran to Barnes and Noble to get a coffee and read the beginning of a book which I eventually purchased! 🚫🚫Avoid bring your iPhone here🚫🚫I went in to get my IPhone 7 Plus cracked screen repaired and ended up with a faulty replacement. It wasn’t responding to my touch on the screen. So I took it back the next day and they guy didn’t believe me so I had to show him. And they replaced it with another screen and gladly added a screen protector for the inconvenience. But now ive used my phone for a week and its not responding to my touch again and I keep having to reboot my phone to get it to work normal for a short amount of time before it acts faulty again. I went back today to address my issue again and they didn’t think I had a problem. I just wanted a refund and they said they need the screen back. I will not return for repairs here. I just wanted my screen to work and it’s has been nothing but a hassle with this place. I will not recommend this place.

Took my daughters iPhone in to have the cracked screen repaired at the Chandler Mall location. Luis helped me out with getting the screen replaced. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my daughters phone and also some others I had. The repair was quick and had the phone looking brand new. Went in because my phone wasn’t charging. Ended up being a dirty charging port that they took care of for free. Great place if my phone actually ever breaks I know where to take it.

This morning I dropped my phone - which broke my screen and the ability to use my home button. My friend suggested I go to All Mobile Matters. I called for a quote and compared it to other repair locations. All Mobile Matters had the best price! When I met with the service tech, Matthew Benjamin, he was quick to access how to repair the screen - and also provided an alternative fix for the button - just in case it was broken. Within a half hour my phone screen was repaired - and the button was also corrected. Matthew also gave me tips on how to protect my screen from future breaks, encouraging the installment of tempered glass and a new protective case for $50. He did not pressure the sale - but when I am ready to go that route, Id certainly return to his store. I highly recommend Matthew Benjamin, in the Chandler Fashion Square store location.

Clayton at all mobile matters was so genuinely helpful. I accidentally got The top of my charger lodged inside the thunder port docking port of my iPhone, so I walked into all mobile matters and he fixed it without hesitation. This is very different from my experience going to the Apple Store prior to All Mobile Matters. At the Apple store, they told me I would need to replace it because all things that get stuck in the thunderbolt charger deem replacement and are considered an accident and are also not covered by Apple care. I’m grateful for all mobile matters and for good people like Clayton.

Cracked the front of my phone...bad...I googled and looked at top rated phone repair reviews all mobile matter was one of the first to pop up I called to see if they were even open being it was Black Friday they were so nice informative and helpful when we arrived he did a thorough check on my phone to make sure everything was working properly which I really appreciate but both guys siting at the desk were so friendly and were easy to talk to and made me feel better and not like an idiot for breaking my phone! My iPhone has a cracked screen. So I gave it to the guy in the kiosk and he said it would be fixed in an hour. An hour later I came back to discover that the new screen he put in had a flaw. He told me he is out of screens, that someone will bring another screen soon, and that I will have my IPhone fixed tonight.So they have my mobile number and email but no one contacts me that night. No phone call in the morning either. I tried calling and texting them like the website suggests but no one replied.So I go back to their kiosk and they are still working on my phone. About 10 minutes later and they are finally done. The phone looks good and they give me $10 off for writing this review.TL;DR:They are good at fixing phones. They could be better at customer service.

Incredible service. Weve been coming here for about a year now for cracked screens and really any issues. Today, we took our iPad in because the charging port connector was broken off inside of it. It literally was fixed right then and there and in front of us in about 3 minutes. Im not surprised that most of their reviews are 5 stars. Pricing is also incrdedibly affordable. Amazing service!!!!! I will never go anywhere else again. My son broke a piece of his charger off and it was stuck inside the port, I took the phone to another repair shop and they told me they could not extract the tiny piece and that I would have to replace the charge port completely for $90 dollars. I went to All Mobile Matters and the most wonderful guy took the phone and proceeded to remove the tiny pieces in seconds! I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing! I have not experienced service like this anywhere recently. I will refer them to anyone I talk to :) Happy customer and future forever customer!!

Went in for a cracked screen. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to get me my phone back, but after a day I noticed the bottom of the screen wasnt staying glued down and the SD card reader keeps unmounting my SD card now. Not impressed with the level of service.
