Update: Maintenance is doing better with call times and is always respectful and polite absolutely. I’ve been here for a year although I’m leaving, I would recommend if this is in your price range. Seen a few bugs here and there but by no means (in my building) they are not infested. Had one bad incident with the office, was able to call back and get an understanding after speaking to a different manager who was able to stay on the phone and not hang up. Parking is not bad but they do need to put speed reminder as people speed through the complex.

This is the worst place and experience I have encountered. When we moved in, the place was beyond dirty. Roaches all over and grease over the cabinets. Place is infested with roaches and upto this point, we keep seeing them. Manager doesn’t care. I recommend people not to come to this place.

I love this place! Very quaint, quiet, and well kept. The apartments are modern & stylish, good sized, with new appliances & full sized washers & dryers. They have a gym accessible 24/7, a couple of pools with BBQs, & plenty of parking. I have not experienced any insect issues at all.In addition, and more importantly in my eyes, the property management has been extremely accommodating, professional, and actually care about all of their tenants. I have heard horror stories about other apartment managers and I have to say, if I owned any business, especially an apartment complex, I would want Park Towers Property Manager Betsy to manage it. SHE IS AN EXEMPLARY EXAMPLE OF WHAT A PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGERS LOOKS LIKE! THANK YOU!

Yes my name is Sarah Mathe and my husband and I applied for the park Tower apartments. When my husband went to add my information to his information it wouldnt let him so the manager said or this assistant manager said would send it to corporate well I called yesterday on Monday and I guess they were so busy they couldnt answer their telephone. So I called back this morning and they said time was up and thats the time up for what they said it didnt say why they reject us but they couldnt give me corporates number because they said they didnt have it dont tell me they dont have it they deal with corporate everyday so if anybody knows the corporate phone number please let me know because I would like my money back and yes if you have a problem with this park Tower apartments knows my phone number and they can call me. Just moved into these apartments and the customer service is great! When I was contemplating my decision to move into these apartments, I looked at prior reviews up to a year ago. If the prior comments are indicative of anything, it would be that the management has changed to have a renter-focused philosophy to conduct business. The only reason this is not a 5-star stellar review is because when entering my new apartment, there were issues with the covering used for the cabinets. However, with the staff at the front being all-hands-on-deck this will be solved by next week (today is Friday). Kudos to the staff, and if things are fixed as should be, these are extremely livable apartments and the community is fantastic.

Would be nice if anybody actually picked up the phone. Ive been trying to contact this group so that I can even get a tour for the past 4 days and no one is either A.) picking up the phone or B.) actually working there. Id dread being a resident and not even be able to get ahold of the staff there.

Things were fine when we moved in, but it has gone progressively downhill since then. Now that the office is closed due to Covid it’s impossible to get ahold of someone. I have had an issue I’ve been trying to resolve since august and I can never get a call back or an email response. Honestly can’t wait to move out at the end of my lease if I can ever get ahold of them to give my notice.

This place doesnt even deserve a star! Worst apartment complex ever! Betsy is so rude and talks to you crazy! This place smells terrible all the time! There was mold in the kitchen and bathroom under the sink. Instead of fixing the problem they just covered it with wood. They dont care about their tenants just want your money!

Betsy ponce scams you out of your security deposit dont rent here. Told me it was illegal for her to do her job, very rude and hung up on me just trying to resolve the issue. Definitely getting a lawyer

Although, I personally dont live here, they refuse to have Anyone return phone calls, address over charges and maintenance issues. My kids live there, and if it was me Id call one of the new stations maybe theyd get a response in a timely manner. My kids ac inside is currently 89 degrees. This is horrible customer service in my opinion. I hope an owner or someone rethinks the current personnel they have in place.

I currently move in here and the staff has been wonderful. I recieved a basic unit, so while the cabinets are old I have enjoyed my move.

The new management is less than stellar. The office staff is NEVER on the same page, one person tells you something and the next day someone will tell you something different.The maintenance is horrible!They came into my apartment to fix one thing and broke something else. They are dishonest and have discriminated against me.I recently made a complaint and now they are retaliating by not completing my work order and refuse to communicate with me.It’s going on 2 weeks that my dryer has been broken.I had to reach out to them 2 days after the work order was put in and see the reply below from Francis J.And my dryer is still not repaired.“We up here in the office are not responsible for creating the schedules at which work orders are completed, so I wouldnt have an answer for you as to why it hasnt been attended to just yet. However, I did re-print the work order and Ill be sure to deliver it to maintenance. Do we have permission to enter just in case youre not home?”Francis JuddLeasing Agent

I am currently a resident at The Park Towers Apartments. I recently had an issue with my air conditioning. After a minor mix-up on the emergency call, the problem was fixed in a timely manner! Both Eric and Tom ( I think), showed up on Time for the appointment and fixed the issue! If this is the norm, Im very pleased! Thanks a bunch!

We will move out from this apt. as soon as possible and this new management makes us wanna do that. The old management was great! Never had problems with staffs and maintenance people, they’re all approachable nice and very professionals. If you are looking for an apartment to live this should not be one of your choices. Bad bad bad

By far the worst complex management ever. The advertisement shows newly renovated and remodeled... FALSE. Work orders were made and maintenance, takes weeks to do an inspection of the situation/repair. Once repaired, it needs more repairing. Pipes and drainage are so old and disgusting, dry walls are rotten and painted over to look new. Vinyl flooring is badly placed in.Front office is NEVER there. The sign reads 9-6pm, thats FALSE. Numerous times I pay a visit and doors are locked with the return sign @ 9am. Park Towers apartment homes, is not the place to live!

Getting a lawyer!!!Do not ever rent here!They have been inaccurately accusing my sister of not paying dog rent and deposit when she supplied proof AFTER receiving a 10 day pre- EVICTION NOTICE! after she supplied proof and asked to have this taken off her record and remove eviction the manager stated “I can’t do anything”.They also claim, a claim from one individual mind you, that her dog is constantly barking. I just posted a video of another dog barking on here for you all to see it is not her unit or dog and the dog in the video is the one at fault.They had no proof it was my sisters dog and I have proof that it IS NOT!Meeting with a lawyer this coming week and they will regret not doing things the right and legal way! and to not not supplying proof? Big mistake.Disgusting form of management and very nasty to their renters.Oh and they don’t clean the carpets before you move in.... her carpets smelled of dog urine the day she moved in with dark oily stains.

I have lived here for years and just recently they raised our rents. Nearly an increase of $100 for a single bedroom which is horrible considering the loud construction going on right outside. The manager is nice and allot easier to speak with in most cases but the front desk staff is In need of relationship based training to help them adapt to the multitudes of personalities and situations they will face. New smart technology is A nice Touch but have had issues with delays in AC units turning off based on the touch response.

Avoid please. For your sake. It almost feels like theyre on a mission to make people leave. And they repaint this place gray. Looked so colorful before. Everything leaks and the smell of poop comes out of no where near the washer.

My Apartment complex has been sold Since SEP 2018 to MEB and has gone down the drain since!!!! The front office staff... HORRIBLE! The maintenance staff... HORRIBLE!! Nobody answers your calls at the office if there is an issue, or concern in regards to your apartment! Nobody calls you back if you must leave a message due to nobody answering your call in the first place! Nobody responds to emails! Nobody is in the darn office if youre able to make it there before they leave for the day or for a Mandatory meeting... Ive been here 4 years... going on 5 and IVE NEVER HATED THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!! I shouldnt have to raise my voice & get RUDE to be heard! I shouldnt have to simply wait because your maintenance staff doesnt know how to do work! Maybe I should simply advise you that rent will just have to wait as I feel its best... Like really?! DO NOT RENT HERE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! THESE FOLKS DONT HAVENT A FRIGGIN CLUE HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS!

You should have a fax number or email address available for insurance agents to provide the proof of insurance youve requested. Though already provided 6 months ago.. and it was good for 1 year.. per the dates on the original copy.

I lived there for quite a few years, and they always treated me very well. Karen is extremely nice and personable, and the maintenance was always prompt and thorough. For those of you with bug phobias like me, I can tell you that ive NEVER seen a bug in the second floor apt. i had. Walking distance to Safeway, Home Depot and Staples. Definitely recommended.

We moved here almost a year ago. We reported the screen window, which was never replaced. Our dryer doesnt work and weve been waiting 11 days for someone to fix it. When we received the apartment, it was full of roaches and had to be fumigated. It should not take multiple requests to get something taken care of. Communication is the biggest issue and if someone would just be honest and say, it will never be fixed. Then we could stop wasting our time reaching out.

Lived one year here, its clean, quiet, front office is pretty chill. Honestly Im vey low maintenance, I dont bother or call the front office unless Ive had any type of emergency. In one occassion my sister came to visit and my shower (on and off vavle) busted, the water was running full blast. It took 5 hours to get someone to come fix it. IM A REALIST and patient, things done right may take time. Also I clean my apartment on the weekend, not a neat freak but Im not filthy, Ive never come across a single roach or fly for that matter. The pools are cool, and front office throws lil get together and bbqs (havent been to one) but food smells good, and theyre jamming out with fire dept for fire safety awareness and what not. I have met some of the neighbors everyone keeps to themselves and no problems. I like it, its peaceful

Lived in Park Tower for 3 years and it started off nice and quiet. New management recently came in and now, not only painted it a disgusting orange that looks like something from a babies diaper, but the new maintenance staff acts like a couple of thugs. I cannot wait for my lease to expire so I can get out of here! If you are looking for a place to live...do not come here!!!

Do NOT rent here. MEB management bought the complex a few months ago and its been terrible ever since. It took 2 months for them to fix my shower, despite numerous calls (the office never answers), messages, emails, and complaints. They responded for the first time only when my downstairs neighbors ceiling started to leak, 3 weeks after the initial request. It took 6 more weeks for them to actually fix it. The office is all fake smiles, but no action. One leasing agent even started to send passive aggressive emails. The front office never answers the phone and is often not in the office when they are supposed to be. Dont even think about maintenance requests getting addressed. Save your time, money, and sanity, dont rent here!!!!!!. I also had issues wirh roaches in the past. Im leaving as soon as my leass is up, which isnt soon enough.

Absolutely horrible place to live!!! The plumbing is horrendous. All you have to do is shave in the sink once and you have to call maintenance to snake the drains. If you live in a downstairs apartment, occasionally your kitchen sink will overflow with the upstairs neighbors remnants of their dinner that they put down their sink.The dishwashers suck!!! Just dont use them. You have to clean them first anyway. If you are brave enough to use them, all of your dishes will be covered in all sorts of unrecognizable debris. Im assuming that there is something breaking down such as a gasket or heating element. Maintenance will gladly come over, run the dishwasher on a quick cycle, and then tell you that you are using too much soap.The wiring is just as bad. I have multiple outlets that do not work, and some have came detached from the drywall. The hallway light burns out on a weekly basis. The counter tops are painted and will stain/chip with little to no effort. Oh, the toilets seem to be as hard to solve as a rubics cube for the maintenance people. Both toilets (I live in the 3 bedroom/2bath) have issues. The master toilet takes about 1 hr to fill, no double flush action here. So if you just had a big dinner, better ask the neighbors if the can spot you a toilet. The guest toilet is just the opposite and keeps running.The people at the front desk are really rude and are passive aggressive. Everything is your fault. Eye rolls are the equivalent a hand shake. Dont take it personal.

Probably the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. Units are full of roaches even though they claim to have pest control come every week and the people in the front office are incredibly rude and it takes forever for maintenance to come fix anything. When they do come, they have to be called again because they did not correctly address the issue. Way overpriced for the condition of the units. Currently under new management which has made changes and not notified the tenants such as late fees and penalties and a “grace period” of 3 days which they still charge you for. The manager has no back bone and stood behind the receptionist and let her say what she wanted instead of taking control and potentially retaining a resident. Aaron was a great manager, understanding and compassionate and really took interest in this complex. Being charged fees which are not stated in the original contract is ridiculous. “Newly renovated” but very poor quality. I’d save your money and not rent here.

After paying 54 bucks for the application fee i waited days to hear if I was approved or not. I finally called to see what was taking so long and I was told my income wasnt enough to rent there. Then i was told no you do make enough maybe its the backgroung or credit check we need to wait on. Finally I cancelled my application and went to another Chandler apartment complex gave them all the same information that i gave Park Towers and I was approved in 10 minutes and giving a move in date. Glad I never moved in Park Towers especially with all the bad reviews.

Weve lived in these apartments for a little over a year and a half and at the beginning it was ok management was great, friendly, and really helpful with almost anything! Aaron and Ellen were great managers! Now its been over two months with the new manangement and everything sucks! I put in a work order the first week and no one came so after two weeks I had to remind and apparently there was never a work order. Almost everyone inside the office now is either rude or clueless! No common sense nor courtesy. Wish washy on what payment rules seem to be. At first everyone had three day grace period to pay rent, then it became only people that had the new ownership lease. Then you get charged $30 for a 5 day notice fee even if its only the 2nd or 3rd day late. Twice in the last past two weeks the water has been shut off without a notice. Today being one of those days and I happen to be just walking into the shower and water stopped on me. When I called the office they said it was an emergency but still couldnt communicate with residents to let us know! I mean its a Saturday morning whos not getting ready to go out and spend the day with family?! These apartments have a serious roach problem and no matter how many times the come to spray, they just running back and forth from apartments! With the old manangement this place was workable, now I hate being here and I cant even communicate with front office without some attitude. Save yourself the time and money and find something better! This place doesnt seem to be getting any better. Its way overpriced for what is considered renovated. Cabinets were falling, under the sinks were sunken in, counters are coated with the cheapest material that if you leave any sort of paper on it the print will get stuck to the counter, laminate floor is peeling! Yeah like I said save yourself the money! Theres 2 bedroom 2 bath houses for the price we pay here!

We had lived at Park Tower for 9 years, surrounded by so many close by amenities that gave it value. The management previously were warm and caring, that has changed dramatically when they were let go along with the maintenance staff and replaced with a new management company.

You get what you pay for. Understaffed.

My rent in less than 4 yrs went up $200

Just plain terrible.
