From the moment you walk in, Valon makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. The front desk staff are lovely!I took my daughter there so that she could go through the hair donation experience. Jiyon did a wonderful job with making her feel comfortable. Her new cut is adorable.A few weeks later, I went back to clean up my hair and try out a style that’s been on my bucket list. Kayla was very easy to talk to, made me feel at ease and even gave me a tutorial on how to style my bangs.I’d definitely go back to Valon!

I very rarely write reviews so hear me out -Ms. Jenna helped me book an appointment for a consultation with a stylist today. It was my first time ever making an appointment at a salon, being a guy who doesnt frequent salons much at all.Because it was my first time, I was nervous, but her communication skills along with her friendly approach made me at ease and feel reassured. She has left a great first impression of the salon on me, and I believe that she is a great representative of not only of her company, but what model customer service should look like! (Coming from 6+ years of experience in the service industry myself)Just based on this interaction alone, I feel confident that I can expect a positive experience. Looking forward to my first appointment with this team.Edit: got my haircut, and wow. Id give 6 stars if I could.

My first time at Valon it was a very relaxing environment, I was a little nervous because the lady I go to was booked and I needed a last minute highlight before my trip. I saw Kayla, not only was she very friendly and very pleasant to talk to, she did an amazing job on my hair, and she was fast as well, which was also what I needed. I do plan on seeing her again in the near future.

I had an amazing facial. Everything was clean and the experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. After the facial I felt like she made my face look at least 10 years younger. The products used had a nice fragrance. My face is smooth and glowing. I can’t wait to come back for another facial with Mare.

Valon Salon is the best place ever! I feel so special and beautiful leaving the doors every single time.The front desk team always welcomes with beautiful smiles and are super helpful at checkout.Ana has been my esthetician for over 5 years and she has been absolutely perfect. She knows what is best for my skin and leaves it glowing. Ana also is the best at waxing! It is not easy to get Brazilians and she makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. I just recently started getting eye-lash tinting and its perfect for the summer! Highly recommend Ana for all services, she will make you look and feel beautiful!

I’ve struggled with adult acne for so long and I came across Ana at Valon & I fell INLOVE with her ! She is AMAZING ! She gave me my first facial ( which I got the deep cleansing ) . She walked me through the steps of the facial , which made me super comfortable ! Ana also waxed my eyebrows and they look phenomenal! At the end of my amazing facial , Ana recommended me a skin care regimen that I can honestly tell you has made a huge difference in my skin ! I am very very particular about my long curly hair. Magaly has been my stylist for years & she always does a phenomenal job. She is currently out so I scheduled an appointment with Kim. She did an amazing job listening to my specific needs with my hair, & she was so compassionate and understanding about how much my hair is part of my identity. She did exactly what I wanted, & my curly hair looks so much more vibrant & healthy. I would absolutely refer Magaly and Kim both to anyone who has curly hair or who has anxiety about getting their hair cut! 💜

This was my first visit here. I saw Kriss. We talked Bout what I was looking for and any concerns that I had. I showed her a style I liked. She was great. I got highlights and a cut. She dried and curled my hair at the end. She showed me the products she used but didnt push. I really like my hair. Its exactly what I wanted.

I went to see Alyssa and I cannot stress how AMAZING my experience was. I was her first appointment for the day and she immediately got started on my hair. I showed her pictures of what I wanted for my hair (ginger color in back with icy blonde egirl streaks in front). She showed me hair swatches and really valued my input on which colors I preferred. I have an extremely sensitive scalp (I’m kind of a big baby) and she has to be one of the most gentle stylists I’ve ever had. I could tell she was being very deliberate and considerate of my sensitive scalp- it meant a lot. And the RESULTS!!! She gave me the exact hair I wanted, my hair didn’t even feel damaged, she cut my bangs exactly how I like them, and she gave me instructions on upkeep of my new two-toned hair. The other stylists were very welcoming (one complimented my lil rainbow socks, and another said I looked beautiful after I got my hair finished) and the salon was so clean! Go see Alyssa!! I know I’ll be back to see her!

With salons being closed during the pandemic my roots were really on display and making me feel frumpy. Then the good news ... Valon Salon posted on Facebook that they would be creating custom hair color kits for their clients. I purchased one of the kits this morning, which comes with everything you need to replicate your salon color plus easy to follow instructions. I had never colored my own hair before and had fantastic results! Thank you Valon Salon!

The initial phone call to set our appointments was painless, she (sorry didnt catch the name) was so patient and made sure to take the time to ask what services we needed and styles, etc. Fantastic customer experience! Very pleasant on the phone.Based on the great reviews for Jason we knew that we wanted him for our stylist 😊. Jason greeted us with a great big smile. For the consultation he was very thorough in explaining things and extremely knowledgeable in his field. It was not rushed. Made us feel comfortable and at ease. He doesnt sugarcoat anything and very sincere about his feedback. He definitely knows hair and colors. Learned a lot from him in the little bit of time. This place is amazing! I came in for a hair and makeup trial for my wedding, then came for the big day, and I was one happy bride! Kim and Heather were fantastic! They even went far and beyond to open the salon an hour earlier for me and my sister to get hair and makeup done on wedding day. Im definitely coming back for future services!

My first visit to Valon was a wonderful experience in every way. First impression is of a very attractive, immaculate salon. The receptionist was most welcoming and I was offered a beverage. First class introduction! Next, I met Dana, who was to cut my hair. Since it was my first time seeing her, I was very impressed that she took the time to talk with me, examine my hair, and listened carefully to what I was aiming for in a hair cut. Next came the most delightful shampoo and head massage I have ever had with a hair wash by the shampoo lady. Wonderful experience is just not enough to express how that shampooing felt!!! Then to the stylist, Dana, was a pro, no question. I quickly relaxed and just watched her talented hands and scissors worked over my entire head. Never once did I fear she would cut it too short or take a detour from my wishes. I could see my hair falling into a shape that would be easy for me to manage with minimal fuss. I just loved the end result.....best haircut I have had in a very long time!!! Upon departure, Dana even gave me samples of the hair products she had used, with careful instructions of how much, and which product did which. The whole experience was great from start to finish!! I have definitely found a new salon and new hairstylist!

I came in with very long, dry and discolored hair and left with soft, even toned hair! Tina is awesome! I went for a cut and color and she was very focused and efficient the whole time. My hair length is one of the most important things to me and she trimmed just enough of my hair without going too short like other salons Ive been to. I highly recommend seeing Tina, she is definitely a professional who knows what she is doing! Elizabeth shampooed my hair and it feels so nice and healthy. Everyone was very friendly and offered water, coffee and tea as soon as I walked through the door. The only downside is that I have to use two pony tail holders for my hair now because its too soft and healthy that it just slips out of my hair tie!

They listen to your needs and desires and give excellent advice. I have been going to Val for many years and have been going to Valon Salon since Val opened. Dana and Nora have done my hair and both are excellent.

I have been going to this Salon for over 20 years, before Val took it over. I have seen most of the stylist and they are all wonderful. I mostly see Christine now, but seriously they all are terrific. I am looking forward to using some of the spa services available. Id like to see more adds for Mens pedicures. Valon Salon is awesome. They offer comfortable waiting area, clean and comfortable washing stations. Christine is an outstanding stylist for men. Shes competent, friendly and reliable. I always schedule a haircut with her when Im in town. The salon is conveniently located near my familys house in Centerville.

I only come to get a Brazilian from Ana, so I’m not sure about everything or everyone else. However what I do know is that the women behind the reception desk are fantastic and super kindAna is the best esthetician I’ve ever had. Please forget about your other wax lady and go to her!!

Whats not to like...…….super place. Cassie is my hero!One small issue. I got a haircut on June 20, 2018 and was charged $34. All other haircuts have been $31. Possibly someone can check and let me know why the difference for one occasion versus numerous others at the lower amount.

Davinci was amazing! She cut off 11 inches of my hair and we donated to locks of love! This was a scary cut for me but I trusted davinci! She was so pleasant and sweet and talked me through the whole process! I really trusted her with my hair, and I don’t trust most people with it! I will definitely be back! I had such a great experience :)
