Im very, very picky when it comes to a great manicure and pedicure. With that said, Ashley lives up to my expectation for my nails. Shes quick and very precise. Her filing game is on point. Kelly does my pedicure and eyebrows. Her attention to detail is more than I could ask for. They are both wonderful ladies and skilled in their art of taking care of my nails, toes and brows. Stop in and let them know Natasha sent you.

I have been going to see Ashley for years. I always kinda put up with attitude from her and continued to go see her. Today Im extremely irritated and have made a decision NOT to return to prestige nails. I got a gel manicure and the polish wasnt applied evenly so you could definitely tell. Ashley didnt want to fix it and had the worst attitude. Went to melissa for a pedicure. She did terrible on my polish. Its all over my skin.I have definitely had it with the poor customer service there. I use to refer friends to them. Not anymore. I will post pics!

I really enjoyed my first visit. My pedicure was AMAZING. The massage chairs are great and in good working order, unlike some places Ive gone recently. She gave me a nice long massage and I felt like she really took her time with everything she did. I didnt feel rushed at all even though they were technically closed shortly after I arrived. My french manicure turned out great as well and she even reminded me to pull out my credit card and pay before she painted my nails. My eyebrow waxing was great as well. I will even go as far as to say she was more attentive and better than the 30 dollar wax I received at a spa I tried a while back. I had only gone because the place I usually go closed earlier and I was impatient but Im so glad I found them. I have a new favorite!! Prestige Nail Salon is great! I have been coming here to get manicures/pedicures/waxing for about 10 years now. They have great service and reasonable prices. They are clean and sanitary, which is a priority to me when going to salons. They just recently updated their pedicure chairs and other furniture. It is a comfortable place to go, relax and pamper yourself :)

I went in for a mani pedi (normal polish not gel) my pedicure was painful. She filled the tub with super hot water. I had to ask her to put the cold water on. The foot/leg massage wasn’t good. She then was filling/buffing my nails AND my skin. Very painful. Pain job wasn’t great. I felt very rushed through. Then it was time for my Mani. She pulled out a chapstick that’s applied with fingers.. she used it. And rubbed her finger on her lips then asked for my hands. Very unhygienic. She also was using her own nail to remove polish that was on this skin which was also unhygienic. The nail tech also messed up a nail and instead or re doing the nail she just tried to hide it by putting on two more coats of polish. I’m overall dissatisfied with my experience and I won’t be going back.

I’ve been going here since I was 4 years old, and usually it is fine. Today I went, and it was very slow, which is usually good because they won’t be in a rush, but my lady today was rushing me anyway. I asked for acrylics with matte gel, and it was a disaster. First of all, the woman applied the acrylics very crookedly and when I asked her to fix it she said she would but never did. When she eventually shaped it, I got her to make it look decent but they are still crooked. When she was cutting the acrylics, she cut it before asking me what length I wanted, and I had wanted them longer than what she gave me. Finally, I found a regular color and asked if she could color match it to a matte gel. While painting my nails, I noticed the color would not become matte, so I commented on it, and she said she would fix it. I thought she would just take off and re-apply the color, but she got out a matte top coat and tried to make my nails matte. She put three very thick coats on, and she clearly noticed that my nails looked very disastrous, because she gave me a sympathetic smile but made no effort to try and fix the situation. I had to leave because of a different appointment but now I am stuck with nails that look like the red wax wrap thing on Babybell cheese.

My go to place for pedicures! Love the spa like foot tub, sugar scrub, hot wax treatment and best of all foot massage! The service is always top notch! We also have had waxing, manicures and acrylics done here and have no reason to go anywhere else!

Request Ashley, she has been doing my nails for 4 years and would not go to anyone else. She is super fast and friendly....

I love to come to this nail salon , every body so friendly. The place so clean and the equipment are sanitized. I like how they use liner to sanitize for every customer. I’m also happy with their beautiful job everytime I come too , I’ll be back .

They arent very friendly but their prices are great!

They do good work for a very reasonable price. Its certainly not a luxury spa, but its the best regular nail salon in the area.

Theyre generally good but It was a busy day and I waited over an hour. They took someone who came after me just because they were older than me. I had some left over water from before me for my pedicure, they didnt drain it because they were in a rush.

If I could give this salon a negative 5 I would in a heart beat . I got my nails done a few days ago by the lady who sits at table 8 , bought was that the worst decision I could have made . During the entire times she was doing my nails she cut my cuticles multiple times with her grinding tool, then continues to jab her fingers under my nails along with the under nail grinding tool (I dont know technical names , bare with me ), even after me telling her it hurts at least 10 times and pulling my hands away. By the time I went to the dryers my fingers were throbbing, but I wasnt bleeding so I figured I was ok . I went home washed me hands a million times and even coated then with neosporin and rinsed with peroxide, i thought i would be ok , nope not at all . The next day my fingers were bright red and inflamed and had pus beging to collect . I got to the nail salon to tell the owner about whats going on and how I now have an infection in 6 of my nails/cuticles , the owner was concerned and was more then willing to talk to me about what happened . Then the lady that did my nails in her languages goes on a rant about how she didnt cut me , and who knows what else . After yelling at me that shes done nails for a long time , she states theres no way she could of cut me. The owner turns around and says she said she didnt cut you so we cant do anything for you , you should have told me she cut you when they were getting done . Long story short , avoid the lady at table 8 like the plague , and dont go to this business . I will be suing for doctor Bills and lost of time at work , since my fingers hurt and are so inflamed that I can not type at work.

Horrible service. Last time I was here my nails were crooked and when I asked for them to fix it they gave me so much attitude and still didn’t fix it. Came back and had it fixed finally after much debate. Today I asked for gel and they put on regular polish (which I always mess up, hence why I ask for gel) and I messed it up. They gave me so much attitude and had to fix it when finally I said I need gel on. The one girl asked if I wanted me eyebrows done. I said no, she rolled her eyes. Honestly if you’re thinking about coming here just avoid it. I won’t be returning

Recieved a gift card but had never been before. Went in for a gel manicure and eyebrow wax. I should have left after my eyebrow wax...There were dead cockroaches all over the floor in the back.I asked her to wax them thinner than they were shaped currently. Literally no pain at all. Figured out why when she gave me the mirror and it looked like they hadnt been touched. She waxed almost an inch above the hair. So bizzare. I asked her to try again. Still same result (this time my skin was on fire because of her waxing twice!) Really couldnt risk getting burnt skin on my forehead so I moved on.Gel manicure went ok and they did a decent job .Went back a few weeks later to get another manicure (still had $30 left on gift card and didnt want to waste it!)The tech started screaming at me about how I should have taken my old gel polish off before coming. Thats confusing.She SHREDDED my cuticles. Literally dripping blood from multiple fingers. She told me it was because my hands were dry. Uhh, nope....When I went to pay she said $35. I told her I had a $30 gift card but could pay the rest in cash or credit. Also, asked her why it was a $30 manicure 3 weeks ago but now was $35. I didnt get an answer and another tech sitting up front started giggling and told me to come back and use the gift card another time, and to use credit now as the card minimum was $10.Overall, it was extremely confusing. I should have spoken up more but I wanted to run out of there. The place is trashed and it speaks volumes that a lot of the customers dont seem to be regulars, just walk-ins.Taking the loss on the $30 gift card and placing it in my trash can where it belongs. I guess they take the $30 gain by not letting me use it... Maybe thats how they stay in business.

Complete abomination. Horrible customer service and inconsiderate employees. Management used to be decent but is now comparable to a low-wage fast food franchise. Workers have a lack of understanding between color shades and have trouble with being punctual. 10/10 would not recommend

I started going to this nail salon over a year ago. At first, they did a fantastic job. I recommended friends to them, and kept going back. Then, its like the service did a complete 180 degree turn. I went in there one Sunday (with an appointment scheduled, mind you), and I was taken to get my pedicure done. I guess a customer from the day before came back to finish her services because she left ill, so the nail tech doing my pedicure just walked away and started helping her instead. None of the other techs were available to do my nails for a while, so I ended up waiting. I didnt come back for a while, and I wish I would have stayed away permanently.2 weeks ago I went in for a mani-pedi. My pedicure was just fine this time. Then, I decided to get their new service dipping powder done on my nails instead of my usual gel manicure. This was a mistake. I spent $50 for my nails to look like absolute garbage because the nail tech admittedly didnt know what she was doing. When I kept telling her it didnt look right, or that there was noticeable defects and that the powder wasnt adhering to spots on my nails, he solution was to add MORE powder. This made more than a few of my nails look huge and misshapen. After she was done and I was able to see them in the natural light of day, I made it again clear that I was dissatisfied. My nails were misshapen. there was obvious spots where the powder did not adhere, and some of my nails were darkened significantly because of all the extra powder used. Not to mention, the discoloration and mess that was made of my hands by the powder. Rather than admitting that they messed up, a man, another nail tech, and the tech who did my nails made excuses for why my nails looked like garbage and tried to tell me that they were fine. I made it clear that I was very unhappy, and she fixed it, meaning, she filed and ground my nails down (dipping powder is a process in which there is supposed to be no grinding, unlike acrylic, according to the signage posted), and added a clear coat of regular nail polish on top. Rather than continuing to argue with them about how terrible my nails looked, and how dissatisfied I was, I left. Looks like Ill be searching for a new salon.Services used to be great here, but have steadily plummeted into the ground. If I was a potential customer, I would avoid this place at all costs.

First and LAST ever!! This was the first time that, I have ever been to Prestiage Nails and the last time. First of all, I had an appointment @12:40 didnt leave until 3:30 with Helen but she was busy. So, I was pushed into service with Jenny #7.First she did not apply my tips correctly and they were crooked and she made my cuticles bleed. And I asked for color on my top and she painted them 5 times and it look like, I had huge bubbles on the end of my nails. She keep saying, I am going to fix it, but it didnt happen. IT WAS A DISASTER.After that someone tried to fix my nails it was ok but it didnt look like a new full set. And I was charged double for a fix because of there techs bad work. I cant believe I was charged that amount.No good customer service!! NEVER GO THERE!

I always go to Melissa for my full set, and fill ins. Shes the best Ive had in there, she listens to you when you request the sheep, and if you want them thin and natural looking as possible shes your girl.

I witnessed disposable flip flops being reused on the next customer. Nail tools were not sanitized as well.

Really disappointing the past few times Ive gone in for a fill.
