Does a great job on eyebrows and is very fast

Experience was awful. Jen was the manicurist. Not only did use an unclean emory board, she not speak English to know “how long” or answer my questions. She held my hands like a vice grip and bent my fingers unnaturally causing discomfort. Jen repeatedly jabbed her sharp nails into my cuticles, violently poked a metal nail file under my nails and slipped to grind my skin off at least 4 times. The completed nails were horrible. She was painting with polish and I kept telling her no. This is not ok! She added some more gel and Grind them again which made them worse but she started to use polish again. The other lady kept coming over to offer suggestions in another language. I finally complained that the nails were awful. There was a tip chip that wasn’t there when I came in, there was a nail with ripples and indentions, lines and they were uneven and so thick. It was horrible! They acted as if I were unreasonable and said I could wait for another manicurist to fix or leave. I left and had to have my nails soaked off at another salon because of irreparable damage. I don’t know if Jen is a student or an imposter. But she was horrible at this job and needs more practice. This salon wasted nearly an hour of my time, caused me pain and injury and damaged my nails so badly they had to be removed, costing me additional time and money. A three year old would have done a better job. Contact me for photos.

Great customer service!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I came here and asked for a “Powder gel” which on their price list costs $35. But when told to pay the price was suddenly $50. The rude lady who sits to the right as you walk in, pulls out a random piece of paper, staples it to the pamphlet, and says “no it costs $50” and that I got “dip powder” not “powder gel” I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR POWDER GEL. I don’t appreciate being lied to and then being disrespected when asking simple questions. She was SO RUDE. My nails are DECENT. Definitely not worth $50. This would have been my new go-to nail place but the rude lady in the front ruined it. BEWARE when going here. You may be subject to unexpected up charge. Nails-8/10 Service- 0. Never again. Rude

Ive only gone twice but both times ive been here they’ve done an amazing job. Recently when i went it was around 7:58 (close to closing time) and they still took me in! I never got the lady’s name but she did an amazing job. definitely not disappointed. she recommended a color that would have fit me and i love it. Always gonna go here!

Great experience so far, Linda has done an amazing job both time one with gel and the other with powder manicure. I like how she takes her time in getting the job done so everything looks amazing!!

I love going to this nail salon! Julie and Hannah are both so sweet and so good at doing nails and pedicures. They always are very accomidating and make me feel very comfortable. This is definitely the nail salon I will keep coming back to.

Nail polish chipped the day after and I wasnt doing anything to chip it. The application was alright at first I guess but the chillin is horrible for the price of $28. That is ridiculous and I get better paint jobs at cheaper places. I wouldnt bother. People are very friendly though

I scheduled an appointment and they still took me late then The women did a terrible job painting my job then when i asked her to redo it she said I would have to pay for another appointment. Horrible customer service
